This was our second stay with the ALoft chain. The room was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable sans a hairdryer. There is a programmable safe in the room as well as a nice sized closet space. The beds were comfortable with clean, soft sheets and pillows. Oddly the entire bathroom area is on one switch and really filters into the sleeping area so showering while others are sleeping isn't really an option.

Bed was comfortable had a view of the fountain. High pressure shower was amazing and nice DryBar products to use. Gym was nice, breakfast was easy to order and coffee was strong which I appreciate!! I look forward to my next visit! Also quiktrip is right there too top of gas and get on the road!

It was a very clean hotel and the shower was amazing. Works have given the room a 5 star but they put us in a feather room when we requested a feather free room. Great customer service. Will definitely return if ever in the area again.

I have had a couple extended business trips and have stayed at the Aloft this year. Both times I had a great stay with everyone being so nice and helpful. I wish I could remember everyone's name but thanks to all and especially Jessica, Jerry, Tab, Ruby and JR! All great folks and made my stay great. I would recommend the Wichita Aloft at any time!

This is a new experience for me with this hotel. The rooms are smaller and designed for what you would actually use it, to sleep. They have several areas around the lobby that you can use to socialize or relax. They have a business lounge for office workers for those that need to work. Loved the outdoor pool, giving one the ability to get some sun and swim. The workout/ " Recovery Room" was nice, but the setup is not great for those who love morning workouts. The sun, beating down through the window with no low-e coating made it very hot, driving the temperature up to 78 and even 79 by the time I left. In the shared pic you can see the temp was set at 68, but you could not even feel the air coming from the vents. For a place that says that they take pride in cleaning, they failed to clean the bars and dumbbells as you can see with the dirty towel when I cleaned the ones I used. This is actually why I dropped it down to 4 stars on top of the hot "Recovery Room." They do offer free coffee in the mornings, but they charge for breakfast items. I would suggest that you go to a restaurant because $5 for a Jimmy Dean sausage and biscuit that you have to microwave is insane. If you like the free hot breakfast offered at other places, then this place is not for you. If you like an inexpensive place to sleep and enjoy a wonderful outdoor pool and patio for sun bathing along with a great bar and social seating area indoors and outdoors with a gas fireplace, then go here and enjoy yourself. If they fix the sun problem in the "Recovery Room" with some type of blinds or something and keep the weights clean, it would be worth a 5 star rating.

My wife, my dog, and I had a very pleasant experience at the Aloft in Wichita, KS. We were driving back from Oklahoma to Colorado during a busy holiday weekend when we got caught in a bad snowstorm. My wife called the hotel's number to see if they had any rooms available for not just us but for our dog. The clerk over the phone was very kind and understanding and booked us a room with less than one hour from our arrival. And, once we arrived at the hotel, cold, exhausted, and worn down from the stressful drive, it felt so welcoming and inviting. Our check-in was seamless and friendly. Our room was perfect and accommodating to our fur baby. Moving forward, we will look to stay at an Aloft whenever we're traveling. We highly recommend, especially if you're a traveler with a fur baby.

The staff was really helpful and nice. Front desk lady so very sweet friendly and helpful. The room was clean, had everything I could need, so modern. Beds comfy with plenty of pillows and check out time isn't till 12 so I could relax, sleep in and still get ready!!

This is a marginal motel at best. We would only stay here because it was pet friendly and they used to not charge a pet fee. Now they charge $50 and threaten you with an extra $250 if they have to clean up a mess. This is fine, but the Marriott Bonvoy app is a nightmare and doesn’t show these charges when you book.

Great, friendly staff greeted us and helped in anyway they could. JR was terrific! The lobby has a fun vibe and there is a small bar if you wish to get a drink. There is seating inside and outside. The rooms are well equipped and the internet works great. The hotel is n a great spot - right by a QT and close to shopping and the highway. The breakfast menu looks good and affordable. If you are a platinum member, you can eat for free!

We were just stopping through for the night on a road trip, but our experience at this hotel was great that we even started to contemplate visiting again. Our favorite part was that they offered vegan-friendly breakfast options!

We traveled to Wichita for a soccer tournament. The team booked at Aloft and it was a great decision! The staff was great, very attentive and kind. The location in right off the highway and only 2 miles from most of the major shops and food options. Clean rooms, great lobby vibes and pet friendly. Loved our entire experience.

Downstairs is nice, as for the room it’s small. Wouldn’t want to stay longer than a weekend or overnight here. The sheets were very uncomfortable, as in old and dainty time for some new ones because they were itchy. The down blanket is just in between two flat sheets, so makes you wonder if it’s even washed or the sheets just changed out. The restaurant next door was a highlight. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I found the hotel very nice and clean from the entrance to the rooms, the employees were very friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable and we were able to rest very well after a long car trip, I would definitely stay here again.

No free Wi-Fi ,breakfast, and cheap coffee and no blackout rooms or usb hook-ups,the room coffee maker is dirty, floor is dirty. The website is false advertisement. Says!!! Grab and go at Re:fuel by Aloft℠, our self-serve gourmet pantry full of mix-and-match meals, make-your-own cappuccinos, and our signature breakfast pots. Available 24/7, it's the perfect place to refuel when you need a quick pick-me-up!<<< What hotel are they talking about???

The staff are always welcoming and very helpful. The concept and design of the rooms is a bit odd for my taste but the staff made this hotel a great place to stay

We recently utilized Aloft for a block of rooms for our wedding. The rooms themselves were nice according to our guests. My issue comes from hotel management. I went back and forth with management for months trying to coordinate the room lists for my block. They failed multiple times to appropriately track rooms booked with the block even though our guests used the link they provided and mentioned the block in booking. Even after sorting out the block list they still failed to give all of our guests the welcome bags we provided even after I went back and confirmed with them in person multiple times. Then, after all of this they tried to charge us for "unused rooms" even though 80% of the capacity of the reservation had been reached as required by the signed contract. It would at times take days and even weeks to get communication back from them and they failed on multiple occasions to have a manager on site when I came in person even when I called ahead to confirm someone would be there and scheduled an appointment. To top it all off, on the Friday night before my wedding my Mother in Law was late getting into town. She called ahead to let the hotel know that she was still coming and not to give her room away as she would be arriving around midnight. When she arrived at 12:15 AM they had already given her room away. I will certainly never be bringing business back to this hotel. No degree of niceness to a lobby design or pool can out weigh the poor way myself and my family was treated. I will say, staff around the hotel like the cleaning staff was delightful. My issue rests with management.

Robert was very helpful. He actually went above and beyond to get us our room and with that we are very grateful!! He deserves a raise. He’s most definitely a keeper and a great asset to the company.

Not a bad place to stop at when traveling for work. Rooms were great size and staff is awesome. Cleanliness of the rooms and overall hotel was okay. You can tell they try to mask the dog smells with a lot of scented sprays vs true cleaning. Also the half eaten cheeto I found in my room was another sign of not really clean. My view was pretty interesting, but a deal breaker.

The room and property was very clean! Service was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was pricey, but not run of the mill either. Vegan breakfast options available. Too cold to use pool, but that area looked nice too. A mini dog park available too. Pet friendly charges. Go for it! No photos but out room was as pictured online.

This was a perfect stay,, I was greeted by JR and Jerry by my name at the front door. I haven't stayed here in months, The happy hour was fun, Belinda kept everything upbeat, the music on Tuesday night was a bonus. New smart TV 's, this is my property of choice when I stay in Wichita.

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be let down. It was a very clean hotel and the shower was amazing. Works have given the room a 5 star but they put us in a feather room when we requested a feather free room. Great customer service. Will definitely return if ever in the area again.

The lobby of this hotel is very modern. The rooms do give the feeling of staying in a loft. High ceilings, kinda open areas. Okay… to be fair, this place isn’t all bad. The service was good. The bed wasn’t the worst, and I got good sleep. Water was hot, so that’s a plus. However, for the price, I would opt for another hotel such as Best Western. There is breakfast, but for purchase. (Which isn’t horrible) the coffee in the daytime was cold in the lobby. What I assume to be a smoke detector or some kind of emergency assistance flashes bright in your eyes at night… it was excessive enough for me to wake out of my sleep. The bottom lining of the showers had black debris. The sink had residue as if it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. There is construction going on, and it can be heard in your room. I did go down to the lobby and have a drink and a bite to eat. The bartender was very nice, but their drinks need an extra shot requested with it. The food did what it was supposed to do…. Nothing extraordinary. It is not all bad towhere I can’t return

Very helpful and friendly staff, pet-friendly (which is a must for me) and good amenities. The food from their kitchen is more inventive and less exorbitantly priced than your standard hotel fare. They also have healthy options in the lobby to buy in case you arrive after the kitchen closes (think Amy’s Organics meals). Stylish decor and an AMAZING shower.

I rented a room for my elderly parents here during their road trip on both the too and from. I called the hotel and asked to add their names for easy access and it went super smooth. My dad said it was one of the nicest hotels and the breakfast was great! Thank you for taking great care of my parents with their stay. Its awesome to know that you treat people as friends and not only guests.

Great place to stay. Love the design of rooms. The front desk workers were very friendly. Only thing was they didn't have any soap to use at the sink. We were told that they were out that the manager had went to get some. It was alittle inconvenient but just used the shower gel.

Pros: bed is comfortable, staff was friendly. Cons: broken safe, booked a king size but was given a room with 2 queens because there were no clean rooms with king size beds, the lighting is not good, the toilet was running, pool was closed, and the paint job is awful. None of these cons really impacted my stay but they might for other guests.

Despite a few minor flaws in the hotel property itself we enjoyed a short 2 night stay mostly thanks to the incredibly hard working Jennifer Sheffield! This young lady went well above & beyond to help us with any question or request we had. She was there upon our evening check in & then again back at the front desk early morning with a smiling face and willingness to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. She alone is the reason we rate this stay & property 5 stars! Thank you Jennifer for your amazing customer service & dedication, we truly appreciated all you did for our family :)

Very comfortable, luxurious hotel in a quiet area just outside the city. Nice bar and short but decent food menu. The room itself was lovely, and I slept better than I've slept in years. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever return to this area.
