Absolutely amazing!! We did a mukbang with the menu and it was soooo good!! The sage biscuits and gravy with coconut bacon was very very good. In the pictures the Sinnamon Roll pancakes (9.00)are at the top my Daughter and Granddaughters favorite good portion, top right is the is the Sante Fe plate (11.00) tofu scramble with fried potatoes, pinto beans, and tortilla chips and a hatch green chili sauce my favorite and my husbands Bottom right is the Grilled PLT (11.25) marinated Portobello mushrooms, peppered Dijon sauce, lettuce, tomatoes. Now I do not like mushrooms at all but this was so dang good, holy Hannah!! Bottom left was another favorite of mine ( I had a lot of favs) which is the Chipotle black bean burger w/chips (11.75) this one was ALL mine🥰 and lastly top left the sage biscuits and gravy with coconut bacon (5.25 1/2 order/9.25 full) so very good if I didn't have the others to taste I would have eaten the whole thing, also a granddaughter and hubby favorite. Drinks were top left iced vanilla coffee(4.50) fresh squeezed watermelon lemonade(4.00) and far right fresh brewed ice tea(2.75) very good tea and a favorite for Granddaughter was the watermelon lemonade and my daughter the vanilla iced coffee. Wonderful time excellent clean meals vegan, most gluten free and they have an order ahead custom menu on their website. Very nice people, give it a try you won't be disappointed 💖(flowers added by us)

The food here in unbelievably good! My mom, a real meat-and-potatoes kind of gal declared her mushroom sandwich "the best sandwich I've ever had". This is pretty serious but I can't she was wrong. We went here twice in 3 days and never had anything we didn't love. The setting on the bus is super fun and we even played ping pong in the yard on the way out!! Can't wait to go back to super this wonderful place. Love their creativity and their food!

I'm not vegan or a vegetarian but the food and drink was delicious! Sage biscuits and gravy with coconut chips for bacon was wonderful. The guy taking my order was very friendly also. I definitely suggest eating upstairs for the experience. The watermelon lemonade was so fresh and tasty also!

Really great and fresh food. Was so so excited to try it when I finally found out about it. Creative menu with great flavors and even better people. You even have the option to eat inside of the food truck because it is essentially a double decker bus. So on a hot day you get to enjoy A/C and great food. Keep up the great work! Looking forward to this business thriving in the ICT.

Compassionate and fun people serving up some of the most delicious food I've ever had, and it's all plant based/vegan right here in Wichita! Their menu changes, but it's always well executed. I would eat there every day if it was possible! Thankful they are providing healthy food and proving that delicious meals can be ethically sourced!
