This place has been renovated and is beautiful. We stayed one night and have two cats. We were given a first floor room close to a side door (for easy in and out with the kitties). The beds are platform, so no hiding under the bed! The set up of the large room was perfect for pets. The room and bathroom were immaculate. The breakfast was fairly good. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles plus the usual continental breakfast food. Easy on and off the freeway but quiet. We didn’t use any of other amenities but will definitely put this on the list of places to return to when traveling the area. Plus the staff was very accomdating, professional and pleasant.

I checked in late afternoon on Sunday, and the gentleman behind the counter, Bobby, was helping a gentleman who didn't speak English. He was very patient with him, looked him in the eyes when he spoke, and offered genuine smiles. Witnessing that interaction set a very good tone for my visit. The hotel itself is very modern and bright. It offers a small workout room and outdoor swimming pool on the main floor. There is a laundry room on the 4th floor right off the elevator. It's $2.00 to wash and $1.50 to dry, and you can purchase detergent and dryer sheets in the shop next to the front desk. My room was on the very end, across from the stairs. It was very quiet, which I appreciated. The only fault with the room is no closet. Standard layout for a room. I had a king bed, which was very comfortable. It had a permanent rug under it, like glued to the floor. I found that interesting. There was a nice size t.v., microwave, and mini fridge located inside the dresser. The bathroom was a good size and had an anti-fog mirror. It's the little things. The shower, no combo, had amazing water pressure. Some could find it hard, but I enjoy the pressure. They offer a continental breakfast with a couple of hot options. I've always thought of La Quinta as a nicer, maybe a higher end hotel. It didn't disappoint.

Nice modern hotel less than 10 minutes drive from the airport. Very clean and the room was comfortable. Good breakfast. TV didn't work well, but this was nore attributable to Cox Cable. This was my 4th trip to Wichita and my 4th different hotel. None of the others had reliable television service either. Maybe it's a Wichita thing! 😀

The staff were very wonderful at this La Quinta and my room was very clean and comfortable for the short time I was there. Unfortunately, due to the location of this La Quinta I chose to leave after 4 hours or so of being checked in. I did not feel safe enough to spend the night here. A family's catalytic converter got sawed off their truck in the back parking lot and there were many sketchy motels surrounding the La Quinta where a lot of questionable people were hanging, sleeping, laying around outside. As a solo traveler, I didn't feel safe for myself or my belongings in my car.

Rooms overall were clean and comfortable. Excellent, friendly service. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast that included several options and good coffee. Biggest drawback was being so close to the interstate with the traffic noise.

Extremely friendly and professional staff. Rooms were spotless and a comfortable temperature. The free breakfast is definitely worth it

Rooms and service were fine. The issue is the location! There is a bar right next door and we could hear music all night long! Didn't get any sleep. If you want good rest, go somewhere else! 🥱🥱🥱

Great accommodations for cats. One of the only times we've needed to pay extra for them at a La Quinta though ($20 for up to 2 pets). Breakfast was a little lacking in that they had nice sausage patties and eggs for a Breakfast sandwich, but only white and wheat bread (vs. Bagels or English muffins). Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast, but they should have more than one waffle station. There was a long line due to there only being one waffle maker. The rooms were nice & clean. Coffee and water were available all day. The outdoor pool was nice for the kids.

Nice place. Clean, newer-looking building. Breakfast was simple but good. The location is not the simplest to get to thanks to a bunch of one-way streets and weird u-turns. It's also right next to a bar that plays very loud music untill close, so you'll hear bass thumping half the night.

I was very clean. The room was nice and comfortable. It is next to the interstate which is close to the airport. So if you're wanting close to the airport, it's good. For convenience I would stay again. The breakfast was nice. The staff was nice. And they do have a shuttle.

As a Diamond member, I am disappointed that this wyndham property didn't offer a welcome gift. But the initial greeting I received from the lady behind the desk on 3/2. was beyoud rude ! I parked in a space in front of the property and noted there were 3 reserved spaces for the hotel van, Veterans and employee parking. the space I parked in did NOT have a sign. The first words out of this lady's mouth were "I needed to move my vehicle since I was in a reserved spot". I was simply checking in and explained the space had no sign on it. She then said I might be towed from the spot. Yes, I took pictures to prove I was not in a marked spot, but her tone was way out of line and most unprofessional. If I hadn't just driven 6 hours, I would have considered going to another property at that moment. This property looked very new and what a shame to have a pleasant stay over shadowed by this lady's abrupt greeting and warning.

I booked a king suite. When I arrived they informed me that they over book and they only had a double. Upon entering the room there was a stench of dog. The furniture had scratches on it which I assume were from prior pet stays. The tub did not drain. When we were finally packing up to leave this hell hole, the cleaning staff came in the room and started stripping the beds even though we had not checked out yet and were clearly still in the room.

Room was clean. Had to run the a/c nonstop to keep the room comfortable, was turned off when I entered the room for the first time and was 70+ in the room. Could hear music at night I assume from the "speakeasy" behind the hotel.

We stayed here for a bowling tournament that we attend every year. We chose to try out this La Quinta because of the price, reviews, and the photos look nice. The room is definitely nice, aesthetically pleasing. The bed is pretty comfortable, and the room is spacious. However, our mini fridge would not get cold (regardless of what setting I tried), so we had to continue utilizing ice to keep our beverages cold. The shower pressure was ridiculous, it almost hurt to take a shower because how hard the water comes out (doesn’t matter what setting you use on the shower head either).Hopefully, that’s something the hotel can fix. There’s a Speak Easy sharing the parking lot of this location, so until about 2AM, you can hear the loud bump of the bass from them. You just hear a lot in this hotel, being that it sits right off the service road. I don’t fault the hotel for this as it’s beyond their control, but it will deter me from staying here again. If loud music and cars, ridiculously high water pressure and a non working mini fridge are a non issue for you, then this place is good.

A+++++++++ all the way. Courtious staff, very clean, watched the cleaning crew going way above and beyond. Had ladder dusting pic frames in the lobby. All were in great spirits. Room was perfectly clean and smelled very good. Breakfast was fantastic. I have never stayed here before but WOW I will for sure if I came back. Thanks staff great job!!!

I hate it that they started charging a pet fee. My dogs do not damage a single thing nor do they run the halls screaming like a couple of kids did. Should be a kid charge. La Quinta was always my first choice, I don't know now.

Staff very nice, helpful, and made you feel welcomed. Lighting was so nice. Halls very well lit, along with a light above each door. Rooms very refreshing, and CLEAN, in fact the the whole motel was amazingly spotless. Highly recommend. We give it a 5+

Rooms are nice and clean, and the AC works great. Full of bathroom supplies in the room with a pantry style shop downstairs for extras. I did ask for extra pillows since there were 5 of us in one room and the clerk said they were out?? I've never heard that before but maybe they were busy. I didn't pay so I don't know exact pricing but it will vary depending on time and room type.

Went to check in with my wife in a wheelchair with 2 ada certified service animals and they wanted to charge a service fee per dog. I provided a credit card, signed the incidental paperwork and i then told her that I wanted the service fee in writing. Because i asked for it in writing, she said i could go somewhere else. Horrible service for someone in a wheelchair with service animals. They were both service dogs with papers. It took us 2 months to plan this vacation. To be discriminated against was horrible. I did provide a credit card and papers to show that they were service dogs. Very rude staff towards someone with a disability. If you are in a wheelchair with 2 service animals, looking for an ada room with a roll in shower. This place will discriminate against you. They can say what they want, paperwork was provided, credit card was handed to them. They still discriminated towards my wife. They were rude from the time i mentioned service animals and provided paperwork and a credit card. Very hostile towards the handicap with 2 service animals. We are basically premier members with Wydem Rewards, have stayed at a lot of La Quinta Hotels. Have stayed everytime with these 2 service animals. Not once have we been treated in this discriminatory way. Have always shown the paperwork on them, but never treated with this kind of rudeness. Corporate tried calling them a handful of times over 2 hours, they would not answer their call. Horrible, horrible service.

The room was cute. The bed was horrible. A big hole on half the bed. No hot water for my shower. We won't stay at this location again.
