We recently stayed at the Drury while we were in town for a wedding. I cannot speak more highly of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The happy hour and the breakfast are a major bonus and reason alone to choose this hotel. The restaurant offered a wide variety of good choices for a reasonable price. Neat view of the river walk and downtown is an added bonus. We will certainly choose the Drury in the future and recommend it to others.

Outstanding. Parking. I would & did use hotel parking at fifteen dollars a day. Wichita downtown area has noticeable homeless citizens. Not a criticism. Be careful. Finally, I received a bereavement rate. Joined the loyalty program, after several stays and great service. St. Joseph, MO, Denver and great Wichita hotels.

The room was great. Historic feel in the lobby. The staff, very helpful and courteous. They use real eggs for breakfast! Not powdered like others have moved to. Price a night wasn't outrageous. Surrounding views if you wanted to take a walk, gorgeous on a beautiful day. There's a lake in back. Pool and workout areas were clean and comfortable.

I love this hotel every time I stay here! It’s clean, it’s quiet, right smack in the middle of downtown so you can enjoy an evening out, and the history of this place! Such a deal, and I never regret staying here each and every time. The breakfast buffet is amazing, the dinners are not bad….employees are always super nice and helpful. Perfect for a romantic night away.

My family and I have stayed here before and this historic, beautiful hotel is my favorite. First of all, the interior itself is incredible. If you appreciate marble and etchings, it's a stunner. Secondly, find out about its history. The meeting room that still has the archway where the train used to stop here is fascinating to me. Knowing about the storefronts that used to be here is so cool. You can picture it so easily. The staff are fantastic and friendly. Walking along the river on the back of the hotel is so nice. Sitting out there when it's warm out is relaxing. The rooms are clean and nice but the beds are SO comfortable! And then the food situation! You get free dinner (but they call it snacks 😳) and it's good, with free cocktails and free breakfast!!!! You don't get that included anywhere for the decent price that this DP is!! The restaurant AVI is next door and I've had a salad there once and chicken another time and it was delicious. It's a little more on the expensive side. And then you've got the Century 2 across the street so if you've got a musical to see or a convention to attend, it's right there! Love this place.

The experience was amazing. Clean rooms, great free breakfast and dinner with 3 free drinks per person, and an amazing staff I wish every hotel was like this. Costello at the 5:30-7:00 PM kickback made my night, amazing individual that just adds to the charm of this great hotel. We will definitely be staying here every time we’re in Wichita!

I had a wonderful stay at this historic hotel. Even though it is a 3-star property, it felt like a proper 4-star hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was large and had all sorts of amenities including a coffee maker, a microwave, and a mini fridge. What surprised me the most is that the hotel in addition to free breakfast provides free dinner and alcoholic drinks - that alone saves quite a bit of money. I also loved free popcorn during the evening hours. Parking was $10 a day in the garage. The only disappointment was a WiFi signal in the room. I highly recommend this hotel.

Okay hotel, had a decent room that was quite spacious even though others have told me that the rooms can be a little on the small side. Had a microwave and a small fridge in the room already. The TV is way too small as compared to other hotels. Looked more like a computer monitor actually and gym was adequate and liked the true fitness elliptical…for Wichita I think it does the trick. Went down early and had the complimentary breakfast, I was underwhelmed, Wish they had some fresh fruit cut up also, other than just a banana and orange. But, I give them credit for returning food back to customers and still at least offering a little happy hour option even though I’ll skip it. The staff was very nice switch I always appreciate courteous staff.

Wow! A great experience this weekend. Initially we were shocked by the price and the additional charge for parking, but the friendly staff, clean facilities and Happy Hour food and drinks make up for it. Other than one encounter with a worker, you can tell these employees are taking care of and enjoy their jobs because they treat others with so much joy and respect. Our room and the hallways and elevators were very well kept. The pool and hot tub were cleaned daily. The security of the place is top notch with the parking garage and elevators having to be accessed with your room key. All and all, a very good experience

A lovely hotel. However, the walk from my handicapped parking space to my room was very long & difficult to carry my bags. In room X22, there were long hallways including the above street walkway from parking to hotel. Otherwise, it’s a beautifully restored 100 year old downtown hotel! Good Breakfast & kickback snacks in the afternoon. Friendly staff as well!

We use this amazing hotel and conference center every year to host over 200 women for our Foursquare Ladies Retreat. Tony, Emily (to name a couple of people) and the rest of the staff at this hotel go above and beyond to make our event successful!! The food is wonderful and the hotel rooms are always clean. Thank you for welcoming and caring for us!!

I love this hotel. Very nice hotel. The rooms are nice. The bar is great. The restaurant is great with great food. The staff has been extremely nice and kind. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Five stars easily.

Room was clean but would have appreciated a chair in the bedroom of our suite. The breakfast that they served everyday was great and many choices. The service was outstanding. Thank you for a memorable stay. AVI restaurant had good food but a little over priced.

We will definitely stay here next time we're in Wichita. The staff was wonderful. The location was great; within walking distance of a lot of things. They have a complimentary shuttle that got us from the airport and back which was great. The breakfast and evening drinks/food were a nice addition. Can't say enough good things about this place.

We loved our stay at the Drury Inn. It was right on the river and the hot tub was on the second floor with a gorgeous view. The entire hotel was clean. The staff was the best part. Check in was easy and friendly! The staff that does dinner and drinks + breakfast was impressive. The man who manages the tables was amazing. (He should get a raise!) He was one of the most joyful and kind people I have ever met in the hospitality industry. He would sing and chat with guests. Very enthusiastic and hospitable! We will definitely stay here again.

Always recommend Drury hotels. The service was great, the bed was soooo comfortable with a wide range of pillows to fit your preference. I like the they offer free dinner, drinks and breakfast. The front desk staff was so accommodating to different preferences, so friendly and helpful.

We came for a birthday party and the gentleman named Castello came in and sang happy birthday to them. He has the most amazing voice and it carried its way throughout the area and beyond! It was beautiful!! The room was nice and clean, parking is a bit of a mess but overall, it's been great. The customer service is definitely what made this visit a little more special.

My daughter and I had a two queen room. It was clean and comfortable on the 7th floor. I thought we might hear a lot of street noise but we didn't. Enjoyed the buffet in the evening and also for breakfast. Front desk staff were great. Very polite, professional, and helpful. I like that you have to use your room key to get into the garage and then to get into the hotel itself. It felt very safe.

The hotel is great, the kick-back hour is a nice perk, but honestly the staff is what sets this place apart. Alenah at the front desk is incredible. She is kind and explains the hotel features very thoroughly, she also does an excellent job remembering guests that have stayed there before. The Drury is my favorite place to stay in Wichita, and she is a big part of the reason why.

The place has a lot of history to it and was renovated very well. It’s an experience to be in there. Unfortunately they seemed to forget the sound proofing of the windows. It fells like sleeping in the middle of the road. You‘ll have extremely loud cars passing by all night. Even with hearing protection it was difficult to get a good sleep. Because of this I will not want to go back to this hotel, as sleep is most important to me. However, I recommend to check out the building.

Nice hotel in a good location on the river. Great breakfast and evening snacks. Three adult beverages included with the snacks. The staff was excellent and the room was okay and very quiet. Will definitely stay at more Drury hotels. There are several breweries down Douglas Ave, about a mile walk.

Attended a conference here and the facilities and the catering was excellent. Very clean, space was vast, and the food was very good. Great place to have a conference. I didn’t stay in the hotel but everything looked modern and clean.

Had an awesome weekend, was greeted by a cheerful bubbly Alenah, got to the room, was clean, and went to dinner & was greeted by another bubbly worker Costello, (Amazing man of God), Breakfast was just as great, Watching Michelle teach people how to make the perfect waffles, with a smile each time. Even with the weather being cold, my husband & I enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi. The checkout with Amanda, was so sweet, she made you feel like booking another weekend. We've been to several hotels, but never a hotel with all the employees being this cheerful & pleasant.

We stayed during the weekend of April 29-31st. Our room was clean and very comfy. All the amenities were great! Breakfast and social dinner were fantastic, 2 stars there. except we felt discriminated against as we wore our mask in dining area. As we attempted to get our complimentary drinks, Teri at the bar area requested ids from us. We then went back to our rooms to get our ids. As I watched later on that evening she did not ask any other guest for ids. And we were the only ones wearing mask. I approached her on my concerns and she denied any wrong doing, she later apologized and said she couldn’t see our faces, I don’t know if she knows a person can lower a mask. I believe she singled us out because we chose to wear our masks, it was very disappointing as we have stayed at several Drury inns in Az and this was our first one out of states. 👎🏽

We happened upon this hotel, and I cannot express how pleased I was with the entire experience! The hotel and rooms were clean. Every staff member I encountered was helpful and friendly. The pool was clean. The breakfast had a lot of options and satisfied the whole family. We did not get to experience the happy hour, but I heard it can feed the kids dinner and give 3 drinks per adult. We will definitely come back!!

Not the place to stay if you have mobility/accessibility concerns. Parking is in a garage across the street that costs $10 extra (there’s a covered walkway above the road at least) and it’s a trek to your room and an even further trek to the breakfast and kickback areas. We ordered Grubhub delivery to our room and the Front Desk staff would not let them deliver it to our room. “No one who isn’t a guest is allowed to go on the elevator”…okay so maybe arrange an escort for delivery persons or keep the hotel’s kitchen open later than 10pm or just offer better options at the little “market” downstairs. It’s not like we were inviting friends to come party. I am disabled and exhausted from traveling and was just trying to save myself some stamina. They should update the website to address the mobility concerns and their private guest floors Policy. I’m completely used to delivery person having to check in with the Front Desk. I have never had one turned away like that before. Also, this is more of a fun thing than a necessary thing like food but the hot tubs do not have walk in access. There’s an ancient lift that you have to call for assistance to operate but come on it’s 2022 and this seems to be a really nice place. A bit of thoughtfulness for mobility impaired guests is not that hard.

This place is fantastic! I loved them so much I booked a room for my return trip. Very clean, incredibly friendly staff...they made me feel valued for sure. You can't beat these prices either! And they include a hot dinner, breakfast and 3 drinks per night. Book your stay here!

Attended a business conference held at the hotel. An excellent stay. Great value. Manager's reception in the evening and breakfast in the morning were excellent. Walking distance to see a Wichita Wind Surge game at Riverfront stadium.

Amazing amazing views and in the downtown heart close to events and food. Has great river walk to have great conversations and exercise or outdoor seating to relax and enjoy. great for events and business meetings. great rooms with fair price id say 4 star even though says 3.

Absolutely love this hotel. Felt as though it really was their desire to serve us. Their happy hour is phenomenal and the many places to sit in intimate conversations makes it a very comfortable hotel to stay in with a group. Add to that the beautiful riverfront that they created in landscape and seating, rooftop hot tub, indoor pool and hot tub, we definitely will choose this hotel over the others in the area!

Everything about our stay was great! We were in Wichita for a basketball tournament during a very busy weekend. The hotel was spotless and the staff was amazing. Even though the hotel was full, the breakfast and evening snacks flowed smoothly and there was plenty of space. The hotel did not seem crowded even at full capacity. The location is right on the river and there is a lot to do in the area. Brandon organized our group block and he was great to work with! I highly recommend this hotel and very much appreciate Brandon and all the staff!
