The food here is so good. Service is great as well. You're going to pay a little more than other places, but is worth it for a special date day/night.

10/10 recommend! I’m creole and I’m from Louisiana…. WE DO FOOD! I was NOT disappointed. I opted to getting the churrasco steak and I added the honey glaze chipotle shrimp. The tangy flavor from the chimichurri went so well with the tomato chipotle sauce. (Which I requested) the chipotle mash were great. I did try their green chili Mac and cheese which I did not like. The flavors were bland, and fell short of its potential. For the appetizer, I got the mussels and chorizo. Super great! It’s combined with a tomato sauce or thin gravy. The sauce wasn’t too acidic, with some hints of spice. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, and promptly showed to a table that I found most suitable. I will be returning while I’m working in the area!

Worst restaurant in Wichita! Not only is the food beyond not good my last review was met with extreme hostility and class defamation, the owners ego far exceeds his,her/they capabilities in a kitchen or how to run a business to verbally assault a unhappy guest. At this rate of below par food at a already low an owners ego going through the roof it's clear this will be another 86'd forgotten.

Sabor is one of the finest restaurants Wichita has to offer! The food, drinks, atmosphere, and the staff were all amazing! Our waiter was training someone and still catered to us with ease. 🙏🏼 We came on a Sunday for dinner and it wasn’t jam packed like Fridays and Saturdays. I really enjoyed that slower paced and not so crowded vibe. Here are the must try items: Ceviche, calamari, fish tacos, scallops, paella, steak medallions, and their margaritas. Give this place a try and you’ll be hooked! Happy eating!

This is a really unique dining experience located right in the heart of Old Town. I really like their menu of fresh, Caribbean food and drinks. The place was busy on a Sunday night, but we didn't have to wait for a table. I got the adobo chicken which was delicious and had great flavor, but I felt the portion size was small considering the price. I also got a mojito which was borderline undrinkable with the amount of mint that was in it. I would definitely come back for their great menu, but would definitely get a different drink next time.

This place is absolutely incredible! Visited for the first time with a friend and we were amazed with everything. We were provided amazing service, the staff are all so kind and the food! It looks and tastes amazing!! I got the polenta vegetarian tower and it was served hot and every component of the dish was done to perfection! My friend got tilapia tacos and he said they were the best fish tacos he has ever had! Very filling and worth every penny! Cannot wait to come again!!

Food was sooo tasty and left a good aftertaste. We were trying Latin for the first time yet it felt like comfort food. We ordered the tilapia with Cuban slaw, rice and sauces. The mango sauce is yummy. The waitress took care to split the dish because we ordered only one dish. The tres leches was nice but a little bitter with the rum added in.

We like to try different stuff when out of town we like Mexican food so we saw Sabor and let's try it and boy did we hit the jackpot💯 Our server Kari was so nice and helpful and explained the differences, suggested some things, and checked on us often and took empty dishes Oh My the food had flavor from the queso to the steak, pork, and chicken, and it came with a plate of all different sauces ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We've already told family and friends in town to go and friends we know that go that way Hope to be back next Year

This will be my second time eating there it's been a few years since I've been there and I am completely satisfied with the service that I got Holly runs a tight ship and my waitress Sarah was awesome thank you guys for such a wonderful experience look forward to coming back again soon....P.s. My medallions were a little undercooked the first time they brought them out to but they turned around and made everything right 👍 Thank you and the house sangria was totally amazing..

This place was spacious, nice, and clean. We were seated right away, but It took about 5-10 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. We said we needed a minute to look over the menu, and after a few minutes, we were ready. She passed us several times and didn't even look our way. We waited maybe 15 minutes before she came back. We ordered, and it took 30 minutes before the food came out. Normally, this will be fine, but it was not busy. The waitress came to the table once to top off my water but never said, "I know you have been waiting 20/25 min. Your food should be out shortly. Do you guys need anything else?" Are you okay? We were almost about to walk out. The food came and it was ok. My husband had 3 scallups, a little bit of rice and vegetables for $30. I had cheesy mashed potatoes, they tasted good, and beef in a sauce.The beef was not seasoned, but the sauce had some flavor to it, and that was $26. In my opinion, the food was overpriced. The waitress was not rude but paid more attention to the two other tables she had. This will be a one-time visit for me.

I had the top sirloin and mashed potatoes and green beans. My wife had the tilapia with fruit topping. The food was delicious! We tried the green chili mac and cheese and we did not care for it. I was hoping to see Harrison Ford show up but I guess not this time. There is word on the street that Harrison Ford sometimes shows up at Sabor.

This isn’t a Mexican joint w typical tacos and enchiladas. Sabor is a flavor experience. Loved their stuffed adobo chicken. Great food and lovely staff. Highly recommend. It was hard to choose what to order. Everything looked, smelled and tasted delicious.

Ahhhh, Sabor! This place is one of our top 10 (and we've tried a lot of places!), a place we've returned to time and again. The food is always wonderful. We have taken several friends from out of town there, and they have enjoyed it as much! You can make a reservation if needed. And if you don't find a parking spot right in front, there is free parking in the garage 3-4 doors north!

I was with a party of about 24 people. The waitstaff was excellent at keeping everyone's orders and bills straight, especially with so many of us paying individual tabs. And they checked back in with us a decent amount to check for refills, ect. I had the Chipolte Honey Shrimp dinner. It comes with shrimp on skewers, kind of a slaw of chopped veggies, and I had the Chipolte Mashed Potatoes as the side. I'm not a fan of spicy food, (the meal was not spicy) so I asked the waitress which of the sauces would be mild. She recommended the mango sauce for the shrimp. The mango sauce was okay, a little watery, though it has bits of veggies or fruit on top. The shrimp was good. But the mashed potatoes were the star of the plate, just excellent. I saved most of my mashed potatoes for last, to savor them. I also tried the Red Sangria drink, it was very good. Overall a great experience and I'd definitely stop in again.

My friends & I’s go to spot for a great meal whether it be a special occasion or casual. Drinks are strong, food is great! Highly recommend their queso & ceviche for appetizers and you can’t go wrong with any of their entrees. The sides are super yummy too! Love the green chili Mac & cheese and mashed potatoes. Can’t forget their margaritas and mojitos can be served by the pitcher which is perfect for sharing (or just yourself ;)! I had not been to Sabor since they 1st opened. It was my Son & Mom's 1st time. We loved everything from the Calamarie appetizer--Mango Cheesecake. I had Sirloin Caribe w/pineapple underneath, then well seasoned steak covered in fresh veg, melted cheese on top. Paired w/garlic mashed potatoes. Distinct flavors. Son had their specialty steak w/2 sauces & green beans. Mom had Coconut Shrimp appetizer as a meal. She said the dipping sauce was the best flavor she ever had. Next time she plans to order 2 appetizer Coconut Shrimp. As soon as you enter the aroma entices you to be adventurous. We plan on trying something different each visit.

Meh… expensive and fancy atmosphere. But my meal felt like it was made by a novice chef who’d just Googled the recipe, then didn’t have some ingredients so just threw other stuff in. Flavor: 3/5. Texture: 2/5. Presentation: who cares it was to-go.

This place has amazing food. I ordered the beef tips with cheddar mashed potatoes and it was the best I've ever had. My husband ordered a steak and same potatoes.. The service was also on point. We will most definitely be back.

Sabor has always been consistent with quality and taste of their dishes as well as their service. Once again the food was delicious and the service was great. They have a good sized bar with some awesome cocktails. The owners are very friendly and welcoming and knows the definition of hospitality. If you are craving for some fabulous Latin food, Sabor is the place. Thanks again for making our experience delightful.

Took a chance and ordered the paella, not what I hoped for. The steaks and Mahi were cooked perfectly, as some of our party mentioned. The shrimp ceviche appetizer was good, as well as the fried calamari. The service was very good and our orders were brought out quickly. I would return, but try a different entree.

We had the Paella, Churrasco Steak and a pitcher of pear 🍐Mojito (please make sure to Uber or Lift if you're planning on drinking the whole thing) Highly recommended if you're ever in the area and looking for Latin flavors.

I just love this place. The food is amazing. I had the queso with corn that came with chips & flatbread, crispy calamari served with pepperoncini garlic mayo, gaucho steak sandwich and I ordered tres leches cake to take home. My friend and I shared the apps and she ordered the chicken paella. I only took pics of the apps because once the other food came it was game on. I think our waiters name was Antonio and he was outstanding. This place never fails to offer the best food and great service everytime. I took the pic of the cake when I got home.

This food was so delicious, so much flavor and cooked to perfection. The service was fantastic. Went for my bfs birthday and they don't do birthday deserts anymore but we did order some and the server brought it out with a candle. Was surprised and super grateful he went the extra mile to bring a smile to my bf's face! Also my margarita was the best I've had in a long time.

Restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Staff was timely and courteous. The menu is a decent size, there is a difference between the lunch menu posted on the window and the dinner menu. My companion described their Seafood Paella as “alright”. My Churrasco tacos with rice and beans were okay. The tacos had a very singular flavor that was bland. I would not revisit or recommend to others.

We went on a Monday night at about 630. The after work crowd was thinning out. We had a great waiter, Christopher. He not only answered my 73 questions I had about the menu, but he recommended the best wine, the best sauces, and even seemed to know the origins of each dish. The food seemed authentic, but what do I know, I'm not from wherever this food originated. I had their special steak. It was so soft, juicy, and full of flavor. As my side, I chose Arepas Con Queso. That name does not even come close to telling you that these are little clouds of bread with cheese inside. DO NOT MISS OUT ON THESE. You must order them. I may go back just for them!

I was disappointed. We did not care for the food. The beans were cold, not sure if that was intended. The pupusa was mushy and had very little meat. Appears like they try to be a high end restaurant, but lack culinary and atmosphere of one. It was rather loud and overpriced. They charged us a spilt plate fee of $2. I did say we were sharing the meal, but would have preferred to be asked to split the plate before being charged without knowing. Hubby and I often share meals as portion sizes these days are on the larger size. It wasn’t worth arguing over, but we will not be dining there again.

Service was terrific, paella, tacos, and black bean soup were good. We were disappointed in the tres leches. Looks awesome, but while it was an okay cake, it was more of a white cake with frosting than tres leches.

Dinner here was exceptional! My boyfriend and I got the two person platter to share and it was perfect! We even had a little bit left over by the end so we could save room for the Tres Leches cake for dessert! Highly recommend 😊

Many great drink, starter, and entree options with their signature flair. Corn queso is great, steaks are pretty good (chimichurri sauce👌) and tacos cannot be beat

The meat was really thin and tender and tasted almost exactly like Korean Beef Short Ribs (Kalbi). Mashed potatoes was rich and creamy and went really well with the steak. Topping it all off with the Chimichurri and the Fiery Habanero Mojo sauce led to a very satisfying dinner! Would love to come back and try their other options!

Holy smokes are you looking for a fantastic fine dining experience in Wichita? This is the spot. It has everything, green Mac and cheese (yes it’s incredible) dynamite margaritas and sangria. Want to try all the meats? Get the plate for two! My wife and I went here for a date night (we are out of town from Kansas City) and came back the next night for a second round :) our server Leah was fantastic and we were lucky enough to have her again on the second night!

Absolutely love Sabor! It's my favorite restaurant. Calamari is the best!!! Little pricey but definitely worth it! Pomegranate margarita is a must!!

Amazing service. Best black beans I have had in a while. The seafood paella was the best thing we have eaten in several months. Enough food for 2 and they definitely don't skimp on the seafood. I personally don't like Tres Leche cake ( my husband does so we ordered ot), but this cake was sooooo goooood!

Fantastic food! We had queso and tri color chips which were served with fresh made pita bread also and it was awesome! For entrees, the sirloin caribe and steak medallions - both cooked to perfection and simply wonderful. Really enjoyed our time there.

The food looks pricey on the menu but when you get your order, you find out that its WELL worth the price! I had left overs and they were just as good the next day!

Very unique dishes. Papusas were very good! Black bean mousse went well with dish. Plantains with Chimichurri were on point! Only thing that could be improved on was the portion size of papusas. Two rather small portions and not alot of meat inside. Other than that very satisfied with everything and had a great experience!

Sabor is one of our absolute favorite restaurants ever! Every time we have company from out of town, we bring them to Sabor, and they are so impressed every single time. The meats and steaks are wonderfully cooked, the paella is just awesome, the mussels are my favorite. I can't say enough great things about this place. Top notch.

The bartenders and cooks were NOT wearing masks while cooking, making drinks, and serving customers.
