Room looked old and run down, buildings are run down. There are long-term residents living in every building, laundry hanging from balconies and children loud and disrespectful outside. Microwave didn't work, holes in wall and ceiling. Stains on bedding. Front desk employees were not kind. This place is NOT as advertised. Facilities are gross. Handle on sink came off just by trying to turn it on. Has an entire kitchenette and no dishes. Wifi didn't work well. Grass is not kept up, trash is thrown everywhere. Can't use fireplace. NOT a 3 star hotel, I wouldn't even say it's a 1 star. Moved to an actual 3 star hotel right next door because it's hard to feel safe staying there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are much better places very close by!

I booked this on a Priceline lightning deal after last minute changes in itinerary. To start, the property looked abandoned. No signs of maintenance with trash and overgrown grass. Random things on varying patios, like people lived there with no restrictions. A large framed artwork was hanging outside next to my front door. Just weird. Inside was like an apartment. It was neatly set up and could even be cute if it didn’t feel so icky. After seeing how poor the grounds were maintained, I can only imagine what grime hid in those old dark carpets. Front desk guy was cool and I was able to sleep. 2 stars for last minute needs met. Price was super affordable but I’d rather they did renovations and just charged more. That all said, I would not stay here again.

I wish I could give zero stars. I also wish I would have read the reviews prior to booking this place. Upon arrival, the grounds were overgrown and trash scattered everywhere. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and checked into my room. First off the room smelled of stale cigarettes, the lighting was terrible. I always check the bed first and pulled back the sheets to find the mattress cover covered in stains and bug bits and a big black stain on the left side. Lifted the mattress and discovered a crack pipe stashed under the mattress. I immediately left the room and went up front to request a refund only to be told to wait for about an hour so the manager can check out the room. The attendant assured me that I would be refunded 3-5 business days through Priceline. I have yet to be refunded.

STAY AWAY! We booked a room based off of the photos on their website(which looked decent!) which are all either old or photoshopped. The place is run down and rough. We get to our room, there’s trash all over the grass around it. We enter the room, the door is broken and jammed. It barely shut. Once we got it shut, the extra lock was half off the door and the door was jammed. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. After inspection, the bathroom and floors were disgustingly dirty. The shower looked like a rest stop shower. We checked the cabinets and fridge which both had roaches in them. We also saw a roach on the bed as we were gathering our stuff to leave. We went to the front desk to inform them we wanted a refund and to leave. He offered another room, but who in their right mind would stay there after seeing roaches! We have been refused a refund because we didn’t accept a new room. We were there for less than 15 minutes! This place is shady and will do anything to avoid making things right with the customer. We were told to call back in the morning and speak to a manager, then we’re told the manager was actually out of town, now we can’t get a refund because we refused a new room. Excuses. Stay far away from this place!

For regular price or especially for online deal of like 50 - absolutely stunning for what you're getting! Huge suite with full kitchen, extended bathroom, French balcony overlooking your delivery vehicle, and the sheer space you get here. Looking at other reviews - don't compare a $50 stay with a pool to some $300 presidential suite, it's not going to be. And if you aren't people persons don't expect 5* service from 2-3.

RUN!!!! Trash and broken glass all over property. You will NOT get a receipt for your deposit, even if you ask for one. You also will NOT be able to get a refund after you Check IN. My advice is, for you to check your room first. The carpet and curtains are so gross!!! It hasn't been wash ever. Has strong smoke smell in rooms. You get hot breakfast Only on weekends (Need to hurry and get it before it's all gone, people be taking more than their suppose to). During the week it's only cold food, just small box cereal, milk, orange juice and cold old coffee. This hotel is the only trashy dirty property in the area. Children will play by your patio door window, be careful they could break it. We did not enjoy our 3 day stay. It was a total Nightmare!!!

The rooms are spacious and have a full kitchen and they are an inexpensive option. The rooms definitely show their age. The worst thing is they were dirty. There was dirt, cobwebs on the wall, and hair on the "clean" sheets. The floor was not one you would walk on without socks. There are much better options for the same price.

This was a very bad experience for us. My family requested a non smoking suite and the smell of smoke was overwhelming. The suite was full of flies, the sheets were stained and the floor was sticky. The outside was completely unkempt with tall grass and a lot of trash everywhere. There were children in the parking lot playing in a shopping cart. The AC went out (record heat that week) and when we asked someone to fix it, they just turned the fan on. It got hotter and hotter through the night, we left as soon as we could. I saw other reviews saying you get what you pay for, I have no idea why this suite cost $200 a night, that is a lot to me. Went to the Baymont by Wyndham nearby for a little less $$ and a very clean and comfortable experience. I don't understand. Please stay somewhere else.

I travel a lot so I decided to stay there because I travel a lot and was in the city stopping by and needed a place to sleep for a few days. The first room, 311 I was placed in had 6 roaches 🪳 just crawling everywhere by the kitchen sink, the bathroom and the walls. I was very disgusted. I immediately went to the office to inform them of the situation and the lady in the office switched my room. My second room was cool for the day, 511. The following day I’m laying in bed watching tv and started to itch my neck and my shoulder, I was wondering why I was itching so bad so I told my husband that I’m itchy and so then I checked my shirt of the area it was itching and there it was……. A HUGE BED BUG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to the office and told the worker my situation and asked for a refund and he denied!!!!!! I showed him pictures and everything. He didn’t even care!!!!! I’m very upset at this point. I’m in the office and look over and there is literally a roach crawling on the walls. The only thing the worker says is “I’m sorry” which I understand he can’t do much but he atleast could’ve gave me a refund. I do NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. I beg you to take your money else where. *** pictures will be shown below ***

My review isn't towards the workers or the front desk they are super sweet. The room was a perfect and convenient place for my family. But if your going to stay there bring all your stuff in your room if you have a hitch you'll want to remove that as well, ours was stolen, the property only has cameras in the front office and front of outside. So there isn't any cameras anywhere else. This is a high crime area, the third day i we were there the there were 4 cops doing thier job and catching the bad guy but there is some sketchy cracked out people out and about after dark. Just be ⚠️ cautious.I would stay here again if cameras were mounted and working.

AVOID. I stay at hotels/motels 2-3 weekends a month and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Dishwasher broken, coffeemaker broken, stove top broken, carpet hadn't been vacuumed, toilet hadn't been cleaned. "Fully stocked" kitchen had no plates, pans or utensils. Framed broken glass on the wall, jagged edges exposed. After 3 complaints the front desk guy finally did something about the permanent residents making noise all day and all night (literally, they must have been doing it in shifts.) Garbage and broken glass all over the courtyard. Full bags of trash just lying on the grass. I paid $129 plus a $100 deposit for this. AVOID.

Horrendous! First, the door wouldn’t shut all the way. Being in a sketchy area, that’s not cool. Once we removed the loose, broken piece from the bottom that seals the door for weather, we were able to close the door. Had to basically put our body weight against it to bolt lock it. The patio sliding glass door is bolted shut. To top it off, the door was stuck the next morning. We had to call the front desk from our cell phone because the room phone did NOT work. They sent us MAIDS to try to open the door. Even a larger male was unable to kick the door down. There were holes in the curtains covering the sliding glass doors. Honestly looks like bullet holes or burn holes. The ceiling above the shower has obviously been patched multiple times. There’s no straws or stir sticks for coffee. No dishes. This place is terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE! The only nice thing about it was that they refunded our money.

This hotel has seen better days. It is listed as a 3 star hotel but I think it has slipped from the spot. The rooms are clean but showing signs of disrepair and poor maintenance. Other aspects of the facility are also showing signs of lack of maintenance. The sports court is a tennis/basketball court with no ability to play basketball since there was no back board or hoop and some of the flooring was missing. The breakfast is better than a straight continental breakfast but handled poorly. An example is the freshly "cooked" sausage patties just put out were cold in the middle. In my opinion, this motel feels like the current management of the property is trying to milk as much profit from the hotel without putting in the effort to keep up or improve it. I will looking at other hotel options when I come back to Wichita.

Not only was I insulted upon check in. The room was 200$ a night for a room that stayed hot in the 90 degree area and did not cool off until 3am and was hot again by 11 am. They did nothing to try and change us room. The water in the kitchenette only hot water would come out. The tvs would turn on but not change channels so we were stuck watching the weather channel. The property is completely run down broken windows and roaches on the in and outside of the rooms. The staff are the rudest I have ever come across. They did absolutely nothing to make anything right

The room was reasonably clean, but I'm not sure it has ever been updated. The mattress creaked every time we moved and sunk in the middle and while smoking is not allowed, I don't think the carpet has been replaced or the walls repainted since smoking was allowed. The pool outside was not filled and it looked like there were chairs and other debris at the bottom.

Do not stay here. The grounds keeping is non existent. There is grass that hasn’t been cut in months, garbage lying around everywhere. We saw building material around the entire premises that’s a danger to anyway. The parking lot is even disgusting. It has branches, debris and dirt/gravel everywhere. They seem to have people living there full time as well, and this group of people are messy and loud. Our particular room was “clean”, but the shower was literally falling apart. Overall, this should be a $30/night room. I paid $177 on Priceline. I’m shocked the neighboring hotels that are nice, new and clean haven’t called the city on this dump. The staff member that checked me out was very pleasant.

-5 stars. Literally would never stay here. It's not okay to go into rooms with 'Do Not Disturb' signs on the door. And pet's belong to their owners. Don't steal!

Booked room for daughter in law & grandkids during Thanksgiving, I thought it would be nice based on area. DO NOT STAY HERE! Had major complications checking in, since I used my credit card, added my daughter in laws name to reservation they would not allow her to check in, around 11pm with 2 children under 4. I had to leave work to check them in. Major inconvenience. I've had the exact same check in at other Suites in Wichita with my daughter. No issues with her checking in without me. I arrived checked them in, she gets to room, it's very nasty & dirty. She immediately asked to be moved, staff came to room asking her if she touched anything, she said absolutely not I'm grossed out just standing inside room, he said great we can rebook room. She moved to a some what better room & made it work as she & the children were very tired. Had booked for 2nights checked out at 9am next morning, canceled 2nd night. DO NOT STAY HERE! Wish I could rate 0 stars. Staff left alot to be desired, they didn't look or act professionally. They gave Slumlord management skills. Also in room below our room a 9 yr old child was attacked by a pit bull, with bites to her face & hospitalized. It was a nightmare, we were traumatized. Our family was heartbroken over this incident. Praise God I was able to find out she's doing well. Dr's initially thought she would need plastic surgery, but they were able to repair without surgery. Thank God!

I am 65 years old and I have NEVER written a review or complaint about a property! DO NOT stay at this place! We drove up to the property and it was very rundown on the outside, peeling paint, etc..Immediately we were concerned but we thought we would give it a try. When we walked into the lobby it was less than desirable. Property advertises breakfast buffet but I could see a very small area allotted for breakfast area. We booked this hotel because it was a best deal on Priceline. I guess I should have been warned but it was rated as a 3 star hotel. Our first hint should have been that the room deposit was $100. More than what we had booked the room for. We then went to our room! Broken down cars in the parking lot. We opened the door to our room and the light wouldn’t work. Finally we found a dim light in the kitchen that worked. The room smelled it was VERY worn out and the patio door had curtains that were pinned together. The bathroom was dirty the toilet still had spots on it, the tub had a constant drip and rusty. I didn’t feel safe at all!! It had a kitchen but it was yuk. You could hear the occupants in the room above walking around. I told my husband there was no way I could stay here and he said yes this was the worse room we had ever been to. We went back up to the front desk they said they wouldn’t give us a refund as we had booked it non refundable. He said we could try another room. We went to that a it was alittle better but basically the same. He told a housekeeper to go before we went to the “second” room. She came out as we approached she had sprayed some kind of air freshener. You just about gagged. We immediately left and went to grab something to eat. I was soooo upset and I told my husband I could not stay there and he agreed. We went to another hotel about 2 miles down the road that was about the same price but it was great!!! I am soooo glad we switched hotels. So BEWARE do NOT stay at this hotel. It was rated 3 stars but I wouldn’t rate it even a 1!!

DO NOT STAY HERE ! Worst hotel experience ever ! Surely wish I had read reviews, however the family and I were rushing. Upon arriving at the property it looks like an episode of Walking Dead. Definitely families living at the property long term, seems to be an entire African community. None of the amenities are as advertised in pictures. The A/C was broken in the room stuck at 80+ degrees. Shower rod broken. No kitchen utensils at all. Flies infested the room and around the outside of room. Trash everywhere on property. Made front desk aware and they just tried to move us. We checked out but was still charged for one night in spite of being there for 2 hours and notifying desk immediately.

The room I got smelled so bad. It was not clean. The furniture and bed needed to be thrown out because they were in such bad condition. The conditions of the room were so bad. It took us about 15 and left, we decided to not stay as soon as we noticed how everything was deplorable and the carpet reeked of something awful. I went back to the office to return the key and left.I will never return to that place ever again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

  • 1/5 Cheri M. 6 months ago on Google
Awful. Owners/management were banging on our door at 9:30 at night even though we had our do not disturb sign on the door. They told us we were not supposed to be in the room and that was the room they gave us! We had keys to get in and everything. It was an awful experience and it also made me feel very scared. There are also very scary looking people hanging all around there. I will NEVER stay here again. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone! I don’t know even want to give it 1 star when it deserves 0.

This is the most nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in.. Online it looks so clean but when you get in the room is disgusting literally... I had room 321 at first and when I walked in I looked around before I touched anything and there was green stuff all over the wall. The kitchen and bathroom looked like it never had been clean because food was all over the kitchen walls and the bathroom was so nasty the bathtub looked like it hadn't been clean for weeks. Then they moved me to 421 and that wasn't any better so I wanted to just get my money back because I paid for two nights and didn't want my kids to stay somewhere that was so nasty.. They wouldn't give me my money back and are very rude. When it was time to check out I asked for the Property managers number because I wanted to talk to him.. There was a lady that took my name and number and said that she would have him call me and she never did.. I will never go back and if you don't have to I would highly recommend you not to stay at this hotel...

Room was clean and has a kitchenet. However it was old and out dated. They required $100 deposit I don't know why? Lol! The curtains are old weather damaged and appeared to be falling apart. With many holes in them. Which really depreciated the room. Otherwise it was a nice quite stay. The parking lot needs some major work done. Huge pot holes that could cause some serious damage. Not the greatest location.

Absolutely not. Run down. Very poor value. We didn’t feel safe. We look out the window every 1/2 hour to make sure our car is safe. We shouldn’t have checked in. There is a nIce Hampton inn 1/2 block away. Wyndham needs to set better standards

  • 3/5 Rachel B. 2 years ago on Google
I got the kitchenette for a 2 day stay and it was high in price and it was not stocked with the basic essentials, when I tried to go to the front and address the issue no one would unlock the office door, so I had to spend more money getting the items I forgot at home, also the heater did not work the entire time the maintenance man fixed it 1 hour before our checkout. Although there were issues the housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were nice.

You are forced to leave lobby and not sit for more than 15 minutes even though you are guest. Cockroaches rule the room and will come as free pets. Bed bugs most likely. Outside area is trash. Service was mixed, both of the hired employee in the night were very good but the lady in the morning is horrible.

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a room. This website will compare thousands of hotel sites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you won't be disappointed. My big rig broke down and was stuck for 2 days... outstanding service and decent rooms.... fix the bug problem and they be on point

Despite the outside needing an updated paint job, our suite was everything we needed. I loved the mini kitchen with full Size fridge, stove and microwave. The beds and linens were super comfortable and our room was extremely extremely clean. The check in/out process was easy and staff were very friendly. If you are looking for a place for an extended family stay, I would recommend this one. It’s conveniently located with many shops near by.

Cute little place. Each room was more like a studio apartment with a kitchen and fireplace than it was a room. The price was low and it was kind of old. They try to keep it clean. The bed was comfortable. All in all, it was a cute little place, especially for the money. It's the kind of place you could go for weekend getaway, especially in the summer with the pool out back, and be totally comfortable because of all the amenities. I don't get to Wichita often, but I will for sure stay there again if I get back there.
