Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. I’m not sure where to even start with this. Checking in was the first hassle we had. Told me three of my cards did not work for the deposit and it was not their systems fault. They have no elevator. No open pool and it was hot June. No lock on the door, it was broken off. A sock in the pullout couch. Musty smelling room. No screen on the windows. Rough x10 blankets. Like where did they get this? Not even sure room was properly cleaned because they have a shortage of room cleaners. Poison ivy outside. Anyways, please do not stay here. Only good thing was the AC worked.

I called and asked for the price for a 1 bed, then I asked if it’s okay it will be me and my husband, 3 year old son and 5 month old son. They said I would need to pay $10 more for a two bed. My 3 year old doesn’t sleep alone and so my 5 month old. I won’t even use the second bed. This is a scam to charge you more money.

Great service, very helpful customer service, and friendly. Rooms were good and comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

Our experience was terrible, the front desk lady acted like it was a bother for her to help us, they gave us a room on second floor and there is no elevator. Upon arriving to our room it was not very clean and the shower head was missing. Also our tv did not work so we called front desk and the lady came up to check and said she would check to make sure it wasn’t a problem with the entire hotel. She called and told us there was no signal in the hotel. 2 minutes my husband tightened a loose cable and the cable worked… she did not even check on it! Will never stay here again

The room was clean, but it was on the second floor and there isn't an elevator. The breakfast was toast, cereal, and bananas. Maybe breakfast is better on the weekend.

Booked thru a 3rd party that accepted PayPal. When I went to check in, they said they needed the credit card, which the room was booked. I told them I paid thru PayPal. Went thru this whole long ordeal. They ended up canceling my room, which the website said no cancelations and non refundable. Money was already taken out of my PP account, and they wouldn't refund me. Then she said it was because I wouldn't provide a card for the deposit. Uh, I had a card for the deposit and cash. The lady checking us in never said that. She said I needed the card which I paid for the room with. Anyway, I would stay far away from here. Rude staff. The door keys didn't work either, so they would have had to let us in every time we left the room. Finally, I did get my refund a week later from 3rd party. A huge hassle.

Didn't look too bad from the outside until I get in and the lady says they don't give keys and says anytime I leave she will let me in and I'm SAY WHAT?! No way! And my father was the one who made reservation through Orbitz so she wanted his credit card of course I didn't have it and by the person ahead I just didn't feel comfortable with a bullet proof screen thing and one side all messed up! So I canceled and went to place right across street that actually had lots of cars there! And MUCH safer place!

Some how it made a reservation for 2 hours from now instead of tomorrow. Took an hour to get it worked out. Instead of simply changing the date, they charged us a cancellation fee and told us to re-book the room. Basically paid 25 dollars for the privilege of finding a new place to stay tomorrow. Money well spent.

Very close to the turnpike. Very dated. Okay for one night but don't think I would stay here again. At least the room has a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable also. Not much to choose from for breakfast.

Modest hotel. Room was clean and smelt nice. Friendly staff. Great place to stay!

We needed a room last minute for a funeral. The room was affordable, the staff were really friendly and helpful!

The worst haven’t been here 3 hours and roachs in rooms and neighbor said she had bed bugs in her room I wouldn’t recommend anyone to take their family or anyone to this hotel need tore down and new management is needed

Older facilities but our stay was comfortable. Close to the toll road entrance/exit made it convenient but not as quiet. Shower was good, water pressure and temperature both excellent.

We arrived here late at night after searching and searching for hotels in Hays and Salina and with no luck Days Inn offered us great service, a (clean/nice) room, pool, gym, and continental breakfast. Highly recommend!
