Really upsetting food was gross we use to like them more then Chipotle but today turned me away from this location my steak was so chewy and my veggies were undercooked and when I told them about it the lady got super defensive and was like "well I cant give u a number and u ate most of your food and we dont completely cook our veggies so", But i didn't eat like any of it, that was my first complaint to my bf that they gave me like no food and I never get rice either. And I was being calm and nice I just don't understand why she decided to attack other then apologized for the poor service she did after she got all defensive atleast.

This honestly would have been an amazing meal if I had gotten even an adequate amount of chicken for the price I paid. I ordered a burrito bowl with cholua chicken, which I paid $12 for. The chicken tasted great, but I only got 4 small chunks in the entire bowl. The rest of it was rice and other toppings. The fajita veggies were almost completely raw and crunchy, not grilled at all, and it was all green peppers. No red peppers, no onions. It was disappointing, as the last time I had qdoba was years ago, and they were great. I hope things change so I can order again and have a better experience.

Although they look like they have a drive thru- don’t be fooled. Order on line and then you can pick up at the drive through window. You have to use their app- it’s more of a pain. 3 stars because the staff was awesome

First time eating here! A really good spit for a quick date with the husband before heading back home to kids 😂. I absolutely recommend 5 stars

This is the best place for a quick bite. This place is quite similar to Chipotle. This is my to go to place for whenever I'm meeting someone for lunch. I never have to wait more than a few minutes to have food in my hand. The only thing I noticed is that their menu changed. It used to have different entre options but now it's basically just "build your own" style menu. But it's very simple and straightforward and get exactly what I want which I like.

The lady didn't honor my coupon even though I just signed up and ordered two appetizers. The young gal with braids seemed like she didn't want to be there. The experience was not good the good was okay.

This is one of our favorite locations for dinner. We have 4 children, and it is the perfect environment for a weekday dinner. The building is always clean and upkept. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. They have never had an issue with our large order. The food is always amazing and prepared perfectly. Our children love the soda machine. It is one that offers many different sodas and flavors.

If I could give this 0 star I would. An online order was placed and picked up. No mention of any issues at the time of pick up. Once the food was unpacked and inspected at home it was noted one of our orders was missing more than half the ingredients listed on the sticker on the lid of the container. I drove back up to the store (the missing ingredients were key and worth the drive) and explained at the window it was missing items. Nothing was sad at that time my bowl was taken. A few minutes later a different person comes to the window with my bowl and says “it’s missing stuff cause we’re out of stuff”. To which I asked why that wasn’t mentioned or addresses at pick up to prevent a drive back up there. She then raises her voice and said “we’re busy we don’t have time to tell people that!” And I stated this was incredibly poor customer service to not communicate with a customer over specific order requests. As I was talking, not yelling and not rude, she threw her hand in my face then slammed the drive thru window in my face. I have been in the customer service industry for well over 20 years and it would take A LOT for me to voice concern, however, this is flat out appalling how this woman behaved. We frequent this location often as it’s close to home and we genuinely like the food. The customer service is never great but our orders are always correct so we have never thought twice about it. Tonight was a very different incident. We could’ve survived without the items had it been communicated at time of check out. It was the behavior of this woman that really made this a concern.

We frequent this place regularly. The staff is usually busy, but they're accommodating and funnel you through quickly. (It helps to know exactly what you want and don't want and what you want extra of!) I usually go for the pork on my salad. My man goes for the vegetarian option. They're friendly. The food is always fresh. 👌 No issues.

The food was fresh and hot. The service was friendly and responsive. I felt like I got my money's worth.

Managers are super cool the associates are attentive and the food is really food. Been here 3 times and looking forward to coming again

Always good food here but the workers seemed stressed, every time I visit the Hutchinson, Ks location I never have any issues requesting as much extra rice as I please. Here at the Wichita location I requested extra rice and she put less than a half spoonful so I requested more and she gives me a rude look, doesn’t say anything, and passes the bowl to her manager who also had a rude look and was just staring at me so I say “is it extra for rice I’ll pay extra“ she proceeds to tell me “only so much can fit in the bowl and they have to work with what they got” and proceeds to give me a full spoonful this time. I’ve been to Qdoba for years and I’ve never had customer service like this before!

For the price, they serve good quality and nice amount of portions. They have way more options to choose from for your burrito or bowl than Chipotle and have flavor in the ingredients! I mainly get carnitas as the rest of the meats tasted weird especially the seasoned beef. I also wasn't a fan of the tacos and their shells. Staff was nice and helpful for the most part.

I typically go to this restaurant because either my husband or daughter want to go. It’s been a while since I’ve stopped in and I will say that I was pleasantly surprised at the menu changes that have been made. I love steak and shrimp, so I ordered the surf and turf bowl…it was delicious! I will also point out that this restaurant is always clean when I go in as well which is another added bonus. I specifically want to give a huge shout out to Ty. He’s been there the last 2 times I’ve gone in. He has the best attitude and is extremely helpful. He seems to enjoy what’s he’s doing regardless…serving food, cashing out customers, switching out the flavors for the soda machine or cleaning the lobby including queso that was literally spilled on the table and floor. He wiped tables down, swept and mopped the floors all with a smile. In a day and age when good customer service is scarce, he’s truly a breath of fresh air!

Whole family loves it. I normally get the bowl but you can't go wrong with any option.

My fiancee and I went here when they first came out with the impossible meat items. We were both very impressed, if we hadn't known it wasn't real meat, we would not have known. The food was also delicious, but I think it was a little pricier than it deserved to be. Overall it was pretty good though.

The food is good enough to curb a craving for this type of food. I get a good amount of food for the price. Not my first choice, but good enough. Staff is polite when I go🙂

I ordered few times through doordash and also I walked in today to get a fresh bowl of burrito. This place is off the hook. I had one time bad experience with Qdoba but it was at Memphis airport (airport food sucks anyways). After that I didn't go to Qdoba for like 5 years and then thought giving it a try again at the local Qdoba place. The food is mind blowing and the quantity is amazingly satisfying. This place become my favorite Mexican to go place now. I used to go to Chipotle often but Qdoba made me change my mind.

I placed an order through the app and it was ready when I arrived. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I told them I wanted to dine in. I learned that I can include a note for that in the app. The food was very tasty, good quality and a good value.

Qdoba is a wonderful place for your mexican food cravings!! The staff was very friendly and courteous. The tortillas and Mexican style rice is delish!! Definitely going back to get some more!! You gotta check it out!! Thank you!!
