This place is top notch! A friend introduced us, & we have gone back since. The sushi is delicious. The appetizers are great, too. Their waitstaff is very friendly. You can come here as a group, order a few plates to share, & not break the bank. The atmosphere has sort of a modern industrial feel to it. The sake here is strong & will not disappoint. Definitely a great place for a good time with friends.

Okay, I guess I have to add to this review! It was a few months ago when I was here before. I stay in the area when I'm in town, and I like to come over here now. Prices at Blue Fin are so good! I suggest that you come here and get your eat on and your drink on! 🥢🥣🍹🍸.Today I got a Chicken Katsu to Bento box to go. My waitress was Lynn, and she was so accommodating and sweet! I had a cocktail while I was waiting for my to go food. My cocktail was called Brittney's Secret. It was delicious! I added photos to this review from what I had today. I ordered pick up and go. Never been here before. I'm staying at the hotel across the street. It was really good. I'm not a sushi connoisseur, but I really liked what I got. The staff was friendly and helpful. The sushi in the picture that I'm sharing was not my order, unfortunately. Lol. That was for someone else. But my order was very good.

This place was really good! Fantastic selection and the taste was amazing! I have to say this is probably one of my all-time favorite sushi restaurants. The portions were large, and the staff was extremely friendly. I wish the environment had more of a Japanese feel to it, though. Maybe darker, with Japanese pop music. I will definitely be going back. Coca-Cola products.

While the food was phenomenal they need more wait staff. We didn’t see a seat for at least thirty minutes while the place was practically empty and our server had so much to do she was forgetting our stuff. I asked for a pink cosmo and she had 6 other tables she was taking care of so she forgot.The server made up for her mistakes but I felt bad for her because it seemed like she was taking care of the whole place by herself.

The sushi was average or slightly above. As for the service, it was subpar at best. Seems like the employees were more engaged amongst themselves than with the customers and there was a funny smell by the bar.

Great sushi! we ordered the mountain and an item from the baked section. So good! Seaweed salad is delicious. Beef bento box for my daughter. Quick and friendly service. Beautiful restaurant with a fun patio for outdoor dining. Looking forward to going back here to try more from the menu!

The food was good. The service was lacking tho! They did try, there just wasn't enough servers to complete the services. The atmosphere was quiet and seemed to be very peaceful. They have an excellent selection of both American and Japanese Whiskey's. I really did enjoy the experience and would recommend it as a good spot to have a quiet lunch, or an early dinner before starting your night of old town festivities!

This place has all of the makings of being great. Sushi is great, sake selection is very nice, hibachi food tastes great...where they fall short is where a lot of businesses fall short recently. Staffing. 2 people to seat, wait and bartend. With the short staff problems, it's understandable to have longer wait times and slow on refills and the like. But, where they fell seriously short was with the way they handle cleaning the tables off. Several tables were just left dirty for over 30 minutes after the guests left (never did see them cleaned before we left). We tried to stack our plates to make them easy to clear and every time the waiter came over, he just stared at them like he didn't know what to do with them. They would easily get 5 stars if the dishes were cleared every knee in a while...

It was pretty good. The baked salmon roll was great! I took off a star because I found a bone in my salmon sashimi…

We had a gift certificate so we tried a little of everything including dessert. The hot saki was very smooth. The Spider-Man was fun but not my favorite. We love spicy tuna rolls and they were on the happy hour menu so we started with that. Delicious. Then we moved on to the sashimi special. Outstanding. I think the highlight was the Hawaiian roll. Very large pieces and each bite offered a different combination of flavors. The service was great and we loved sitting in the comfy bar seating.

15th Anniversary dinner and our first visit to Bluefin. Very fresh and tasty. Had edamame & gyoza starters. Combo A, Spider Roll, Mackerel sushi & yellow tail sashimi. Our server Jakob was very prompt and attentive without being a pest. Great food & service.

Came in to order a late lunch to go. Server wasn't very attentive. After getting home with food I found a salad with terrible color and there was no ginger or wasabi . Food was not good. Salmon didn't look appetizing and all of it was all warm. Called the restaurant but nobody was there and was told no one would be there today. Called a 2nd time and was told that I should hear from someone today but that didn't happen either. I used to really enjoy this place... not sure if/ when I'll try again

Staff is friendly. I love the lunch specials they provide and the sushi is delicious. I got a combination sushi plate and also the Spicy Korean Ramen and it was amazing! All together it was only around $22 during lunch.

My to go order: L fried Rice with beef & shrimp, Snow White Roll & Baked Lob Roll. Couple things I was disappointed about: the boxes were not labeled, & the way the items were staked in the bag. The food was good, nothing exciting, but I will admit the price was decent.

The best sushi I've had since moving to Wichita. The customer service is amazing. All together an awesome experience.

I have been frequenting this place for a good 2 years. This is about the 5th time I have gone here where they have royally messed up my tables order. Twice it's happened directly to mine, but it's so bad. One time wasn't about food, but the waitress charged both my sister and my credit card for the entire meals. $70 twice on each card. It was so messed up. Other times waitresses straight up miss food or get order completely wrong. The entire table had their food but me. Almost everyone was done eating before I got my food. This was after I had to painstakingly try and find our waitress to ask where my food was. This has happened one time too many and it's been discussed with the family that we will no longer be going here. Service is just AWFUL.
