I don't like giving poor reviews because businesses and the people employed by them depend on good reviews to keep paying customers, however this place was absolutely unacceptable. Do not stay here! Room was dirty, the bed sheets had yellowish stains that looked like urine stains, observed bugs crawling on the sheets, not sure if they were bedbugs. This is a slum motel. After inspecting the room, we decided that it was safer to leave, was not worth staying potentially getting sick or bedbugs attaching to our luggage. Horrible experience! We arrived after 1:00am due to a long drive from another state and only needed a place for a short stay and fresh up. We noticed people standing outside looking around, a guy zoomed past me on a bicycle, it was around 1:30am so seemed weird observing activity this late, had a sketchy vibe and didn't exactly feel like a safe environment. This is not an exaggeration, you are better off sleeping in your car. Not sure how it is legal or health department compliant to operate a business like this. The owners should strongly re-consider what they are doing with this property before something bad happens here.

We checked in, walked into our room and walked right back out. The room was legitimately the grossest room I’ve ever seen. There were yellow stains on the bed, bugs crawling on the bed and the room was just overall dirty. The lady at the front desk was super nice however, but the man who answered the phone when I called the office because it was closed was super rude. It also wasn’t a safe place…there was a lot of “activity” in the parking lot for it to be 2:00 am. 😬 Stay in your car before booking here. Absolutely disgusting.

It’s what I expected while coming through this place. It’s a hotel that’s great for just passing through for a night otherwise it needs a lot of TLC. Place is outdated for bedding, bathroom, sink, lamps, and fridge. I didn’t have bugs in my room at all during my experience but recommend still checking just because of other people’s experiences during the past months I saw here for reviews. The area I will say around it, is a little sketchy but otherwise fine. The employees are great and deserve praise for being nice and kind. Smooth process for checking out but We had a rough check in process since it is Economy Hotel Wichita now instead of Days Inn. So keep that in mind if you book through online stilling saying it’s a Economy Hotel Wichita. Hopefully one day once I pass through here again this place gets some nice upgrades, and management keeps up the place so it can be successful.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Sleep on a park bench before you sleep here. The carpet is stained, walls are dirty, there was blood on the bed, holes in the box springs and the rooms smelled musty. The manager Crystal was anything less than helpful. We received no refund, not even a partial refund due to her stating nothing was wrong with our rooms. She wasn’t even on site the night we checked in. We didn’t stay, we saw the rooms and immediately left. If you decide to stay, take photos of anything for proof so you don’t run into our situation. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We stay at this place every year because it is a halfway spot. In the past three years, there has been a decline in the rooms. Housekeeping needs work. The rooms smell pretty bad, and there was a leak in the ceiling of the first room we were in. Won't be back next year. If a person has upper respiratory issues, this would be a huge problem for them. The ladies were super sweet, though. When we showed her the wet tile, she moved us. She also let us pick an available room that did not stink. Thank you to the lady at the desk. That is about the only thing this place has going for them anymore.

The room was infested with gnats. Spiders living in the "clean" towels. Out dated decor and furnishings. Door had to be slammed to make it shut. Broken light outside the door made it very dark in the corner where the room was. Trash all over the parking lot (cigarette butts, beer bottles, fast food wrappers, cups) Smelling nothing but cigarette smoke and blunt smoke. Fridge had some unknown black crumb like mess all over the inside. Too gross to bother using it. Creepy looking people skulking around the outer area and parking lot. We've stayed at 3 different Days Inn's while traveling the last 2 weeks and none of them were great (or really even good, if I'm being honest) but this was the ABSOLUTE WORST by far. I see a lot of responses to reviews saying updates and staff training is coming but I guess none of that has happened yet. Here's to hoping we aren't dragging any bed bugs home with us after staying one night in this mess!

The night check in lady was very nice but my room was ran down & dated. The carpet had all kinds of stains & my room had a funny smell. There also was no breakfast.

Beware of new ownership! The $199/wk Everything Included price is false advertisement! After my friends check-in was complete, the manager continued to badger him daily for more money! First, it was $35 more for tax. Then came a $50 pet fee, and she even threatened to call the police. He was refused a replacement key until he coughed up more money! Then she waited for him to leave and badgered his guests for more money and threatened them with calling the police! Keep on driving past this one, folks! There are many comparable hotels close by that wouldn't dream of treating customers this way. Even the roaches were more welcoming than the manager! Motel 6 is a few blocks away, and they have a friendly staff and a nice pool! And your final price is your final price!

If the things in the room are already broke..the night lady responded oh well She just looks like she's doing some dirt so I will be asking for some of my money back from not having a working microwave...had to take the bed spread off of the bed cause it smelled like oder... Shower curtain filthy like it hadn't been taken down in months I wound not recommend this Motel to anyone for the price they are charging The ice Box doesn't even work..then this morning the lady with the mouth that looks like she missed the dentist her whole life tried to get tuff and told me to shut up I must have responded with maggot u shut up and make me shut up and run me that 100 deposit trashy rooms....lol...ask to look in the room before booking online or walk ins period

There was no breakfast other than a bottle of juice. The service was rude and not very helpful. Beds were put together with 2 by 4s and duct tape.

Very cozy place to sleep. Nice comfortable place to stay. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are clean and fresh. I would recommend anyone staying here. There are great coffee shops around and very good restaurants around close by.

When I get to this location, the room they put us in was not clean. Had to move rooms. We didn’t get there till after 4 o’clock pm. When we got in the shower, the shower was blowing water from the side of the shower head all over the floor. We didn’t realize when getting in the shower there were no towels and basically had to air dry while waiting for towels. The floor in the bathroom was completely soaked. Almost fell from it being so wet. The clerk came to our 2nd room and asked if we wanted to move to another room because current room didn’t have an air conditioner that worked. Since it was going to be chilly we decided to just stay put so we didn’t have to move all of stuff again. It was just very frustrating to not have the amenities promised and have so much wrong for just a one night stay.

Older lady at front desk rude and lazy.. Lost my ID and said it fell in stack of papers on desk and couldn't find it. Also said she wouldn't go back down stairs while on the 2nd floor to get a key to our room because she was too lazy and we had to wait. Always looked unapproachable and made us wait for anything we asked while being rude. She was not only unprofessional but also looked unprofessional. Zero consideration for customer satisfaction and made this the worst stay at any hotel. Advice , stay anywhere else this place is garbage... Because of the older big lady with gray hair...

We stayed here after a late night concert, The beds are not comfortable the shower was hard to use but did work with force, holes in walls no usb outlets, last I called 3 hours after we left and they threw a item I left in the trash they refused to accommodate me and make it right. It wouldn't bother me if it wasn't a item that my father gave who passed away.

Overall a good value. The room was spacious and clean, but not very modern. The staff acccomodating. The refrigerator wasn't working.

The place was very clean and the staff very friendly. The reason I rated it a 4 instead of 5 is because no pool and bagged breakfast.

Bedbugs, mildew in showers, smells of smoke in non-smoking rooms, burn marks on bed. Pretty much walked in and walked out after inspecting my room.

T.V. didn't work and maintenance never showed up, we had to fix it ourselves. There were bugs in the room, the room was not clean... all around not a good experience.

Hotel is run down. Staff is amazing. Helpful and friendly. Neighborhood and several of the guests were sketchy. Bathroom was dirty and needed repairs. Bedroom was same. My 4 year old found medicine under the bed skirt.

My experience was okay, it got me through the night, but the room was a little gross. Weird stains on towels, and the room definitely smelled humid and musty. Good thing my friend brought a fan!
