Great place to grab some good bar food. I love bar food, and Side Pockets did not disappoint. I got wings as an appetizer and not only were they huge, the flavor was on point. I got the supreme nachos for supper, 'cause I like nachos. Added steak on there and I can honestly say, they were some of the best nachos I've had. The beers on tap was ice cold. Love an ice cold beer with my wings. The waitress was super friendly and helped out with our wing flavor selection. Always there to offer a refill or ask how the food is. But not in an annoying hovering way. I just really enjoyed everything about my experience there. Will definitely be returning. Sooner than later, that's for sure.

PHENOMENAL place to come on a regular basis! My pink drink is always on point :) Hubster orders the steak frequently and it’s always cooked perfectly! Fun atmosphere!! Menu diverse, staff friendly, food delicious! Yang is absolutely fantastically delicious :) Fried green beans are a great way to start out a wonderful meal.

We stopped in today after a baseball tournament with 5 families (approximately 20 people in all). Emily was our server and was very polite, prompt and professional. She made sure drinks were promptly served and refilled as necessary. She also had great backup service from the bar and kitchen to make sure everyone got their food at the same time. Overall, great service, great food, very reasonable prices and a great atmosphere. Thanks Emily and Staff.

Pool tables are decent, but heavily neglected. Service suuuuucks. Food can be really good, but not consistent. Drinks are over priced, and never seem to be the same price from visit to visit. Is that just based on how the bartender is feeling that day?

The staff was super friendly, the pool table was in great condition. We had a great time. Even interactions with other patrons was great. The price was perfect for our date night!

I got a Rueben and a Pork Tenderloin Sandwich for takeout. The Rueben came with a good amount of corned beef, but the rye bread tasted old and dry around edges. The Pork Tenderloin was really thin, not moist and the breading was fairly bland. As for the sides, the onion rings were good, the tots were a bit overcooked and the mac & cheese was standard. Within the past month.. Side Pockets has gone from the best place to the worst place!! So many of my favorite bartenders, servers, and what I think were security are no longer there!!! The regulars have gone elsewhere from what I’ve seen ( I visit the west side bars regularly ) I can tell that the employees no longer want to be there, and even I have noticed that the energy is not the same.. so sad to see! Even the new manager with the short brown hair was very rude and not accommodating to me and my family. Service is not the same, given there are so many new people. Sadly, it’s not the Side Pockets I know and I will not be coming back.

The good: They have decent pool tables and plenty of them. The bad: Everything else. Inattentive, rude wait staff. Bad food. Overpriced drinks. Didn't put our food order in. Finally put it in an hour later. Waited another 30 minutes to get food that had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for 20 minutes. The end: Will not be back. This place sucked.

Had a fantastic evening for SuperBowl. Place got wall to wall packed. Not one argument in the place. Service was a new Girl. We were by Big T V near restrooms. She was FANTASTIC! Gave her an 80% tip she was that on the ball!! The food was surprisingly GREAT! We will be back for pool and supper. Loved it

Food was great, beer was cold but they put them in a plastic cup cause no glasses were ready or clean? Not sure why, but getting a Yuengling Flight in a plastic cup I would expect at my son in-laws kegger not at side pockets. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Plenty of pool tables, the bar food is not bad at all. Good service as well. You can watch plenty of sports ball here! TVs galore

Staff, Food, and Atmosphere are Amazing!! Sage delivered phenomenal service at our private event! Elayna is an Incredible GM and Theo is Awesome too! Kim, Madi, & Ashley are Fantastic bartenders and ensure to keep your drinks filled. The food is great! I highly recommend the grilled chicken wrap 😊 and The Yang AKA Brownie n Ice cream. ❤️Yang

So far from my experiences here is that good service is hit and miss. Seems to be better on the weekends. Its a pool hall so it is fun and the pool tables are nice and sticks seem to be in decent shape.

Food is decent bar grub, plenty of pool, billards, and darts options. Multiple screens to watch the game. Honestly the place would be great, but the service. The service is probably some of the slowest I have ever experienced. I am unsure if they are understaffed or what, but if you see your waiter/waitress order everything you need because you will not see them again for an hour, if at all. It's even frustrating to tab out, because they just drop off the face of the earth. I have been here multiple times on different days of the week, the service being this slow is the case Every. Single. Time.

The food here is amazing and has become our favorite weekly lunch spot. Never had a bad dish and we never walk away hungry. The waitstaff is fantastic and makes our visit so much fun. Of course we have a ton of fun shooting pool with lunch as well. We look forward to our visit every week. :)

Pretty decent spot to shoot pool. They have 7 ft valley tables that could use a relevel and new cloth but still not bad. The food was great and the specials were really good. Super affordable. Servers were very good.

Service was phenomenal! Typical bar food. It was all delicious but nothing that really stood out too crazy.

Went in to catch some bball. the place was very clean and had a very chill vibe. Got the chicken basket and fries and a pitcher of beer. Everything was very tasty. They were very short staffed but obviously trying their best and were extremely nice and friendly. will be back

Really enjoy coming here when we come to visit family. The drinks and food are good. Service is pretty good considering places being short staffed. We enjoy playing darts and watching football or basketball. Found a new dart game to play. We will be back!!

We were playing pool and ordered fries. It took 10 minutes for us to be noticed in a pretty empty bar and we waited very long time for our pool balls after we paid, but our server was very nice.

Rene was amazing! We were celebrating my best friends birthday and he was absolutely great we will for sure a thousand percent get him as a server again!

Sage was our server and she did great!!! She served us during pool league (which is busy) and she did great. Even while having a lot of tables and people to take care she always made sure we were taken care of and did not have to wait on drinks or food! Highly suggest going here and highly suggest having sage as your server!

This was my first time at Side Pockets. My experience was amazing. My server Kat was great! She was attentive and very prompt with orders and drink requests. I ordered the Philly cheese steak with sweet potatoe fries and it was exceptional. I will definitely return and bring other friends along next time. -woody

Great place to have drinks and play a few rounds of pool. Food is also very tasty. It was hard to get service at times but would recommend to others.

Party of 8 Sunday for lunch. Ordered pork tenders, chicken wrap, salads, beef quesadillas, reuben sandwich, wings, fries, tots - ALL OF IT was good. Service was quick & efficient. Didn't have to ask for a thing. Eat here, play here.

My party of 3 sat ourselves at a table as it was open seating. We sat at a table next to the bar. They were not busy at all. Even for it being lunchtime. There were 2 waitresses and a bar tender in the bar area that I could tell. There were only 3 or 4 tables full at a very large place. We sat for almost 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. No 'Hey I'll be right with you', no hello, or even eye contact. Greeting your table is huge. Very disappointing.

Great billiard tables! It was HOT though. It almost felt like they were purposefully keeping it hot so you felt like you needed to drink more though. If you get a table under a fan it isn’t too bad, but obviously while playing there is no fan overhead running and therefore it is hot. I would say it is a very far atmosphere as well, which is fine for a billiards lounge, but do love a place that is a bit more naturally lit. Food looked pretty good! Tater tots, fries, and burger looked and smelled good.

Sure it's a great place to enjoy friends, drinks an have a good time. We hit it at a bad time. Nice inside, never had been. Would an will try it again

I’m going to side pockets to three times a year. I know that they need a card for you to run a tab so we did that this Sunday. We’re told they wouldn’t charge anything to the card because we told them we were paying cash and they said they just needed to hold it. Two charges tried to go through of $16.85 which it was declined because I didn’t have it on the card. It did however take the last $3.66 I had on the card. I actually use that card because just in case that happened. And they told me when we checked out since we paid cash It would automatically go back on there. It did not go back on there as I didn’t think it would. Bad business to tell people the card is just for hold and then charges start ringing up on it.

Bryan was our waiter today for a few drinks with friends, and let me just start off by saying he is absolutely phenomenal!! And quite a jokester at that, he made us laugh many times! He also put up the umbrella because he was outside when I told my husband that I was a little hot and that we should move tables so he took the time out of his day to get an umbrella from the side and put it up for us, which he absolutely did not have to do but the fact that he did do that says a lot about him as a person! He also made great drinks!! The best lemon drop I’ve had!! Thanks, Bryan for a great time today!!!

Great place to stop for a drink, with a ton of great food selections! Pool tables everywhere. Awesome TV options and a great jukebox also. Service is always fantastic regardless of the time of day, Kat and Megan were particularly great while helping us today!!

The staff makes this place. Took our daughter and friends here for her 21st birthday. Had a creepy older guy sniffing on our girls (literally) and the staff moved in quickly as he's twirling a pool cue as a weapon (when called out). Food was delicious.

I would generally give a 5 star for Side Pockets. Generally the service is great, and staff is friendly. However today, it took 30 mins for our server to get to us. The Bartender is being rude, almost like he doesn't care to do his job. After finally coming and taking our order, while acting like it was a burden for her (Taylor) to do so, it took another 30 mins to get our drinks. I literally watch the bartender just stand around not making our drinks. I am very disappointed 😞 this go around. Been coming here for a couple years now and this has been by far the worst it has ever been. Sad that the lack of care by a few can bring down the wonderful place my wife and I enjoy hang Ing out.

Sunday Funday! I recommend getting the wing special. 10 Bone-in wings for $5.99 and add fries or corn nuggets for just a $1 more. Best value in town! They also have the most comfortable leather lounge chairs ever, but you have to come early because they are highly sought after and go quickly! Cheers!

From California, caught up in Southwest dibacle . Found side pockets. They were busy for a Thursday, seemed to me. Staff was attentive and helpful to figure out facility. Pool tables were nice and clean. Went into their Speak Easy next door and was very pleasantly surprised. Miss Wanda explained the room to us, very nice. As played pool and ate a fantastic cheese steak sandwich, had Kyle Kilgore playing live. Overall... If your are in Wichita and are looking for a family friendly or a venue to have a great date nite, I recommend Side Pockets.

Perfection!!! I had the break and run. It couldn't have been better. The service was absolutely stellar. I'd say I can't wait to come back, but the truth is I'm so full that I can wait until tomorrow. They even have the best pool tables in town. My advice is to come here regularly. Totally worth it.

Terrible service. I had a few drinks and went outside, when I went back in they told me I’m no longer welcome. Side pockets is terrible and will forever lose my business. There is absolutely no reason for me being kicked out: I did not start problems with anyone there. In fact, I tipped the servers very well. I recommend anyone looking to have fun on a weekend to go elsewhere. I’ve been a long customer of side pockets but after tonight I will no longer come back.
