I only experienced breakfast and the bar. Every occasion the service was fantastic. Quick attentive and friendly. Portions and value were really good. As mentioned I only had breakfast and drinks at night. The highlight of my breakfast were eggs Benedict that were delicious!

Overall: A very luxurious restaurant. The ambiance is expected of a "fancy" restaurant; quiet, moody, and classy. It was a busy Saturday when we went, but the staff were able to provide excellent service. The price is expected and comparable to other similar restaurants, but parking could be an issue during busy time. 4.5 out of 5. Service: Everyone was so attentive and polite to us. Jenny was our waitress but there were others that made the experience memorable. The food came out in a timely order. 5 out of 5 Food: We ordered a variety of appetizers, entrees, and drinks. They have a kids menu. Even the garlic bread they gave us was on point. I was able to try the smoked salmon, chicken strips, spaghetti and meatball, pork chop, and ribeye. All entrees were delicious! The smoked salmon was very interesting and different with the crispy bread and you can definitely taste the smoke. The strips do not have your typical breading but better. Both the pork chop and ribeye were seasoned very thoroughly where you can taste the flavor in the juice. My steak was cooked to a perfect 👌 medium. I dont think I can complain about any of the items, taste wise. One minor complaint is the portion size on the kid's spaghetti was too much. I'd suggest lowering the price and the portion to match the other items on the kids menu. 5 out of 5 Drink: I had a taste from my wife's Tiki Tiki Rum Rum. It's good, but for the price, I was expecting more. 4 out 5. The Bad: Nothing major.

My husband and I ate here for the first time last weekend and we were so pleased with our experience! The food was absolutely amazing (best smoked salmon). We can’t wait to come back to try out the new menu!

Had dinner Wednesday night. Dinner was absolutely spectacular but what made it so special was the detail and attention from Chef Steve. He visited our table and introduced himself to us. He discussed dinner options with us and offered his recommendations. He also hand delivered our meals and then came back to check on us personally. His culinary skills are amazing and his ability to make customers feel so special is an attribute separating him from others. Many thanks Chef Steve for an amazing dinner and a memorable evening.

Great food, surprisingly empty on a Friday night. Our dinner was fantastic! And our server terrific. Not a ton of vegetarian options by my cashew cream sauce past with a side of asparagus hit the spot!

Service was exceptional from beginning to end. They made my daughter and myself feel welcome. Ian ensured we had our needs met and everyone was polite and friendly. We dined early so I can't speak on the service speed at full capacity. I can say that I highly enjoyed our dining experience by going at 5:30pm. I also loved our waitress. She was kind and willing to help us with our food selection. The food was exquisite. My child had the chicken alfredo. The chicken was cooked to perfection. I had the swordfish and couldn't have been more pleased. We enjoyed ourselves so much we decided to come down for breakfast as well. The brioche french toast was so good I didn't even need the syrup. Really unimpressed. Went in for dinner alone, they tried to push a $75 tasting menu on me until I insisted I didn’t want that much food, and then they admitted that they were serving a full menu. Food was lackluster. Cocktail was decent. Was left sitting waiting for quite a while after I’d finished my meal before I was approached by my waitress. Requested the bill and had to wait a while again to receive it even though it was late and slow in the restaurant. Wouldn’t come back here even though I’d definitely stay at the hotel again.

My wife and I went out for a special date night we saved up for to really go all out. Called Siena last minute and they did an amazing job and got us in within an hour. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable on their menu. The food was exceptional! Can't say that enough. We had the meat and cheese appetizer plate and meatball dish, best decision ever, both where exceptional. I had the 32oz porterhouse and it has been one of the best steaks I have had in Kansas. My wife had a pasta dish with pork belly that was also amazing (forgot to take a picture of her dish). Their selection of alcoholic drinks is crazy big. My wife and I do not drink alcohol, but I was just curious at the list and found they had a small mock-tails list of two items. So we ordered them and they were very good. I would love for them to have more selection on this but it is nothing to gig on the rating I gave them. Definitely will go again when I am in the Wichita area with my wife.

Amazing as always. We did the dinner after my wedding here and I forgot my bouquet and the manager saved it for me. They are such an amazing staff and absolutely phenomenal food!! You're truly missing out if you dont try this place

Had a lovely light dinner at Siena. Upscale causal atmosphere. Service is excellent. Kristen is capable, welcoming and genuine. The halibut entree was perfectly prepared and accompanied by a solid wine selection. A beautiful space and good food in downtown Wichita.

Mistakes were made but then made right. It happens; we all have our off days. A great craft beer selection, a wine list second to few... And that tallow butter :o

My wife and I ate here while staying in the Ambassador Hotel while in town for the REBA concert. The atmosphere was everything you would expect for a top notch steakhouse/restaurant. We ordered several drinks and had salads for appetizers. The drinks were great and my Caesar salad was one of the best I've ever had. My wife had the wedge salad and really enjoyed it. My wife and I both had the 10oz strip steak and both were cooked perfect Medium Rare as ordered. However, both of our steaks and the sides were exceptionally salty! We didn't send them back or anything but at over $50 per entree I expect near perfection. Overall great experience and excellent service. No doubt in my mind they would have fixed our food had we asked!

My husband and I had a date night and wanted to go to a place we have not been to. Alex was phenomenal and checked in on us at the right time. We both had the special. My husband had the fillet and scallops and I had the scallops on a bed of risotto. The scallops were cooked to perfection where it just melts in your mouth! The only flaw was the temperature of the steak, my husband asked for medium and it was medium well. He was redeemed when he took a bite of his tiramisu!!! Overall experience was fantastic!! We will return for another date night!

The beef carpaccio was incredible! We went back the next day for lunch just to enjoy it a second time before flying back home. We both had fillets which were also amazing! Our server, Leslie, was knowledgeable and made our experience memorable!

This was a excellent spot for dinner. I came in with a friend to celebrate graduation and it was a lovely atmosphere with attentive and kind staff. The drinks were decent, the pear pressure especially. The filet was excellent, although for the price it would have been nice to have more than 3 spears of asparagus. That said the food was all great, the tiramisu was delightful and the service was great. I'd come back in the future and have it saved for the next breeze through wichita.

Inside The Ambassador Hotel. Very nice decor, clean, well dressed staff, casual atmosphere yet classy. Food was excellent. Steak cooked to perfection with flame broiled flavor.

My husband and I ate here late night due to our hotel's kitchen being closed early. This place was close by. This was a great find! For dinner we had the ribeye steak and the halibut. Very delicious! Flavorful and moist. We ate everything on our plates and sopped up the sauce. For dessert we ordered a chocolate torte-like (I forget the name of it) and cheesecake. The chocolate torte was delicious. Unfortunately the cheesecake wasn't that great. It didn't have any flavor. The customer service was great! The greeter was very welcoming and our waitress was very pleasant. The atmosphere was really nice. I liked the decor.
