Award winning beer. Free samples, laid back, very friendly staff. Really cool atmosphere. Bring your dog if you want. Want to get a beer with your spouse and can't find a sitter for your little kid? Bring them with you. They have a different excellent food truck in the evenings. I have tried every brewery in town. This brewery is at the top of my list for best in Wichita, with Hopping Gnome second, which is just down the street.

Very chill, laid back vibes. I loved the abundance of outdoor seating and how they had a large garage door that merged the indoors and outdoors. They had some really good locally sourced pizza and bomb brews. They specialize in sours and IPAs, which is super cool.

We stopped on the way to Oklahoma City from Kansas city and were glad we did. Friendly staff and well made ipas and sours in a cool setting and they were dog friendly. We had the holiday fluff (sour) which was sweet and delicious , the wagyu double IPA which was solid and also a hoppy saison called space clouds. We also got some cans and cellared bottles to go which were well priced. We were a little hungry and got the jalapeno cream cheese pizza which had a nice sweet jammy touch to the right amount of spice. It would be enough for one hungry person but we split it. I'd definitely recommend CSB to anyone that appreciates craft beer and good people.

Nathan has THE BEST PERSONALITY for making people want to come back. Look, the beer was delightful, so much so that I want to get a keg for home, but legit the people and the vibe TOP NOTCH!! This is the spot. Go here. Thank me later.

Fantastic brews, friendly staff, plenty of seating, and there’s usually a food truck parked out front.

Always coming out with a variety of brews that are amazing. I really enjoy their bling blue, but it runs out pretty fast. Cozy seating inside and laid-back atmosphere outside. I would have to say CSB is in my top three and Wichita 🍺

Super chill! Very nice setting. Food truck out front. Great staff! The Beer Amazing! 8.2% S'mores Card Games....half empty! Sweet, definitely not hopsy, and packs a punch!

Cool, beautiful, and chill brewery with a great porch! Love everything about central Standard Brewing! They also almost always have a food truck outside and if they don’t, they have these amazing homemade pickles in the cooler to snack on. Sometimes I’m full and not in a beer mood so they have a few sangria options which is nice!

Our server at a different brewery recommended we gave this a try before we left town and i am glad we did! It was very busy but the crowd vibe was decent and didn't really hinder our experience. The beer selection is really good and they have a few rotating "guest beers" from other breweries which I think is a really cool thing for them to do. Live music was going down which is fun but it also seemed to clash with the crowd noise but the outside seating had alot of tables and has a chill vibe if you aren't wanting to listen to the live performance. Appears to be very pet and kid friendly as well which is cool! I will return.

Thought I hated IPA's and Sours... Boy was I wrong. If these are still there you need to try them. The bartender made me try then and I bought 2 Growlers to go home!

Nice locally brewed ales and IPAs. Atmosphere is a win. If you are looking for food I'd keep looking but if you just want to have a delicious drink with some friends this is a great little spot.

Place is pretty simple. Great beer and great atmosphere. Wife and I like to come here relax and unwind with a few beers. There is usually a food truck or so there to go with there huge outdoor patio.

It's one of my favorite breweries to visit while in Wichita, many varieties of beers on tap. Great vibe and beers! Also, check out White Crow and Hopping Gnome while you are in the area.

One of the best kickbacks in Wichita! Especially in the warmer months this place is amazing! Very dog friendly, which is always a plus. Occasional food pop ups! Those taquitos are fiyahhh! They do have great sangria too if beer isn’t your thing! I could see themed dance nights being really fun in this space too.

Just passing through on our way home to Minnesota. Super cool place. Super cool people. Super cool vibe. Oh, and REALLY good beer and pizza. Def worth a stop if you're in the area. Or, if you're a local, you already know all of this. So, apologies for preaching to the choir. 😁
