The food was super delicious! Especially my birthday desert ! The Server CJ ( Christopher James ) was so courteous and attentive to serving me. He gave me excellent customer service! Young man needs a raise because it’s hard work to keep a customer happy. The chocolate dessert warmed my heart with it’s deliciousness! Thank you for your excellent customer service CJ keep it up and stay focus on your studies !

Not bad. I do feel (this is just me), all OGs have gone "down hill". But, this is over a 12 year period. Went with a friend. The waiter; now he was a gentleman. And friendly. We were in a hurry. Appreciate it.

Decided to come here for lunch with a group of friends and got in almost immediately. Our server and host were incredible, and took great care of us. We loved getting to spend some time together and our waiter did a great job of accommodating us while we were there. Shout out to this place for their great service! Their food was also good, and they brought out some piping hot breadsticks each time. Great atmosphere, great staff, and great food! Love it!

We celebrated my wife's birthday at the Olive Garden and were not disappointed. Toni went above and beyond taking care of us even though she was very busy. The drinks we ordered were mixed perfect, not too weak or strong. Our dinners came out fast and tasted amazing. My wife's birthday dessert was awesome and we were treated with a sip of a perfectly paired wine. We had an incredibly great experience and highly recommend a visit!

We have been to this Olive Garden over 20 times in the past year and will not be returning. Upon arrival the host said they didn't have our name on the wait list, but were magically able to find it when we produced a text message. We told our waitress we needed a few minutes to order and she returned less than 1 minute later and TOLD us she was taking our order. We weren't even ready. Our food came out quickly and was hot, but it was pretty tasteless. Less than 5 minutes after receiving our entrees our waitress asked if we needed anything else and directed us to pay on the kiosk. We ordered another round of soup instead and she was annoyed. We were once again told to pay at the kiosk and were not offered dessert. We told her we needed a few minutes to wrap up (we had been seated for less than 30 minutes and were actively eating our entrees) and the waitress returned to our table THREE TIMES IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. We finally left abruptly and absolutely will not return. The table behind us was also not offered dessert (different waitress) even though they were celebrating a birthday! When their waitress came back and again TOLD them to pay on the kiosk they ordered dessert and I have never felt so much irritation radiate off a waitress before. Also, the new breadsticks are disgusting.

We were pleasantly surprised with the taste of our dinner. The ravioli appetizer had a filling that was meaty. The endless salad soup and breadsticks on a rainy Monday was a nice end to the day. All the while, we were pleased with the Frozen Bellini and highly recommended. Service was quick and very kind. ***Update...12/28/23: slower service, but man, they are keeping food in order and everyone in family are pleased.

Didnt like the Host never says Hello or Goodbye and for some reason we have to wait 5min for her to take us to get sat Not even busy and tables are not clean "why did we have to wait an watch her frolick things around". Our server was Great really sweet an soft spoken, our Calamrai Appetizer was the best we have ever gotten. Dishes were good but man I always feel it needs a kick in the flavor or something?

The food was good and tasted fresh except for the lasagna. The lasagna tasted like it had been frozen and then reheated. Didn't care for our server, she kept coming over every thirty seconds from the time we sat down asking if we were ready to order. I felt rushed to order, eat and get out.

Food was good. Love going to Olive Garden at least once a year. Missed it on my birthday. I think the host or hostesses need to pay more attention when seating. We were seated, but they didn't assign a waiter or waitress. Manger handled, that's why they get 4 instead of 3.

I'm not feeling this chain any longer. First off the food isn't obviously authentic Italian. It comes frozen to the restaurant. There are no side options and you're very limited in how you prefer to eat your salad. Only one option, slathered in Italian dressing. Not everyone likes that stuff. Secondly or thirdly, they were out of olives when we went two days ago. Olive Garden 🫒 no olives ? The servers have been kind and it's not their fault the food choices are terrible and they don't keep olives in stock. Do yourself and your family a favor and go to an authentic Italian restaurant where the food is made by actual Italian chefs and there are better options. Also, the Italian restaurants are even cheaper than this chain. I honestly don't know why people keep going here when there are so many better options at better prices.

Pretty darn good for the time we arrived at. The server was fantastic although my shrimp Alfredo wasn't too bad it did have some of the tail shell or something in it and our salad had a strip of plastic from the bag in it (stuff happens not too mad). The drinks were delicious although I wish for the price there had been more of it. My ladies chicken Alfredo was perfect and of course endless bread sticks are great!

Disappointed. Made a to go order as I am pregnant and didn’t want to eat inside. I got the 6oz steak med rare with Alfredo. The steak was rare, very rare. Even with microwaving it for 2-3 minutes, it was still to rare. I am not exaggerating… the Alfredo amount given with the meal was 3 bites worth. My daughter who ordered the kids meal spaghetti with chicken and French fries… she had more of a portion of noodles than I did with my meal. Also, they did not give us the $3 worth of chicken ordered for her meal. I normally do not leave reviews, however I called to let them know. . The manager said we’ll you ordered med rare… I said yes correct but the steak shouldn’t be this rare. He then sounded annoyed, asked for my email, and said he would send a coupon or gift card and hung up. I never did receive a email from them. I’d upload the pictures but it doesn’t have a option to on here.. I’ll stick with going to the derby location from now on.

My king and I enjoyed our dinner at Olive garden. We had a phenomenal server. I don't want to butcher his name but it started with the letter "T" the food was tasty, I will be 100% satisfied if they upgrade their breadsticks I'm not a fan. I feel that the customer service and the comfortable atmosphere makes up for the breadsticks.

Had date night with the misses, was a wonderful experience. The bartender was our server, Hanna, she checked on us frequently. The service was great. The whole place was very clean. Atmosphere was nice, great food! Great time. Great flavor. We'll definitely return to this place.

Brought our Granddaughters and everything was great. Our waiter kept our glasses full and was very attentive without overdoing it. Love the chicken Alfredo. My Husband had seafood Alfredo. My eldest Granddaughter had shrimp Alfredo and our youngest had Mac and cheese. The root beer came I. A bottle which the youngest thought was cool. We had calamari that was just the right amount. Everything was perfect. Thank you.

We came here for a special occasion. 14 people were in our party. Only waited 7 minutes for our tables to be ready. Our waitress took our order quickly. She kept our glasses full. Our food came out in about 20 minutes. All was cooked to order and was delicious!

I told the waitress it was my birthday. She was very nice and helped me choose a wonderful wine. When the meal was done. She brought out my dessert with Happy Birthday written on my plate in syrup. Very helpful and was very kind.

This place is hit or miss in my experience. Today was a complete hit. The food was good, but the service was absolutely amazing. I drink my drinks quickly, so I tell the staff that they have permission to put two drinks at a time, so they have an easier time serving me. My wait staff decided to serve me one drink at a time. Failure, right? Nope! Not only was my wait staff on top of it, but they were on top of my food refills as well. He was perfectly professional and friendly. I can't wait to return for this type of service. I'll likely be back this week. At a $30 meal, that's saying something. I know this is a great review, as it should be, but I can't recommend this restaurant. I've experienced too many misses. Hopefully, they continue to provide this wonderful experience, and I'll be able to recommend it later.

It was great our server was awesome. However I ordered an $8.00 drink with a shot and it came out to be like $22 Dollars. Not sure how that happens. Watch your bar charges. The man that made it couldn't even tell me how my drink went from $8.00 to $22.00. I said i should have just received another drink or 2. Needless to say the issue wasn't resolved. I believe he was a manager.

For many years this was a restaurant that was top notch and highly desirable when I wanted something delicious and trusted I was going to leave full, fat, and happy. Italian food is a favorite for me so this was a place I would always recommend when choosing a perfect place to enjoy a date night with my wife. Unfortunately after a long while of not attending we visited this place and everything was entirely different. The waitress was sweet and apologetic and just doing the best she could but the management and upkeep of this place has tanked terribly. I couldn’t believe how disorganized everything was it was actually entertaining. The air conditioner didn’t work so there was this portable machine keeping things somewhat cool. We were seated and ordered drinks and I ordered tea and was surprised by the taste of lemonade when my drink arrived. My wife’s Dr Pepper had no soda flavor just carbonated water. My wife ordered her favorite calamari for an appetizer and the frying machine was down so we had limited options and that was out and so we order our food and it comes out and I’m eating my plate of food and some other guy comes back to give me my food while I’m eating my food so it must have been added twice somehow. The food was delicious as always so that was nice then it came to paying with the new table smart screens and the ticket did not even have my food on it so they didn’t even charge me after bringing two plates out to me! Since I’m not crooked I told the waitress to charge me and she printed up and manual ticket for us. Overall I could really tell there was a lot of employees that didn’t really have the proper training of everything they needed to deliver a pleasant meal experience to customers. I’m disappointed this restaurant has changed to this degree and likely will not return because of this. It is still expensive and there are many other wonderful places I’d rather spend my money at that will be well managed and organized as it should be. To be clear, this was the west side location about a month or so ago. I would still recommend this place because it’s still wonderful food if you enjoy occasional Italian.

Angel was the best server I've ever had! She was delightful with a quick sense of humor without overstepping. She was at our table before we had a moment to call her over. The food was fresh and cooked perfectly! The experience was delightful!

Little less than satisfied. Food was good, the issue was our waiter wasn't around much at all. We had to stop a manager and ask for refills on soup, salad, bread sticks and drinks. The manager helped out, but in the process spilled tea down my arm as he was refilling my glass and he continued to pour lol. To be fair they were busy, however, I didn't expect a shower. I was given a quick apology and he rushed off. I'd go back, just maybe not when they're overwhelmed like they were this time of day.

Had a lovely dinner with a close friend. The wait wasn’t long, and even then we didn't mind waiting in the lobby. It was a little chilly out but the lobby has comfy bench seats and the lobby was warm. The dinner rush was a little busy, but that was expected for a Friday night. The waitress was very nice and welcoming and kept tabs on our drinks and breadsticks. Wonderful service and experience!

Salad lacked dressing and the lettuce was in huge chunks. The Margharita chicken with broccoli was delicious but took a very long time to arrive at our table. Huge dislike on the game fobs at the table. I have no issue paying at the table but do we need a huge bright screen sitting there? This is historically a beautiful ambiance.

I wish you would not use cloth napkins. It is so gross when you see people blowing their nose in those napkins. Would be nice to have some paper napkins on the table for people to use. I always bring my own or ask the waiter for some paper ones. Thank you

I haven’t been here and years and and when I was able to go here again I was impressed with my experience. The atmosphere is really peaceful even during a busy lunch, the food was great especially for the price. When I wasn’t sure what soup I wanted my server, Daniel, was incredibly helpful, attentive to the tables, and extremely friendly. Daniel definitely made the dining experience an even better one!

Soup came lukewarm, appetizer calamari was barely warm, spaghetti was served warm. Waitress said they do not have decaf coffee so settled on hot tea. I talked with manager he said they do have decaf coffee available. I told him about the soup and he said it is at a specific hot degree. And he seemed to not believe me that the soup was served lukewarm. Maybe waitress didn't serve it right away?? If food isn't served right away, it cools down.

Our waitress Rebecca H. was without a doubt the most wonderful waitress we have ever experienced. So professional and personable she was a brilliant light. The food was excellent as well. As disabled veterans my wife and I thank Olive Garden for the wonderful way we were welcomed and treated throughout our dinner. May God bless your restaurant and team.

    - kids meals come out cold, it seems to be a common occurrence - my chicken parm meal came out with the wrong noodles, no big deals Instead of just letting me eat my meal and bringing out the right noodles the waitress took my entire plate to fix it. No problem but everyone in the family finished their meals way before I got mine back. - kids meal came with a drink but charged me for root beer. Waitress should have said comes with drink, except root beer? Wasn’t worth it. Pros? My food was good. My salad and breadsticks were great. The service, though not great at knowing how to solve the problem appropriately was very nice.

Freshest food I have had in a very long time. Waitress was over the top nice as well as Store mgr. Had them clean the window ledge (super wow, good job), followed up on every table and by far again beat I have seen in years! WONDERFUL DINING EXPERIENCE. Keep up the good work!!

It is awesome to have great service. Many places nowadays don't have good service some even mess up orders quite a bit. Glad to have a good service because I was questioning if people cared anymore about taking care of their customers. Food as usual from olive garden is nice and tasty. Little wait between salad and entree. We will definitely come again.

We brought our grandkids here to celebrate birthdays As they had never been to Olive Garden before and they absolutely love the place. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food options change and she took very good care of our table, we were never short on drinks or bread sticks. The food was fabulous, Delicious as always and the servings were.plentiful.

The service was good. The new appetizer was very tasty. My husband liked his meal of shrimp Alfredo. But my chicken Marsala was a big disappointment. It was just wrong. Too much flour (gummy), the sauce had scant mushrooms , salty, and thick as gravy. Actually it tasted like it was made from a mix packet.

Everything I've had at Olive Garden has been delicious. Their portions are generously sized and you can easily get a second meal out of the leftovers if you have a lighter stomach. The staff is helpful and energetic which elevates the event.

  • 1/5 Luis U. 2 years ago on Google
The service was phenomenal. Great atmosphere like always. The reason I scored so low is the pricing. They recently got new menus in, and with the new menus came new prices. We've always enjoyed going on our date nights and knew we'd splurge a bit. Now the majority of the menu is at $20 or more. Which sadly is now just outside our date night budget. *edit* While I appreciate the response and understand with these trying times costs of different items and services are increasing. While the CEO had an estimated $15 million salary last year (conservative estimate) I wonder how much of a paycut they took to lessen the blow on consumers. How much of the increase in costs is being shared with the employees? I wasn't going to go this route, but when the CEO is making so much more than most the employees combined I don't see how an increase like this is necessary. Blaming the times is such a cop out it's sickening.

Very nice franchise and does not disappoint every visit whether it's dine in or take out. Food is always fresh with good portions. I feel like there is not enough sauce on pastas recently like fettuccine alfredo and spaghetti but they are still tasty. Friendly, fun, and welcoming staff who always give quality service. They still were great and attentive even when the place is very busy.

We had an awesome dinner celebrating her 85th birthday! The food was very good. Our waiter was C.J. and he was the most awesome waiter - you should ask for him. We were seated quickly and our whole party enjoyed the experience.

The staff here put this place over the top from moment you walk in they were great. Super atmosphere with the decor and music I thought I was in Italy. The food was delicious and plenty of it. Mind you this place is a little pricey but all things considered I would recommend this place for a wonderful evening.
