Very loud barking dogs next door and litter scattered all over. Windows rattled with the wind. Staff was rude and offered no solution. No apology. Couldn’t move me since they were full.

Beautiful and very clean hotel. The rooms are huge and bathrooms are spacious. A big office inside the room. The beds are bug and their sofa cum bed and easily sleep two. Everything is good about this hotel very impressed and a big thumbs up for keeping is clean and beautiful.

Nice hotel. Only complaint is the hot breakfast seems to be locked in the pandemic days, e.g. plastic wrapped breakfast biscuits instead of fresh cooked eggs. No waffle or pancake maker; meats were limited.

Sherrie at the desk is great! Breakfast is less than it should be for Marriott. They have a toaster but no bread, English muffins or bagels. Just sweet breads. Stopped restocking hot food half an hour before breakfast was supposed to end. Towels are thin, dingy and have stains. Very disappointing for a Marriott. We also found a dirty sock next to the bed. Other than the so k, the room was clean and smelled fresh.

My friend had a reservation for 2 nights and was called the 2nd day at 230pm that she had to leave the hotel because it was booked. She had to leave her conference and go pack up and exit her room and go to a different hotel. Makes no sense that she had a reservation for 2 nights and someone else coming in got her room the 2nd night.

Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Quiet!! Really friendly staff! Clean! Breakfast included. Family friendly. Indoor pool with hot tub. 4/5 location star for the neighbor hotel hawthorn suites behind (a joke of a hotel with questionable crowd). But we just made it an out of sight, out of mind kind of scenario.

Stayed here one night, using Marriott points. Room was very nice, service exceptionally pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was do-so in the options offered. Coffee was good. Only complaint is that using points always guarantees a less desirable-location room, farthest from everything.

They were all so amazing! Our car broke down and as it was in the shop had no where to stay so they let us check in 2 hours early! Was shuttled to the car rental place by a gentleman who was supposed to be off work but wanted to help us out! He stayed to make sure we got a car! Front staff is so friendly you feel like you’re family! For sure, 100% recommend staying here!

I spent 3 nights here with a youth baseball team and the service was over the top great. Amber at the front desk took care of us through all kinds of ups and downs in our scheduling. She was friendly and accommodating and a huge help. The rooms were clean and comfy, the common areas were clean and large. The patios outside of the pool and breakfast area were really nice to have. The breakfast was pretty standard hotel breakfast, not amazing but gets the job done.

Rooms are very nice and spacious! :) There is a free gym on the first floor, lots of food options nearby, and best of all, one of the desk receptionists is an absolute TREASURE 😁 Amber is so friendly and welcoming, it was our first time speaking with her and she made us feel like we were best friends! She also gave some great food recommendations and was very patient any time we had a question. Fairfield should give her a raise or a promotion! 💛

We had to clean the bathroom floor with Clorox wipes we brought, it was extremely dirty. There were not enough pillows for the four of us and we were told by front desk she couldn’t leave to get any, check back at 11pm! Then we’re told they didn’t have any. I would keep looking, plenty of options in the area.

We moved from another place in to this hotel most of the staff was really great hear .but the manner was not .they yelled at us from the door exposing our tartness to vacate and that they were charging us an extra day . I would recommend this place but what the manner did was uncalled for.i don't care if we had stayed for another day she shouldn't have been yealling about anything in a haul way .to comsters.and it was not like we weren't doing anything we were packing up 2 baby's 2 pack an play cribs .a lot of stuff we were going threw of our mothers .she died last year and this was the only time we had to go threw her stuff. We even gave the staff food we couldn't eat before it went 😞😔 .we tryed .

Gluten-free breakfast options were fantastic! Our stay (for girl’s state wrestling 2023) was perfect. Everything was clean and serviceable. My favorite part was the complimentary breakfast which had crustless quiche, Udi’s gf bagels, Seattle’s Best coffee, and other things. Well done; we’ll be back!

We had a pretty terrible experience here. The beds are pretty comfortable, but our room was so incredibly LOUD all night and all morning. We could hear everything, anyone who passed, every door slam, the conversation of anyone passing by. I’ve never stayed at a place with such terrible sound proofing. We did get stuck in room 101, even though we paid a premium for it. I won’t stay here again. It completely soured my taste for the Fairfield brand. I will say, the fitness room has nice equipment, which appeared clean, HOWEVER, there were no cleaning supplies to clean the machines before/after use. I think we would have enjoyed it much more if we had a better room. Do not stay in room 101. The door is not properly sealed, which is likely why the sound proofing is poor. It’s so badly sealed that you can see light through the bottom that shines brightly in your room at night.

We always stay at Marriott due to their unmatched consistency in regards to what to expect, cleanliness, and customer service - this was no different than every other time we have stayed at a Fairfield. The breakfast was sufficient for the “level” of hotel that Marriott considers the Fairfield line.

The guy working the desk is such a friendly person. He said he had been doing this for 30 something years. I can see why. Will definitely stay here every time I am in Wichita, even though I'm a HHonors member...

Always a great experience here. The hotel is fairly new and in a central location to get around Wichita. Beds are comfortable and AC is cold!
