Every
place
will
have
little
things
happen
that
aren't
make
or
break
issues
when
I
consider
the
time
spent
in
a
hotel.
The
main
factors
we
consider
when
traveling
are
things
that
are
consistent
with
the
facility
and/or
brand.
Those
are
beds,
pillows,
smell,
staff
attitude,
and
willingness
to
address
concerns,
cleanliness,
towels,
condition
of
amenities,
and,
of
course,
price.
Our
room
was
a
suite
and
had
a
full
kitchen,
large
bathroom,
and
decent
office
area.
The
carpet
and
other
flooring
was
in
good
condition.
The
towels
were
nice,
large
and
fluffy.
We
have
stayed
places
where
they
smelled
weird
and
were
like
sandpaper.
There
was
a
recliner
and
a
nice
TV.
The
bed
was
comfortable
enough,
but
it
seemed
more
like
a
full
size
than
a
queen.
My
husband
is
roughly
6
ft
5,
and
we
typically
get
a
king
for
that
reason.
The
pillows
were
designated
either
firm
or
soft
to
meet
your
preference
and
normal
size.
Not
the
tiny
square
ones
that
barely
hold
your
head.
The
staff
were
always
cheerful
when
we
came
in
and
out.
And
when
I
let
the
desk
help,
know
that
our
bathroom
sink
wouldn't
drain...
he
asked
if
he
could
check
it
immediately.
He
wasn't
able
to
unclog
it
and
apologized,
then
offered
to
get
us
a
different
room.
It
wasn't
that
big
a
deal
since
we
had
a
kitchen
sink
to
wash
our
hands.
The
location
was
decent
and
close
to
Walmart
and
other
places
to
get
food
and
to
hop
on
the
main
road
to
various
places.
The
biggest
issue
that
would
prevent
us
from
staying
is
the
bed
size.
