Poor conditions, musty smell, hazards. This entire place is a dump!! The carpet was tore going into the bathroom and I stepped on the tax stripping several times. OUCH! The headboard fell off the bed and hit us while sleeping. OUCH! The beds sink in and are super bouncy felt like we were going to fall off all night. Service was great though hence the 1 star, otherwise it would be zero.

Nice sized rooms. Wasn't allowed in to rent a room across from the hospital after 11:00. I was very tired and had to drive several miles to find another hotel. Was annoying and made it dangerous for us and those around us. So avoid it after 900 pm. Or it'll be definitely locked down by 11:00... possibly earlier!!! Disappointed. .

We drove 8 whole hours just to be told we can't check in and now we're stuck looking for a place to sleep at midnight while being unfamiliar with the area. Absolutely garbage service and no warning that if we were late, we wouldn't be let in. Do not come here unless you know you can make the check in window work!

I will not stay at this hotel ever again. My air conditioner did not work, and the room they switched me to had bed bugs. The elevator did not work 3 of the 4 days I was there. I miss the hotel it used to be.

Our family has stayed here many times over the years with our pets. We just called to make a 3 night reservation and was told the pet fee was $25 per pet per night. In the past its been $25 per stay.. pet owners be aware. You can get a much nicer place to stay for that price!

Convenience isn’t worth bed bugs!! Chose this motel for the location. Could be an ideal place when loved ones are in the hospital, but waking up with bites is not worth it. Moved us to another room, it was filthy and chairs broken. Couldn’t ever relax after that. Made a stressful situation even worse. Would not recommend.

Made reservations through Travelocity and no one told us the front desk closed at 7. We drove all day only to get here around midnight only to be told we can't check in. Travelocity never told us anything about checking in by a certain time. They just said check in was after 3. WHAT HOTEL HAS A 4 HOUR CHECK IN WINDOW? Absolutely horrible. The lady who answered the phone seemed unapologetic or helpful. Now we're stuck driving around a city we've been been in looking for a room. Save yourself the headache. This place is terrible.

When you walk in you can smell water mold, especially in the room we were in. The air conditioner was leaking water on carpet. Carpet was soaked and it smelled in the room of mold & wet carpet. There were wet towels on the floor over it. When I told the desk attendant, he knew what I was talking about. Rudely told me I could not switch rooms. The blankets were stained with idk what! Gladly we packed our own blankets and pillows. There was a microwave, TV, coffee maker, that's pretty much all the positive I can say. Location is safe, Panera and other restaurants were next door. But I will not stay there again. I assumed it was would be nicer and cleaner since it's by hospital and lots of people stay there.

I've stayed at the Wesley Inn twice in the last week & can highly recommend especially if you have a loved one at Wesley Medical Center. The hotel is unassuming & modest but clean, quiet & comfortable. The staff are all super helpful & caring since they know that most of the guests are there because of it's close proximity to the hospital, acrossthe street. It's a two minute walk to Panera, Spangles & Walgreens also. As for value, it's nicer than some hotels I've stayed in for five times the price. Several members of my family have been guests there in the last five weeks without a single complaint. The "Grab-N-Go" breakfast is quite nice too.

Had a great stay. My primary concern was the reviews about bed bugs. I did a thorough inspection in my room, and there was nothing of the sort. Certainly outdated interior and it shows its age. However, the bed, shower, bathroom, and AC all functioned great. During my 2 night stay, they cleaned my room without me asking, something pretty rare in hotels nowadays since COVID! Front desk was helpful. Panera Bread next door was very convenient for breakfast.

The rooms look like they've were last redecorated / renovated in the 1980's. Carpets, blankets and dust covers on the beds need to be cleaned or replaced. However, the desk staff and cleaning lady have been great. Don't believe the "continental breakfast" claim. They give you a paper bag with a Hostess type muffin, a granola bar and a fruit cup for breakfast. But the room was one of the least expensive around.

Found a pair of grungy dirty socks in my room beside the air conditioner also beside the bed was a bottle of some kind of seasoning. If that wasn't enough, and yes, I do understand company policies. They told me that check-in was at 3:00 pm. We got to the motel about 2:40 pm. The young man behind the desk told me I would not be able to check in until 3:00 pm. I said I get that, but it's 20 till and again he says check-in is at 3:00 pm. I asked him, "You really gonna hold firm for 20 minutes?" He says yes, sir. I am. So obliged him. I thought that was silly for 20 minutes, but I guess policy is policy.

Bed Bug's.. I had to leave the hotel at 1am, sleep in my car and wait until 7am for a refund. That's the only good thing I have to say about this place. Conference of bring close to the hospital is not worth the Bed bug's.

Good location, central to just about everything in the Wichita metro. Room decor is a bit dated, the bed wasn't the most comfortable, and the breakfast was bad. But, value for the money - best discount hotel in Wichita.

This hotel is very nice! They kept our hotel room clean and folded our clothes. Our family mascot was treated as royalty. Definitely will stay here again.

It was alright! Bathtub could be cleaned better, floors under the bed should be vacuumed better. Price wasn't bad tho, beds was comfortable. In all pretty good. Just don't expect to watch television, bring your own DVDs or watch something on your own devices.

So nice to have a secure hotel room here. Especially if you have a loved one in the hospital and you need a safe fast place to stay the rooms are clean and neat the staff is very courteous and very helpful accommodate you about just about anything and it's easy access to everything around you There's a couple restaurants. I can't say enough it's nice about it's a good place to stay.

Recommended for a basic place to stay. Afternoon check in gentleman was nice. Morning check out lady was less-so. Quiet enough. Clean enough. Good, affordable, reasonable price. Grab-&-go snack for "breakfast" (packaged granola bar, packaged fruit cup, juice box, and packaged cake) promoting diabetes. No water fountain or dispenser on site. The Inn is in same parking lot as Panera and Walgreens. Plenty of parking. Slight smoking/cigarette smell in room. A/c and mini fridge worked. Didn't try microwave, coffee maker, or hairdryer. Can open window and there is a screen. Had to push on room door to actually close the door. Properly stocked (towels, pillows, etc.) Provide hand soap and shampoo only. Didn't see pool or gym or meeting room. Not expensive.
