I have no major complaints about the hotels itself. The breakfast got pretty monotonous after a couple of days and the sofa in our room showed some wear and tear, that's about it. The staff were very polite. My biggest grievance is the location. Our room was on the front corner of the building just a few feet from a "burlesque speakeasy club." Beware! This place BLARES music from 11 pm to 2 am.! I'm not kidding when I say the windows in our room were thumping. At closing all the drunk patrons stumble out into the parking lot hooting and hollering. Needless to say, our sleep was interrupted 4 out of the 5 nights we stayed at this hotel (thankfully the club is closed Mondays). If you choose to stay here make sure you do not get a room at the front of the building.

The check in was quick and easy. My room was better than expected. Everyone was incredibly nice. Breakfast and pool hours were awesome. I'm very happy with my stay. I will be going back for sure.

Convenient location to airport. Paula at the front desk is amazing! She is so personable and helpful. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean. Not much more I could ask for on a business trip!

Not what I expect staying at IHG hotels all over the US for years. First - you pull into a hotel that shares a parking lot with a strip club and a shoddy looking law office. If you Google it, the strip club says it’s a “speakeasy” but go look at their Google review pics and see the dancers - glad I googled first and didn’t just pop in for a burger and drink 🤦‍♀️ Now, onto the rooms. Walked in to find that my soap/shampoo dispenser was left detached from the wall with a big ugly mark where it was. The trim around the bathroom appears to be rusting and/or molding 🤮 and there’s a big visible patched ceiling crack running through the room. Other than that, it’s ok. Hotel staff is friendly but this place/area is a dump. I’ve also never been to Wichita until now so maybe this is “clean” compared to the others 🤷‍♀️ I am a woman who has to travel alone for work and IHG hotels are always dependable, clean, and in areas that feel safe… until I came here. Such a bummer.

Nice near the airport hotel. The rooms were updated but not well done. I miss decent sized drawers to put my stuff in. The bathroom had a new coat of paint but it was not well done. The AC worked okay but was a bit hard to get the temp right. Good staff and boring breakfast...but it's HIE. Good value overall but I don't recommend venturing out on foot too far as the mall area across the street was pretty sketchy.

Overall, this was a lovely room and stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was easy to find, and the room was great (we did a king suite - very nice!). One caveat; if you are a light sleeper, the a/c was SO loud. And when it was off, there were storms that were keeping me up (though they have no control over that. Ha!). I didn't sleep a wink, unfortunately. But honestly, other than that, it was really great. We'd stay here again if in the area. Give it a try. I think you'll like it!

Was a good, clean hotel, but the real reason for the review… the continental breakfast… my 11 year old loves hitting these at every hotel, we went down at 8 AM on a Sunday and the place was completely full. The lady working, Kelsey, was running around, making sure everything was full, cleaning everything, and checking on all of the guests. Greeting them, telling them goodbye when they left, and staying on top of everything. It was so nice to see someone working who doesn’t act like they hate their job! Good job Kelsey!

Excellent hotel. My only complaint is that they will not book you from the location, the front desk continues to pass me through to reservations then I never get my loyalty program upgrades.

I very much enjoyed my stay. However, there's something weird about room 205. The floor seem to vibrate. So much so that it made the refrigerator and the microwave rattle all night long. The next morning upon check out the maintenance man and the receptionist seemed to already know about that problem. So why put people in that room?

The rooms were nice. Only down side was breakfast area was not stocked. When asked the gal was nice and got things. But they didn't have pancake stuff, juice, syrup, forks...again she got these things when asked but we shouldn't have to ask. Also would have been nice to have towels in pool area. The lady at the front desk gave me 2 when I asked for 7 since we had a group of 7 swimming. Also a water fountain would be beneficial. Got s couple bottles at the front desk but should've had the. Stocked in the room. Will stay again because the rooms are nice. These are only little complaints to help this hotel do better.

I have used this hotel 3 times for work. Usually the older lady at night respectfully does not know how to use the check in system or has troubles with the computer. One time I spent about 40 minutes waiting for her to figure out the checkin system. The manager needs to do a better work for training her or having more support.

Our program traveled to Wichita for a tournament and stayed at the Holiday Inn. We had over 30 rooms for players, coaches, staff, and parents. The staff was amazing - Marlena, Tamiya, Tesla ensured all our rooms were ready at check-in, were responsive to requests, and made the entire trip smooth and enjoyable.

Better than my last holiday inn from Syracuse New York earlier last week. The shower had a slow drain but it was the best I’ve had in a while. The hotel was very nice and quiet.
