It’s unfortunate how terrible my 4 night stay actually was. The Customer Experience was horrendous! There was one woman working the front desk the first night we arrived and she was excellent and very nice, but beyond that the staff was rude. We were told to move or get out of the lobby multiple times for sitting and chatting quietly. The first night, we went to Target to buy a fresh pillow and blankets. The bathroom had mold around the tub and had hair and dirt on the floor. The hallway/guest room carpet was disgusting and needs to be replaced with new flooring. The AC was inconsistent throughout the hotel and extremely loud in the room. The pool was closed the 1st day we were here for being cloudy and than they opened it and the chlorine level was so strong your eyes burned. My kids eyes were red and swollen for hours after swimming for 30 minutes. I honestly am so disappointed and dissatisfied by this hotel.

The staff was friendly. The rooms in terms of aesthetics and decor is very average. I wouldn’t stay here from Thursday night to Saturday night. Lots of youth athletic teams which means lots of kids literally running in the halls and up and down the stairs playing tag and such. Nearly impossible to get to sleep at a decent hour especially if you have to work the next day. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I could be gone before Thursday night.

Room average with older furniture. Mattress was horrible. Paid for 2days but left 8PM instead of trying to sleep. 3rd time at Hampton Inn with bad Mattress. Use to be our favorite places to stay. Bed linens use to be a favorite too.

Staff was wonderful and accessible. The rooms are okay. Beds were comfortable, and bed pillows very comfortable. Nothing wow though for $100/night.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Reserved a room with conf # but on arrival I was told I was moved to a Holiday Inn. Went to holiday Inn no reservation so I was lied to. The reason I did not have a room was that the cleaning crew did not clean enough rooms wow. The person behind the counter was clueless. I have been very loyal to Hilton and Diamond member and have never had an experience as this. May start staying at more Marriott properties.

The room was nice but the rug was extremely dirty! Our bare feet were black with all the dirt in the rug. I doubt they sweep it except once in a blue moon! Breakfast ho hum. The help in the kitchen is not very nice.

We rented the meeting room for a baby shower and it was great! Staff are friendly, the location is great, and the rent was responsible. We worked with Brionne, and she was great and easy to work with.

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Gave it a 4 stars because the sheer curtains in the window were torn badly, hanging out the bottom, looked pretty tacky. However, the beds we're comfortable, the tub drained well and room was clean. Breakfast is good and the little gal who took care of it was amazing. There was a bus load of athletes in there dining during breakfast filling entire area. She kept everything filled and cleaned all morning by herself. She was amazing, kind and knew her job well. Give that girl a big raise!! It's also located in a nice spot, lots of spots to eat and shop. It's quiet and safe. We stayed here four nights and it was all good. Will definitely stay again

This hotel was not new but it was certainly clean, good location, and everyone there made us feel very welcome, especially Ryan at the check- in. I'll be back.

Honestly, our 2 room suite room was gross. "Mystery" stains on the floors and couch and large dog pee stains on the bed skirt. I didn't even dare walk barefoot in the room and had to put a towel on the couch to sit on it. Luckily we only stayed 1 night and the bed was at least clean. Halls smelled like smoke also. For how much we paid I'd expect better but guess I have high expectations. We will be looking for another hotel on our next travels through Wichita.

Room 217 has a great view. I could see the entire car port and nothing. Nothing but stucco and the sky. The service is non existent. I found a spill in the elevator and let someone know before bed and it was still there when I checked out the next morning. The food was also non existent. They're out here doing the bare minimum to consider what they do here a service. Capitalism is alive and well.

Over and beyond service and compassion. We had checked out and went to eat lunch, while at lunch my son who is in a wheelchair had an issue. We needed a place to shower and change. They were nice enough to let us back in our room and use it for about an hour. Thankful for staff that had compassion for our situation.

The hotel is older but clean. We were disappointed that there was no fridge or microwave in the room. The ice machine also kept running out. No tub attachment in handicapped room (you have to ask for one) and not the best shower attachment/water pressure. But the staff was nice and allowed a late checkout. Right by a target along with other stores and restaurants. Good location, I guess not the best amenities since no fridge or microwave.

I enjoyed the location and staff. The mattress was very stiff and wasn’t comfortable for my shoulders. Very clean

Visiting Wichita for a very full-scheduled church related convention, we were welcomed warmly and encountered grace and expertise at every turn in the hotel. From Stephany at the front desk to the joyful personnel serving the breakfast (which was delicious!), all made us glad to be there. The room was very clean and comfortable, and had all of the extras one would need. I'll definitely keep this one in mind any time I travel to Wichita!

I enjoy staying here. There are plenty of food options within walking distance of the hotel. It's conveniently located next to Target and Cabela's. If you like walking, there's a walking path behind the hotel that goes on forever. The staff is friendly and is happy to serve you. Rooms are clean with plenty of hot water.

Wonderful stay. All boxes checked: clean room, helpful staff, average Hampton Inn breakfast. Good location for nearby dining and shopping. Pool was closed for maintenance.

Wichita KS Hotel The Hampton’s atmosphere was superb. It’s warm ambiance made my wife and I feel as we were royalty living in Camelot’s Castle and treated us as we were King Arthur and Queen Guinevere
