Got upgraded so don't expect a normal room to look like the picture. However look was clean and staff very friendly. The location was so great being further away from downtown and other activities. It was also tough at night because the rooms weren't very well insulated from outside noise. This hotel is right next to airport so I thought they would have done a better job. If I had to stay by airport again I would stay at the doubletree.

Typical Hampton in general. Room was very clean. Bathroom was excellent. Bed was comfortable. I was surprised that the lighting in the room was entirely insufficient. There was one dim light on the desk and lights on the side of the bed but no overall light in a very large room and no light behind the chaise lounge. Breakfast didn't seem to be up to normal Hampton standards. Although they did have the requisite items, the quality seem to be more like a cheap chain. There was a lot of empty counter space and I think they need to find some more items such as fruits and breads to fill them. On the whole, it was fine. Because the price was right.

Close to the airport, they have a free shuttle... So it's very convenient. The rooms are spacious. Not much to criticize here. Only wish they had fresh coffee and snacks... But hey, can't complain.

I visited the hotel with my partner as we prepared for our flight out of the States. The room was clean, spacious. The hotel called over our transport who was also incredibly polite and pleasant to speak with. They allowed us to keep our vehicle on the premises for the duration of our week long vacation for a very reasonable $15 parking fee. I would highly recommend them for any business trips or short visits through ICT.

We stayed for one night and had a good experience. The bed was comfortable and the room was large. The whole place was very clean and modern. We walked from the airport terminal but they do have a shuttle. Also, we walked to the Texas roadhouse from the hotel. Good location if you are using the airport. Highly recommend.

Facility and room were very clean and comfortable. Desk staff very helpful. When I checked out at 5 am they offered me a breakfast to go. I used the shuttle to the airport terminal. Very convenient too.

Great motel! Airport shuttle picked me up promptly after my trip, and the driver was very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic! There was a wide variety; eggs, sausage, bagels, fresh fruit, cereals, waffles, juice and more.

I stay at Hampton Inn exclusively and this one was much more expensive plus the breakfast was awful. "Scrambled egg" squares tasted like dish sponge. Turkey sausage was raw and unseasoned. Waffles were not the usual Hampton Inn "malted vanilla" mix but some bucket of slop. Tiny pool packed with people. Plus, our night clerk was rude and didn't want to get her freshly painted nails messed up. Of course, our keys didn't work, too. But The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was clean, employees were polite, and breakfast offered hot and cold options. It's close to the airport and about a 5 minute drive to a number of restaurants. Unfortunately the room was also very dark, the only lamps were wall mounted between the beds and that left the desk area very dark. Also, the power/ charging unit between the beds only partially worked. The 2 USB ports didn't work and the electric sockets were so loose that bumping the cord was likely to interrupt power. That didn't leave many options close to the beds.

Overall a very positive stay. Clean rooms, responsive staff, minor issues and one big design flaw. ;) I had a small issue with the TV controller not working. I called down, immediately got someone, they knew exactly what the problem was. Told me the IR sensor sounded like it unstuck itself from the TV (happens to me as well). Now knowing what to look for, I was able to quickly fix that problem however the gentlemen told me he was going to head up to help, and I was able to fix so I told him to stay put and consider this one a win. Come morning, we had a fairly standard continental breakfast, it was hot, they had various options so I was able to eat what I wanted. I guess the waffle maker was broken.. but that didn't effect me, they still had lots of other options.

Very conveniently located and the rooms are small but clean and comfortable. My only issue was with the staff. I went to their convenience area to get a snack for my 6 year old grandson and all they had was chips and candy, which he isn't able to eat. It was no big deal, I pretty much expected that, but then I saw a big bin full of packages of peanuts and I asked if we could get a package of those. The clerk at the front desk said, "No those are for Hiltons Rewards members " I told her that I am and pulled up my app. She informed me that they were for Diamod members and I'm just a silver member. I explained to her that they were for my grandson, who was standing right beside me, and that I'd be happy to pay for them, I wasn't asking for them for free. She went in the back to ask someone else and came back out and said no, Diamond members only. I understood that although I'm an Honors member I'm not of a high enough tier to get them free, but the whole thing seemed rather ridiculous. There was literally a big bin full of them and I wasn't even allowed to purchase a package for my grandson to have a snack.

This was a nightmare location with no customer service whatsoever. Zero usable outlets by bed as they were all broken. Food splattered on the nightstand. No kleenx in the bathroom. Door to bathroom is a rolling barn door style door that was stuck open! Running water in the bathroom a trickle, and smelled of rotten eggs, hence the whole room smelled of this all night. Nightmare stay. Tried to call the manager 4 times, wrote an email included pics and he refused to take my call. Nobody here cares! It use to be a nice hotel but it went down hill quick! Here was my response I got from Alex Malone the GM: β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I am sorry it is not the experience you were expecting. I have addressed this with my staff to ensure a proper experience going forward. Thank you.

We had two adjoining rooms on the first floor. Our room seemed wheelchair accessible but the bathroom offered poor accessibility in terms of normal usage, especially the shower, which had zero space for personal toiletries, complex and confusing controls, and required adjusting the shower head that I, at 5-foot-6, couldn’t reach. Thank goodness my tall husband was nearby to help. When he adjusted it, he found that the head had almost been screwed off--by that, I take it that other people had similar problems figuring out the shower operations. Other parts of the room were weird. The mini fridge is right by the entry door, and the cabinet and fridge doors open different ways and block the entrance. The barn door means closing the bathroom opens the closet. Even though the hotel was right by the airport, we didn’t have bad plane noise. The hallway, though, was surprisingly loud, as was water in the bathroom pipes. Bed was big and comfortable. The TV was mounted so it didn’t directly line up with the bed but I could still see it. The TV used DirecTV. The exercise room was missing some weights but was otherwise nice and spacious; no sanitizing wipes, though.

Very clean. I thought it would be loud by the airport but it wasnt at all. Once people went to bed for the night in the hotel it was extremely quiet. Almost too quiet. I had to have some white noise going lol. We were there for a basketball tournament. Boys had fun in the pool. One complaint was the breakfast. Waffle maker was out of order. The oatmeal was so thick i had to use two hands to scoop it from the main container, and it wouldn't come off the spoon. Eggs were watery, potatoes were not cooked all the way. Breakfast was just gross. They were short on towels and they should know that this tournament is going on at the same weekend every year. Every hotel in Wichita is full. They should try to at least plan a little better with having extras. One other thing but they really cant help, we stayed in a suite. The air conditioner is right by the pull out sofa. The poor kids were freezing right next to it and I was burning up because the air wouldn't reach my side of the room. Other than that our stay was good and would stay again.

Good place to stay for short trips. The room and stay overall was pretty good. It's located super close to the airport (obviously), as well as a bunch of places to eat and shop. Also, upon arriving at the aiport and calling for the shuttle, they picked me up in like...5-10minutes! However, there were no dressers for storage in the room, most of the power outlets were loose/practically unusable and the room was extremely hot upon entering. The hotel overall was hot. As for the free breakfast, it's a bit limited and they do not use real eggs. If you're ok with loading up on only carbs (waffles, cereal, bagles, potatoes) then you'll be fine.

1st time staying at this hotel. We were able to check in early. When we got to our room, we discovered the TV was not properly working. Broc, at the front desk, came right up and tried to fix it, called maintenance and when it could not be fixed, he promptly moved us into a different room on the 1st floor. His customer service was impeccable! The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable! I would recommend staying here!

There’s an airport across the street from the hotel and hearing the planes come in and leave was soothing to me. You can see the airstrip lit up at night when you take the hotel exit. The hotel was very clean and provides shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, iron, coffee maker with coffee, microwave and fridge in the room! I was highly satisfied with this hotel which also includes free breakfast.

Had a great experience here. The room, bathroom and gym were clean and stocked. The front desk staff was friendly. Ashley, the woman working the front desk, helped us the most. She was amicable and made us feel welcomed. Additionally, she was attentive and responsive to our needs.

Our room was so clean and the beds so comfortable I wanted to stay a lot longer! I also appreciated the lovely Asian lady who checked us in. What a gem! Thank you for everything you did!

The room was great. I was impressed with how quiet it was. The 2-queen has a sliding barn door, which I was slightly concerned about for privacy, but it was not a problem. Unfortunately many of the front staff members treated us with disrespect and contempt. We tried to call ahead to let them know a member of our party was arriving before us, and they seemed irritated we called, were snappy, and didn't seem to listen. When she checked in they told her she wasn't on the reservation and gave her a hard time. When we arrived we asked for extra room keys as the other members of our party were out and there were four of us on the reservation, and they made a big deal out of it and said they could only give us one. (They didn't check our IDs or verify our identities in any way either) There were a few members of staff who seemed fine but the other ones were snappy every time we had to interact with them. I know dealing with customers can be difficult but I didn't feel like we were anything but patient and polite.

This has been my home away from for quite a few weekend stays in Wichita to visit my dad. The breakfast is fairly standard, but they do change up the cooked offerings daily which is nice. Super close to the airport, but not noisy. Also close to a variety of chain restaurants on the West side of Wichita. I stayed in a few other hotels in the same area, but this is now my go to place.

Decent place, was clean for the most part. Stayed for one night. Was greeted upon arrival and greeted when we left. Breakfast was good. I did notice the bef pillows where dingy under the pillowcase. The view was of the roof and a ladder. πŸ˜‚

Very nice hotel for the price. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great location by the airport. Only problem was we left for breakfast with a do not disturb sign on the door but returned to them in our room cleaning before we even checked out.

Good - breakfast and gym. Not so good: had to request room cleaning twice, finally got it on day 4. On check in, the room was not stocked with the basics of bathroom sundries, towels. Had to ask twice for H-honors check-in, finally given 1 bottle of water after asking if that was supposed to be part of h-honots. Hampton is usually a pretty consistent brand, so a bit disappointed with this experience.

This was a really nice hotel and my wife and her sister really enjoyed our stay. Super clean and tidy, spacious room and an above average breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location right off the highway was very convenient for a stop over on our way to AZ.

The stay was lovely. Beds are great, building is solid and no noise anywhere. Quiet AC with wall control. Bathroom like a sterile operating room, which I like. Breakfast decent and coffee surprisingly good and strong.

Hair that definitely wasn't mine , was very present in the room, that had been freshly "cleaned" , had to wait a good while for room to even be ready, and I was traveling for work and tired just wanted to rest 4 a bit tried to check in at 259 was informed room is not ready I asked when it would be was told a few minutes then I asked when is check in was told at 3 I was perplexed but I'm sure like everywhere else short staffing could be blame,go sit in my car for 30 minutes come back still not ready they gave me an "upgrade" so I could just get in a room , not sure what the upgrade was stl a room w. A king bed but I appreciate it thank you since I was exhaustedi fell asleep bed is ultra comfy! looking around after nap can't find a cup or ice machine so I can have water I go downstairs found out all they have is bottles of water for $3 I get it as I'm thirsty but seriously not even a plastic cup so I don't have to buy ridiculousy priced water but whatever since I was down there I asked if I could have regular regular coffee for my room as all I had in my room was 4 packs of decaf and I don't drink decaf response uhhh I'll have to see if I even have any please move aside and I'll find out but it's going to be atleast 5 minutes before I can even look so yeah and he just acted super annoyed that i would ask . Same guy argued w.me when I checked in about my room rate whoever took over the transaction in the end thank you! You saved me like $15 and got the correct Rate put in and fixed the overcharge (i dont know name as this was done after i left but so many thank yous), breakfast was....fine and the coffee provided was delicious just had 2 go downstairs every time since I had none in my room. So overall fine but some staff was hopefully just tired and overwhelmed otherwise they were just rude you should provide customers w. Way to have water besides purchasing from the over priced gift shop and the hair in my room was just bad. Water pressure in shower was amazing and the bed was very comfortable torn between 3 and 4 stars the guy at front desk who acted like I was being ridiculous because I wanted caffenated coffee for my room really irked but me but ill go 4 stars as everyone has a bad day.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights last weekend, roughly $800 I asked for room service at check in for both rooms on Saturday. Upon returning to the rooms Saturday night we find that neither room was cleaned. I went to the front desk to ask for New Towels and was bluntly told that they were out and nothing he could do about it. When I checked out on Sunday I asked for a discount and the front desk person said all they could do was offer points. I said that was unacceptable and asked for the General Manager to give me a call. I waited for a call for 4 days and finally called back this morning and again waited. I called back again this afternoon and was able to talk to the GM. He acted like he really didn't care that I was dissatisfied and repeated the same offer of 2000 points for each room. I have stayed at this property numerous times over the last few years but last weekend was the last time we will stay there.

Amazing experience. The GM was working the desk. You can tell this place is run correctly with the way he handled everything I needed. This guy needs a raise. I think his name was Alex. The rest of the staff there was absolutely spectacular as well. I will be back my next trip to Wichita.

Nice hotel and pretty new! The building is well kept and the rooms are nice. The staff members Lorenzo and Cody were very professional, friendly, and helpful. When I make it back to the Wichita area this will be my first choice of hotel.

Just had one of the rudest encounters I have ever had with a hotel. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times, even received a letter one year thanking me as one of their top ten customers, so I am so perplexed at how the General Manager Alex Malone treats top customers. My plans changed last minute and I had to check out unexpectedly. It was 1:00pm when I asked to check out and he insisted that he had to charge me for the night. Saying housekeeping could not get to the room. The house keeper was right next to my room when I left. I have also requested and received late checkouts from this establishment for 2:00pm in the past. So why now can’t they accommodate? You do not treat your best customers this way. I hope the owner sees this and sees that Alex Malone just lost thousands of dollars of business. I already had reservations to come back to this hotel the next week. Those reservations were cancelled and booked elsewhere before I got out of the parking lot!

My husband and I like to have mini stay cations. We like staying close to home if we need to get to our house. The fact that we can not have a drink or two at the pool while relaxing, is a potential disappointing. We like the hotel and the stay is always good, staff is pretty friendly. This is the first time we were told we couldn't have alcohol at the pool. Didn't even see the sign. I guess this might not be the future hotel we stay in.

Everything was nice, had a problem with our key entry and they upgraded us to a king suite because of our headache. The breakfast was much choose from waffles were great and the sausage gravy was delicious. Very clean and the bed was perfect!

Friendly staff and great service. Rooms were clean and roomy. Breakfast had a variety of foods (hot and cold) and the coffee was great. the room cost was very affordable and we loved the Hilton Honors program and received a 20% discount.

Not my first time here, but was the worst off all of them. USB charger station loose (both) decorative shelf in bath drooping, and just a room that echoed the hall, upstairs and arcoss the hall, and the pellows were not like they normaly are. Now all the said...clean,nice staff, and the breakfast area looked good! Yes... we will be back but.. will check room first and ask for top floor.

The front desk person was extremely helpful and the hotel itself was inviting. The room was wonderfully clean and the amenities were above and beyond. The morning breakfast was wonderful with many different offerings.
