Stayed here for 2+ weeks while training at Flight Safety. The room was clean. The kitchenette was perfect. They say they only clean the room once every 7 days, however every day I got home my dishes were done, the garbage was gone, and the bed made. Impressive service. Could not hear any noise from other rooms or in the hallway. The only thing I wish I knew sooner was that the chair in living room reclined.. man it was comfy. Location was the only drawback as it wasn’t as close to Flight Safety, but the rates and service made it top notch. Would recommend and will stay here again next year.

Manager and staff will not assist you in cancelling your room. The manager said he doesn’t trust his front desk staff and doesn’t allow them to cancel rooms without his involvement. His staff tried calling him and he would never return their phone calls. They were at a loss. He put me in the middle of their poor training and will be charging me anyway. Be careful.

I believe I reviewed the wrong location earlier. .. My first stay here was very nice including the staff members. I had a king size suite with a city view. The suite was very clean and relaxing. I also like that they are pet friendly. The bed was very comfortable as well. I decided to see if I could stay an extra night, and staff was able to find a queen suite that was available due to the king was already booked. I was grateful that I didn't have to pack up and move to another hotel, but this suite was not that great. The tub is clogged, drink stain on bedroom end table, someone's fake eyelashes on bedroom mirror, sinking hole in the middle of the bed, (which is why I'm up at 4 am writing this), and someone's water pitcher in the refrigerator. Totally different from the first room, and at a higher rate.

*pic captions describe room layout* My family came down for a weekend and stayed in a king suite. The room was great, huge bathroom. The only concern is the fact that it says separate room with king bed- i wouldn’t say that considering there is no door between the rooms nor is the wall completed - there is a very large opening/window between rooms, each room has a huge TV which makes it a challenge to have both going at the same time. That and the only window in the room is in a corner section that’s only good for holding a single suitcase during the stay. So lighting isn’t great but there is plenty of space and amenities. Full kitchen with fridge and dishes to eat with, recliner chair, couch with pull out bed, coffee table, tv stand with a large TV all in the living area. **I’ve posted pics that kind of show the layout - the couch sits along the dividing half wall between bedroom showing the opening, and the island looking table is between the kitchen and living area. **

Yes please stay here. The staff is way beyond 5 stars. Check in was thee best ever as i got to witness a guy training a gal. Knowing how they are trained was more than a 5 star experience. I am so glad to be a loyal member of IHG. Then the experience got better as i used their complimentary laundry facilities. Thank you so much. I loved the smiles on the faces of the housekeepers and how they really value my loyalty. This is a must stay amd i will be back.

Very nice suite rooms, full kitchen, large living room and bedroom area. Lobby area was clean and well maintained. Pet friendly and close to many local venues.

My stay was In late September 2022. The staff was friendly. My room was clean and had a wonderful kitchenette. However, my three stars is for the managements policy regarding ice buckets. I did not have one in my room and when I asked the front desk attendant for one I was informed that I would need to RENT an ice bucket. Tired I said agreed but when a full page form was given to me to complete I declined stunned that a hotel of the caliber would enforce a policy such a this. The next day I discovered that there were not enough buckets for each room so management implemented this policy of bucket rental…unbelievable.

I got a huge huge suite room! I was travelling with my 2 dogs who had been cooped up for 8 hours driving in my truck and they made use of that big space! They ran around, played fetch and tossed their toys everywhere. They needed that break ! Room was huge, nice, clean. Only issue is there was some mold in the shower. I know that can be remedied. Would stay again.

I'm guessing the good reviews are coming from people who travel very little. My room smelled like burnt onions. As I am a PRN employee who's company makes my reservation, I have to find out when I'm scheduled to check out. I went down and asked when my checkout date was. She said, Hold on a minute. And kept on wiping off the waffle maker right in front of me?!? What the?? I stood there staring at her. Strange. No one has actually been nice or friendly. The people mentioned in the other reviews must have quit.

Due to a minor fire in our house, my family has been staying in two of their King Suites for two weeks, so far. These suites are very nice - and very clean. The only thing that's lacking is the full-size pullout sofa bed...horridly uncomfortable. There are only 4 USB charging outlets, but lots of electrical outlets. The kitchenettes are stocked with all the necessary cooking and eating equipment, plus there are more things free to "check out" next to the lobby (i.e. toaster oven, crock pot, grilling tools, more cookware, umbrellas, DVD players, board games, etc). Also in that area is a well-stocked snack area that you put on your room card. There are free: fitness room, meeting rooms (I don't know if they are free), gazebo with BBQ grill, and during the summer, a small-ish pool and outdoor jacuzzi are open. Even the on-site laundry facilities and plenty of parking are free. This is a very cool place to stay! [Insurance is paying for this - no wzy could I afford

My room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. A good pub is located across the parking lot which was great for a late night snack.
