Pot and cigarette smoke in rooms around mine. Stairs dirty... Room was clean...but, not much water pressure on 3rd floor. I will never stay here again!

Location was good, but like extended stays, ya got your homeless in the cars living at night in the parking lot, trying to come inside by prying open the doors with the rugs. Stayed for a week, musty chemical smell from insecticide and cleaners and dampness very heavy especially on the third floor. There is NO cross air movement so summer time the halls on the upper floors are as stagnant as it gets. The laminate flooring with the dark fake wood test with a magic eraser didn't really turn up much dirt, vs the insanely filthy extended stay hotel at Oliver and 96..so the cleaning is good here. All bathroom and kitchen surfaces were clean. There's also more cabinets to place stuff on/inside vs other hotels which you have to leave on the floor. AC unit was window one with no removable air filter I could rinse out and it was moldy smelling. It kept the room cool enough. Now the real negative...the bug bites. Definitely a spider bite my first night in my leg, and the last night on my stomach was a number of bites but I don't think they were bed bugs as it was similar to a small patch of poison ivy. The employees though especially the housekeeping were friendly and professional though.

Worst experience booking a room for my employees ever. Don’t give them your credit card because they will make tons of unauthorized charges.

I would not like to stay at this hotel again. Due to different maintenance issues we wound up having to switch rooms twice, so we had 3 different room numbers for our 3 night stay. The hotel has made the choice not to pay maintenance people to be on site at all during the weekends, so when something breaks, like the air conditioner, you just have to keep changing rooms. The rooms were clean enough, though everything just looked really old and outdated. The mattress was stiff and uncomfortable, and each queen size bed gets 3 pillows instead of the 4 that you get from most hotels. The in-suite kitchen only provides you with 1 plate, 1 cup, and 1 mug, except my second room which gave us 2 plates, no cups, and 1 mug. There were no towels in the second room we had, so I had to go back down to the desk to get some because the nice lady couldn’t leave to bring them up to me, due to the hotel only employing 1 front desk attendant over a holiday weekend. Finally, each room has a digital control for the thermostat, but what they don't tell you is that they won't allow the room to go below 71. I had mine set to 67 the entire time and it did no good in any of the 3 rooms. However, I did add on a few stars because despite the issues I had, the hotel was clean, and the staff were always incredibly friendly and did what they could to help us out. I’m sure there are much worse hotels out there, but this one was not worth the price we paid to stay.

I like this area of Wichita as it is overall quiet and seems low crime which is always nice for a long stay. The rooms with the kitchen are great for the price. Full size fridge, 2 burner stove top, full size microwave and a dishwasher! Cabinet space is plentiful as well. Large closet, long desk, 3 large drawers. The size of the room is large. The toilet runs a little bit, could use a new stopper. Hot water is hot for a nice shower. The room and furnishings do show their wear. I believe it's hard to find good maintenance help these days.

Could use some updating & better cleaning practices…otherwise, it’s a decent place for the $

I would absolutely stay here again! Great experience staying and a breath of fresh air given the last hotel we had stayed at in Wichita. So glad we found this gem. Yes, it has a little age behind it and only queen size beds. But it's clean, quiet, has a kitchen in the room, a small gym and laundry on site. The staff was exceptional in every way. The rates were cheaper than they should be. Definitely recommend.

We booked a last minute one night stay through Expedia. When we got to the hotel Kayla, the woman who checked us in, was extremely polite and professional. We got to our room, and it looked like it was still being cleaned. We went to the front desk and she very quickly found us a new room, and never treated us like it was inconvenient. She was the nicest hotel representative we've spoken to in a long time. The room was clean and met our expectations for the price. We were charged twice for our room, and management was able to rectify it same day, and was also very polite. The customer service at this location was top notch, and I would absolutely stay here again because of how both situations were handled.

Very basic. Front desk not very welcoming. Room was clean but common areas were not. Hallway wasn’t vacuumed and looked like it wasn’t for days. Way overpriced for such basic accommodations. It was Saturday night and because of festival all the rooms in town were full so I guess they can gouge. No coffee in rooms. Only coffee was from machine in laundry room. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend. Really getting tired of dirty hotels.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location right next to K-96. Rooms were clean enough to feel comfortable staying in but had some issues such as stains on the carpet and something black coming out of the ice maker. Noise level could be better too, as I was kept awake by noise in the parking lot and hallway as well as my room phone ringing at 8 am for no reason.

Bed was very comfy and a/c was cool. However, the black Mustang GT in the parking lot was a major issue. The occupants were staying at the hotel and smoking in their car. This wouldn’t have been a problem but the Mustang had a very loud exhaust system and they would keep it running while they smoked and occasionally rev the motor. They did this day and night. Complained to the front desk both days and nothing was done.

Rooms are awesome. Enjoyed the extras you get in the room such as sample dish soap , dishwasher soap , 2 rolls paper rolls. Already stocked kitchen. Enjoy how easy it is to wash your laundry on premises. You scan the qr code load money on your app and start the machines. The staff is so friendly and caring. They will make sure you are smiling. Overall a wonderful place.

Staff very friendly, clean, all the amenities are GREAT! COMPLETE SET UP includes darling kitchen needs nothing, pots, pans, silver, dishes, cups, paper towels, soap to do dishes, dishwasher, laundry facilities. Plus an array of things you can check out such as forgotten items one may need....games...movies...books. place is somewhat dated but to have everything right there and be able to cook or make popcorn ha!... lived the stay and have been twice. We really like this chain of all suite extended stay however the Wichita location was lacking. No ice machine, ice maker in fridge not working, had non stop trouble with keys both on room door and exterior door. Front desk staff seemed unable/unwilling to do much. Asked for a receipt, printer wasn’t working, so requested an email receipt, 3 days later, so don’t have one. No utensils in kitchen, only had 2 pots and 2 coffee cups but nothing to actually cook with. Bed and pillows were comfy and shower water pressure was amazing

One of the better hotels I've stayed at in the past few months. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was very nice, kitchen great, price fantastic. Would absolutely recommend and absolutely come back whenever I'm in Wichita.

Priced right. Clean and no frills. Adequate for long-term stay. Room smelled a bit like smoke but wasn’t overwhelming.

Didn’t really sleep. They allow a loud car to set outside the first floor windows with the load exhaust running all night. When I asked the desk attendant she says they have a room. So they know about it. If they have a room why are they allowed to set in the car in a loud Mustang GT rev up the engine all night. They could go to the far corner of the parking lot and maybe not bother other guests. The desk attendant had a note from another guest when I complained. But they still allow it. Otherwise this would be a great stay. Stayed two nights. Persisted both nights August 28th 2022.

Clean room comfortable and has everything you need. Only grab and go breakfast but not a big deal. Inexpensive. Will stay again.
