I
took
my
family
to
dinner
at
Red
Robin
last
night,
unfortunately
we
received,
probably
the
worst
customer
service
experience
that
I
have
ever
seen,
and
we
were
a
table
of
servers,
past
and
present.
We
had
two
small
toddlers
with
us
and
arrived
in
plenty
of
time
to
get
their
dinner
in
time,
we
thought.
The
only
thing
our
server
did
for
us
was
take
our
drink
order,
we
had
to
ask
a
manager
to
take
our
order,
as
we
watched
all
of
the
tables
around
us
who
came
in
after
us,
even
leaving
before
we
got
our
food.
The
babies
were
starting
to
fuss,
I
had
to
flag
someone
down
to
ask
for
crackers
or
fries
to
hold
them
over,
we
were
brought
one
basket
of
fries,
there
was
three
of
us
who
had
placed
orders.
She
walked
by
time
and
time
again,
ignoring
us
completely,
finally
my
daughter
asked
when
we
were
going
to
get
our
order,
she
left
as
if
to
go
and
check
but
disappeared,
we
could
see
our
order
sitting
up
in
the
window,
sitting
for
several
minutes.
Finally
someone
else
brought
us
our
meal
and
it
was
cold.
By
now
the
babies
are
crying,
they
are
hungry
and
they
are
done.
We
are
trying
to
feed
them
as
quickly
as
possible
so
not
to
ruin
the
dining
experience
of
those
around
us.
She
did
not
ever
check
on
us,
until
it
was
time
to
pay,
that
was
the
extent
of
our
customer
service.
Having
been
a
server,
I
am
usually
hesitant
to
write
a
negative
review,
I
get
it,
we
all
have
bad
days,
but
this
was
complete
disregard
and
shameful
to
the
server
community.
I
did
not
even
get
to
eat
my
meal,
nor
did
my
daughter.
Worst
experience
to
date
and
we
will
not
be
back.
