The
rooms
were
pretty
clean.
It's
weird
that
all
ice
and
vending
is
on
the
second
floor
and
above,
but
at
least
there
is
an
elevator.
If
you
are
staying
multiple
nights
and
want
housekeeping
at
all
during
your
stay,
you
MUST
request
it
in
the
morning.
Otherwise,
they
won't
clean
or
change
linens
(we
stayed
for
five
days
and
asked
several
times
about
room
turnover,
and
on
day
three,
they
finally
came).
Most
hotels
will
clean
every
third
day
or
so
automatically,
so
this
might
be
a
nice
addition
to
their
routine.
The
toilets
could
use
updating,
and
the
shower
curtains
do
more
harm
than
good,
leaving
puddles
on
the
floor
easily.
I
easily
would
have
rated
this
as
3
stars,
as
the
two
male
desk
attendants
didn't
seem
to
know
what
they
were
doing
most
of
the
time
(you
had
to
repeat
requests
several
times
throughout
the
day,
etc.)...but
Shelley
is
the
real
MVP.
She
is
super
friendly,
on
top
of
her
service
(she
has
a
great
welcome
speech
and
responds
to
requests
promptly),
and
she
is
very
personable.
She
said
hello
every
time
she
saw
us
and
asked
how
we
were
doing.
She
chatted
a
ton
with
my
mother
in
law
when
she
waited
in
the
lobby.
The
beds
were
comfortable
and
clean.
The
appliances
all
worked.
The
daily
hot
breakfast
was
nice
and
fairly
standard
(waffles,
cereal,
potatoes,
eggs,
sausage,
biscuits,
gravy,
yogurt,
juices).
The
furniture
in
our
rooms
was
pretty
old
and
might
use
a
refresh
(a
few
tears
and
very
faded).
The
hotel
gets
plenty
of
business
and
is
in
a
location
we
need.
They
have
good
security
camera
coverage
and
are
smoke
free.
Tons
of
food
nearby.
We
will
return,
but
we
would
love
to
see
some
updates.
The
staff
might
just
be
overwhelmed
(we
only
saw
three
desk
agents
and
maybe
two
housekeeping).
