DO NOT BOOK HERE!! The customer service is absolutely awful. I booked a 5 night stay here on a trip where I was flying into town from Canada. The booking was through Expedia. My flight was delayed overnight so I called the hotel to let them know I would not be there due to the delay to which the women bluntly told me just to call Expedia since the booking was through them. I did. When I called the property the following morning for the airport shuttle they told me I didn’t have a booking with them. They claimed I no call no showed my first night and completely canceled the entire 5 day trip. They refused to rebook the remaining days. I immediately contacted Expedia and their agent called the property to have it resolved and the property again refused. Since then Expedia agents have tried hopelessly to have the property compromise or offer any sort of resolution. The manager has avoided contact and the property has even dropped calls mid conversation. Absolutely no care for their customers. Outright stole my money and refuse to do anything. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

At first when you walk into the lobby it's clean and a nice hotel. This changed however once we got into our rooms. We had booked six rooms and at least three of them had issues. By just walking in you could tell someone had a huge party previously, with a very strong odor of marijuana along with beer cans in the ceiling tiles and leftover party items tucked away behind a mirror. The bathroom had a lot of stained ceiling tiles, the bathtub needed a lot of caulking and the overall appearance was not satisfying. Not to mention two of these three problem rooms had bags tied over the smoke alarms (you would think housekeeping would catch this). Definitely not impressed with this hotel and would not recommend it.

I love this place! Usually me and my family goes here every year. The staff are kind, the snack bar and the breakfast are wonderful, and the pool is always nice! The rooms are always very clean and affordable, even the suites. I recommend anyone going here go to the Braum's across the street for lunch or dinner! Only complaint is the wifi being a bit choppy. The experience makes up for it, though! 5 stars.

Their service was prompt and hassle free. Front desk always greeted us with a smile. Only one complaint.... we were looking forward to swimming during these hot hot days but couldn't do to the pool needing cleaned/serviced. Other than that our stay was comfortable and accommodating. Thank you comfort suites inn staff for having us ❤️

This hotel needs a lot of maintenance and more staff to keep up with the cleaning needs. I believe the staff is trying hard, but seems unable to keep. Lobby restroom needed cleaning when I arrived (room was not ready) and trach can was not functional. Room bathroom showed evidence of leaks in ceiling and at bottom outside of tub. Carpet was stained near bed. Many trucks in parking lot taking up several parking places, but had no trouble finding parking. Staff was friendly and helpful, but again appeared to be overwhelmed.

Decent motel, great staff. Breakfast was good. Good beds, not too hard or too soft. Good places to eat pretty close. Sushi, Indian buffet, Chinese, Jimmies Diner, all close.

Pool was closed during my stay. Front desk staff offered refund to stay somewhere else, but I declined as it wasn't worth my effort to rebook. I feel like the staff was trying to make us comfortable, despite the building's age. Hotel staff are impacted by the ownership's lack of attention, so I try not to hold that against them. Rooms were adequate and beds were comfortable. But, again, the facility itself really suffers from a lack of attention. The entire building needs updating.

Please think twice about staying here. Management seems to careless about customer safety nor do they seem to care about making sure people are reimbursed for what we went through. Still no word from management or corporate. This hotel looks nice until you see blood on the elevator door. phones do not work, had to call down with cell phone but that's minor.. carpet isn't clean and it's raised up , someone could trip. I did like that our new room they moved us to had 2 bathrooms and 2 closets. It had a fridge and microwave but no safe or Bible in the rooms. I honestly didn't want to post these pictures. I had my pregnant daughter and other daughter with me. I am furious they found this on the bathroom floor. How do you miss this when cleaning the rooms? Shame on you guys. Do better

Room was decent but there were crunched up oreos from the last people all over the livingroom floor. Also, a dirty towel under the bathroom sink. (Was pushed clear back against the wall and I wouldn't have seen it had I not dropped something) The room itself was nice. Had a King Suite. Was larger in size than most. Kids had a blast. Nice pool but extremely small as the bigger part was closed off due to it being winter. Hot tub was hot and wonderful. The front desk girl is amazing at her job. Breakfast was great. Omelet bar, biscuits, and gravy. Sausage and waffles. Toast, begals, yogurt, cereal and more. Lemon ice water in the lobby, juice for breakfast. Was all in all a great deal!

We loved our stay here while passing thru KS. Checked in around 5pm. The front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. Room was nice. We opted to pay $5 more and get the King suite that was 500 sq ft with a separate living room area that had a door that shut and living room furniture. The carpet had some stains on it but otherwise the room was very clean and well kept. They were dog friendly and allowed my 2 small poodles to stay with us. The jacuzzi was relaxing! Nice hot water and powerful jets to massage. The pool was indoor/outdoor with the gate to outdoors closed for the winter. It would be great to enjoy in the warmer months. The indoor part if the pool was still open The bathtub in the room was good for a nice Epsom salt soak. Hot water was slow to come out but definitely was hot once it got going. We stayed in room 100 next to the side door. It was quiet and we had no issues. Breakfast was a sweet treat! Hot waffles, regular and strawberry, omelettes made to order, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy as well as cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and bagels also available. What a selection for a FREE breakfast!!!! My only suggestion would be to get some honey for tea and biscuits. They accommodated me with a later checkout. We got carryout for dinner from the local sushi place, Wasabi East, that was closeby and delicious. Would stay here again in a minute!

This was our favorite hotel while going home for family and a funeral. Room was clean and serviced for our needs. Breakfast was the bomb and the ladies did a excellent job with the food and drinks. I highly recommend all who go to any city try Comfort Inn first. Keep it up!!

I'm a Choice Hotel member and travel a lot. There is a wide range in quality and service between the locations I've stayed at. This one is usually good, but my room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke as did the entire third floor hall. Paying for No-Smoking rooms doesn't mean much at this location.

Rooms were decent. Some stains on the curtains..... Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good, they even had someone preparing omelets on site! Liked the indoor/outdoor pool. Hot tub was covered?! Overall pretty good. I have high standards, so not quite 5 stars.

I used the Priceline Last Minute Deals and tried the One Price and hotel picked for you. I was a little leery about Comfort Inn and Suites due to a previous less than stellar stay. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and the comforter nice and thick with plenty of pillows, desk with desk chair and an armchair, and microwave and mini fridge. I just stayed on a Wednesday night, so very quiet. Accidentally set my phone alarm for PM, so I missed breakfast 😞. I would stay here again. I gave five stars for the cleanliness, comfort, and feeling of safety.

Truck parking! A loyal choice rewards customer. I've stayed all over the country. This one is on the higher end. Clean and in good repair. Indoor pool hot tub. The check in was very fast. Service was great.

I want to rate it more for the breakfast alone. Great choices and made to order omelettes. However our room had so many things going on I just can't. The floors were stained, the fan in the bathroom obviously didn't work, there was a tile that was in danger of falling in the bathtub, strange red and orange stains all over the bedspread, but the worst was I could feel something underneath the sheet and had to strip the bed to find some weird yellow things like beads or wax that I had to brush off in order to get any rest. We had family staying in another room and their room was just fine so I guess it was the luck of the draw. The pool was freezing since the divider had not been shut and it was cold outside but the hot tub was nice.

Legit the most comfortable reasonable priced motel bed I've ever slept in. Breakfast is well worth it. Priced decently, would stay again. Service also good, rooms cleaned well.

Visiting from out of town 10hrs away and we get there around 9 and went to our room and it was disgusting!!!!!! All three rooms doors don’t latch!!! Went through 3 rooms! Not cleaned, stained carpets/curtains, water stained ceilings, dirty lobby/hallways, holes in carpeting throughout building. Pool is filthy and hot tub is closed and I specially asked before booking if it was opened and was told it was. This place is so crazy and all 3 doors won’t latch nor lock!! Receptionist hands a manager key out to just anyone to check out rooms. This is very poorly kept up with and handled. Paying almost $300 for 2 NIGHTS!!! I’m highly upset and don’t appreciate this.🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

Experience was overall nice. Room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. Hot shower no problems and very friendly staff. Only thing: Lots of hair from prior guests throughout thr bathroom, but otherwise very nice. Thank you Comfort Inn & Suites! 🙂

I loved it! The place was so fancy and nice. Sure it's not the cleanest, but the wow factor beat everything. And the pool. . . .AMAZING! Outside and Inside. Your kids will go crazy for it. And they even allow pets! Both our rooms in the suite had an AC too! So cool.

The room was very spacious but the en suite bathroom was not functional. The shower had no hot water and the toilet didn't work. There was a second bathroom so it was fine. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety and omelets made to order.

Location is prime and in a great place to be able to go shopping and get food without needing to drive. However, there rooms need some serious work and dont quite make sense. The carpets are nasty and the the bathroom door is super close to the bed. The service could definitely be better. Maids were amazing at doing their job! But front desk thought that leaving a folder of company information that should be kept private, was a good idea to be left unattended in the breakfast nook next to all of their own laptop, cell phone, etc., in the breakfast nook. It's sloppy and very unprofessional.
