It’s
unfortunate
how
terrible
my
4
night
stay
actually
was.
The
Customer
Experience
was
horrendous!
There
was
one
woman
working
the
front
desk
the
first
night
we
arrived
and
she
was
excellent
and
very
nice,
but
beyond
that
the
staff
was
rude.
We
were
told
to
move
or
get
out
of
the
lobby
multiple
times
for
sitting
and
chatting
quietly.
The
first
night,
we
went
to
Target
to
buy
a
fresh
pillow
and
blankets.
The
bathroom
had
mold
around
the
tub
and
had
hair
and
dirt
on
the
floor.
The
hallway/guest
room
carpet
was
disgusting
and
needs
to
be
replaced
with
new
flooring.
The
AC
was
inconsistent
throughout
the
hotel
and
extremely
loud
in
the
room.
The
pool
was
closed
the
1st
day
we
were
here
for
being
cloudy
and
than
they
opened
it
and
the
chlorine
level
was
so
strong
your
eyes
burned.
My
kids
eyes
were
red
and
swollen
for
hours
after
swimming
for
30
minutes.
I
honestly
am
so
disappointed
and
dissatisfied
by
this
hotel.
