I've stayed here a few times and always thought it was a halfway decent hotel. Rooms are a little dated with ripped wallpaper etc. Not the cleanest place in the world, just look in the corners. It's the little things like the ton of dust and dirt on their beautiful chandelier in the lobby. The desk attendants are always well dressed and very professional and nice. The thing that took the cake for me was I woke up early one morning to use the bathroom and as soon as I turned on the light I watched a roach crawling out of my hair down my cheek and fell on the floor. When checking out, I told the desk clerk about it and was told that the exterminators were there the day before and it "must have stirred them up"! I've been on the road most of my adult life and stay in hotels all week. Just don't know how to handle this one! You decide.

Clean, relatively modern, and nearby airport are the positives. Negative is I requested a quiet room and was given one over the highway which had loud traffic all night which I heard despite wearing ear plugs and Bose noise canceling headphones. I asked to move rooms but was told they were totally full. Parking lot was totally empty. Annoying the guest services man on night work was too lazy to help me get a good nights sleep.

Staff is always exceptionally friendly and helpful here. Rooms and common areas are modern and clean. Location is an easy 3 min drive from the airport, making it great for business travelers. The only drawback is that the only restaurant in walking distance is Texas Roadhouse (fine, but not every night!), but downtown Wichita is a short hop on the highway away.

My family and I came for the night just to come visit some family. The staff was nice enough to allow our family come up to our room for a little while after dinner so they could still visit, and I took my boy's to swim. They were extremely accommodating to my 7 year old son, who is also Autistic. I CANNOT stress to you enough how much that meant to me!! Everyone was so professional but extremely laid back. Even the other guest's were amazing in the pool area when it came to my son. It was comforting to know there ARE still some decent people in the world! We slept through breakfast, which is rare, my son is usually up with the bird's!

Clean hotel with honest and friendly staff. I left my AirPods in the room when I checked out. They called me later that day with options to get them back to me. Great staff!

It's a nice Hotel , the rooms are clean and stocked, everything seems to work good however if you have a handicap plate don't expect to park in one because they don't check who parks in those spots , we came back from our event and couldn't even park except in the very rear of the property, 2 full size company trucks from Texas took the spaces , I informed the front desk and the guy just nodded his head as if I spoke to a wall , and at midnight a group were gathering in the hallway outside our rooms talking loud and creating a very uncomfortable situation to us and our other party across the hallway for a good 20 minutes. If you want quiet time I would not recommend this place, we always stay at the Marriott brand for quality in all areas but this place is totally disappointing. Will update the review after our stay is over .

Great service. Clean room. Heavy traffic at this hotel but they do their best to keep up with the upkeep etc. You can tell it's been used and abused but I would go back.

Extensive review! Prob the worst Springhill Suites we've stayed in. Needs improvements. Staff was nice and helpful. It was disappointing. One bed was right in front of the bathroom with a sliding glass door, which casted a spotlight on anyone trying to sleep while others showered. Not sure why, but when we would leave during the day, and come back during the evening, the a/c would be 10 degrees higher. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so after showers, it stayed humid and wet. The mini fridge is too small, and it was frosted over inside, reducing the space even more. Not sure why, but every hotel has tiny trash cans. When you stay somewhere for several days, a little trash can doesn't work. Where are we supposed to put trash at? The ceiling on the hallway side had what appeared to be mold from a leak. The bar is closed. The pool is small, and the pool area has flying bugs. My son got out and had mesquito looking bites several places on him. I was constantly waving my arm to shoo away whatever was flying around. The pool area was very humid also. The parking lot side door was constantly not working. It only opened once for me. I had to park on the end every night and then walked around to the front to get in. Lots of what I called international traffic. Prob because it's right by the airport. There are good choices for restaurants/food close by. There was a lot of walking traffic after dark. The kind that makes you wonder if your vehicle was going to get broke into or get mugged. The area seemed like one that was run down, but they were trying to fix it up by building new things. I know of 2 other families that didn't stay the other 2 nights and went to another hotel. Again, the staff seemed nice and helpful, but the hotel itself needs improvements. Not sure where we caught a bug, but we're all feeling sick now that we're home. Feels like we have colds. Coughing, headaches, stuffy noses.

I lived in Wichita for many years and when I came back to visit my family and friends I decided to give this hotel a try and it didn't disappoint. 9/10 I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good. The only nitpick I have is there was a tiny leak in the a/c onto the floor and no exhaust fan in the handicapped bathroom. Otherwise I will definitely stay here again. And I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Very new hotel. Rooms were very nice and contemporary furnishings. Beds were firm but comfortable. Location is near the airport so nice if traveling but otherwise not a quiet part of town.

Beds were comfy, the food pantry is well-priced, not far from good food and not far from Downtown. Rooms are nice!

A little understated from the outside, but fresh and new on the inside. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Convenient location. Fast, fun and easy.

No thanks. I don’t believe I’ll return. It was somewhat of a disappointment. The room was decent, but the bathroom location in the middle of the room was asinine. Sliding barn door style but doesn’t keep any noise out… gross. Gap between door never fully shut. And carpet glued on the wall at the base??? And the toilet seemed extremely short- squatty potty. The pool was okay. My kids said the water smelled “off.” Very tiny, narrow. The hot tub says it seats 4, but I’d say less. There was no extra step to get into the hot tub- it dropped straight to seat level, which also made it hard to get out. When the bubbles are going, you can’t tell the step isn’t there, and I scraped and bruised my knee. Nothing seriously obviously, ha, but not very safe. We arrived at breakfast and there was still an hour and a half left of breakfast service. The waffle batter machine was empty and they would not refill it. The bar was not open- it looked well stocked and nice…

Rooms were clean and updated and the front desk staff was super kind! My only complaints that really dropped my review were: I’ve visited a lot of hotels and hearing my upstairs neighbor walk or what sounded like stomping all night until about 3am wasn’t great. I can usually hear my upstairs neighbor but this was next level. also wish the pool wasn’t heated to 103 or so? First time I’ve ever experienced a hot tub pool haha! Thought this is kind of cool until my kids were so hot they couldn’t even swim. It was so steamy in the pool you couldn’t see and when we got back to our hotel room I was covered head to toe in what I assume was a chlorine rash! The pool was hotter than the hot tub! Breakfast wasn’t nearly as good as other marriotts but I did appreciate the gluten free bread options!

Staff is very nice and the room meets a lot of business and measure needs. The place is nice but about average for what an airport based hotel should be.

Great service, good location. A bit noisy due the big avenue. Clean and very comfortable.

Hotel has a nice set up. The rooms were ok. Booked for two weeks on an extended stay. They advertised they have a laundry room also a bar downstairs, but the bar has been closed for a year and the washer and dryer haven't worked for months and no intention of fixing them according to the staff. Needless to say my two week stay was over in three days. I'm here for work, working 12 hour days outside. No laundry was a the straw for me. Also had several bugs on the bathroom floor of the morning.

I had a great stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The desk clerk was very polite. Only reason I gave it a 4 star was because the breakfast lacked choices and protein. I ended up going out for breakfast. I love Marriott and Springhill Suites. It's a great hotel and you won't be disappointed booking here next time you visit Wichita.

Decent hotel. It's super close to the airport, which is great. There's food options within easy walking distance and the staff are quite friendly. The rooms are setup differently than others I've stayed in. Nive to see a little creativity in the room design.

Great location. Not too close to the airport but not too far either. The service was excellent. Everyone smiled! Don't see that too much in the service industry. Room was spacious. Staff kept everything clean and tidy. I would easily recommend this hotel
