Absolutely 💯 fantastic! Most times Peruvian cuisine is a guarantee for good food, but then at restaurants there are a few other things to consider. Gabbys checks ✔ all the marks! Easy to get to location from downtown and almost every area as it is close to highway. Easy parking right next to restaurant. Upon walking in, the friendliness of the staff is noticeable. Then the service our waiter provided was top notch. Friendly, clear, fast and with a smile always. The ambiance is Latin feel and two big tvs show video of Peruvian travel, programs etc. The food portion and flavor and value knocks it out of the park! Full on excellent 👌 Loved the place! 🙌❤

I had this great pot roast sandwich at Gabby's for lunch recently. It was delicious!! The fried plantain was amazing too! Great place! I already want it again!

Great ambience, food was great, customer service on point. I had the lomoalo Macho. Great choice, seasoned perfectly, sauce with the rice tastes fantastic. This is not a lot of portion, if you're looking for something to fill you big time then this is not the option but worth trying this.

This was probably the best meal we’ve had in a long time. Definitely the best Peruvian. We are here in Wichita visiting family from Florida and we are so glad to have found this place. Great food, really nice portions, great service!

Had dinner with my husband and a couple friends.. great Peruvian foods.. Yuka as appetizer is awesome with sauces. Love it.. we will come back for sure.

I had the tofu ceviche, fried rice, and a chicha morada. They were all MUY DELICIOSO. Loved it and will be back.

Awesome ethic food in Wichita. Flavors were all great and the staff were super friendly. Not a big place, so might have to wait to get in but well worth it. Ask for recommendation ms on food, they were very helpful.

I've been meaning to try Gabby's for awhile. We finally went for lunch. We got the fried yuca as an appetizer. Crisp and delicious. Very good in the sauces provided. Ordered the Arroz con Pollo y Papa a la Huancaina. It hit the spot. A great comfort food. I personally liked the yellow pepper sauce mixed in the rice. Very good. My husband ordered the Pescado a lo Macho. The sauce in this dish was divine. The seafood was all cooked to perfection. He got plantains in place of more yuca. We were well fed. Got some flan and tres leches to go. Plan on coming back for Picarones on Saturday.

Vegan menu included. I ordered the veggie combo plate - beans, rice, plantain, yuca, small side salad. Food was delicious. I appreciate the vegan options! I will be back to try the other menu items. Restaurant building is a little old but everything looked clean. Clean restrooms. Service was good too, friendly and attentive staff.

The flavors are out of this world! I tried the fried yuca, lomo saltado, and Inca kola. While the Inca Kola was a bit sweeter than I thought it would be, everything else was perfection. The staff is so friendly and I got to meet Gabby herself, who's probably the sweetest person you could ever meet. The atmosphere is comforting and you can tell the dishes were made with love. You will want to make Gabby's a priority when you visit Wichita or for your next night out 🥰🥰

Ordered the Lomo Saltado and Quinoa salad to go. The quinoa salad was refreshing but more potatoes than quinoa. The avocado was perfect and the house dressing was citrusy and pleasant. Beef was great but the rice and fries were slightly stale also the sautéed tomatoes tasted a bit off. Overall good.

What a delight! Get here and eat, this cuisine is delish! Both of our dishes were great (I had Lomo Saltado and fried plantains), and worth remembering. It's small local place but do not let this place disappear. It's really good.

Delicious food. Nice, clean dining room. Our server was great. Main dishes were fantastic...and even the rice was awesome, and I'm not too much of a fan of rice!! However; I love french fries, and they had absolutely awesome fries. Everything was good. Highly recommend.

A fancy and elegant atmosphere with eloquently priced food and food that is classy and plentiful. Never has the flavor been too salty or too bad. Awesome service and it's just a calming place. I wish the restaurant had a better location so more people could experience it.

Very friendly service and people. Great selections of vegan/vegetarian items as well. The server recommended me the chaufa de tofu and it was great. Would definitely come back to try the others items.

We have a fish ceviche and Chicha. The taste of fish ceviche is pretty good and authentic (from Miami), the sauce is super delicious, but the fish is not that fresh… The Chicha drink is awesome! Balance but special! I like it!

My husband and I went here for the first time this evening and it all around was an incredible experience. The service was fantastic and the food was even better. Very clean and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend visiting. We definitely will be going back!

The hospitality, food quality, and overall experience was amazing. I felt like I was family from the second I walked in. The food flavors were unreal. Tried many dishes and loved them all. Even got to learn a little about the culture and unique foods of Peru (like lucuma and cow heart). Can’t wait to go back in a few days for lunch! This place would even stand out with regards to quality of food in a bigger metro city like Seattle where there are numerous amazing places to eat. A must try, it’s amazing.

Delicious food; quick & pleasant service. Our server helped us pick the best food & bev for an authentic Peruvian experience. And this is, without a doubt, the BEST chicha morada I have ever had. Delicious ceviche and arroz con mariscos, of course! Will have to come back soon for some dinner entrees.
