I never stayed there but my niece did she said it was a great place. Nice soaker tub and a good bed to get a nice night sleep. Breakfast never started early enough she had to leave at 6:30. Guess they think nobody goes to work until 9.

Everything here was excellent. Rooms were tidy, QUIET, hot shower, and service was great. Awesome breakfast. Would stay again!

Chose this location as I knew I’d be tired on arrival and wanted easy access to a restaurant and the highway. Check in went smoothly and as expected. My room appeared clean although I discovered pieces of candy and food under the desk making me question how hard they worked to clean and sanitize the room. Extremely strange was the fact that for my “convenience” I needed to go downstairs to the lobby if I wanted a drinking glass (see image). Additionally the drain in the bathtub wouldn’t stay open meaning you needed to finish your shower before the tub filled up. Small things but I do expect not to go searching for a plastic glass in the lobby.

If you’re looking to take a large group or travel team to this hotel- I’d pass. We were asked to leave the pool at 9:30 (they close at 10:00). We were also asked to leave the lobby while eating pizza at 9:30. We asked for a late checkout, but had housekeeping enter our room without knocking around 10:00am. Not to mention, no alcohol can be consumed in the lobby. I feel that some may prefer this, but as someone who prefers my pizza with a beer, I would have appreciated the notice.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay! The staff was friendly, the room was clean & comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! The lady working the kitchen was so friendly and personable - definitely a breath of fresh air in the morning. She also did a wonderful job at keeping the fridge and food items stocked. The pool & hot tub were clean and the rack was stocked with towels. By far the best hotel I have stayed at in years. Thank you Holiday Inn for a great stay!

The Hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean, the pool was clean and well cared for, and the breakfast was good. I'm taking off a star for the service. It was bad service technically. They did everything we asked for, and even brought some extra bedding up. But no one smiled. Not even once. Until I met the woman who made the breakfast, she was wonderful. Smiled, talked to us some, recommended things to do and helped our son with drinks. I probably wouldn't even review this hotel normally, but it was so odd to be checked in and out by different employees, neither of which smiled or showed the least interest in the guests. Again, they were not rude. They just seemed indifferent and bored. I travel a lot and it was just off putting. Enough so that I'm going to leave this review in hopes the management is encouraged to take batter care of its staff, and create a better environment for them to enjoy working in. It's difficult to do in a service industry, but you can tell when it happens and when it doesn't.

I'm not going to be staying at this location again following the recent experience. The hotel is clean. Our shower had a piece missing from the drain area. I took a photo of it for our protection and showed the person downstairs. He did not seem concerned at all. The staff need to improve their behavior. The guy checking me out at 5:00 am was very nice and professional, but the other staff throughout the day and evening had attitude. When checking in, there was no one at the front desk. I was looking towards the other room then saw someone all of a sudden sitting at the front desk. She did not say anything and acted as if she hated her job and as if I was inconveniencing her. I seriously thought about taking a loss, immediately canceling the two days and going elsewhere. I decided to tough it out and stay. Another staff member...same thing...attitude. Oh well, we are definitely removing this location from our list. The staff displaying the maladaptive behavior should take lessons from the person that check us out at approximately 5:00 am.

Rooms, hallways and facilities are not clean. Trash remained in the hallway for my entire stay. Floors need a deep cleaning, liqstains all over the floors and on item inside room. During my three day stay, I had to request room service, but on days I did not, I would come into a room that had its thermostat cranked up. Prime location and staff are good, but cleanliness is rock bottom.

For the high price I paid, I expected better: carpet stained, bathroom needs updated, small and thin bath towels, lamps need updating as well ( no usb ports on them). Front desk help unfriendly and not approachable. Pool was not heated as stated on website. Pool towels smelled weird. Breakfast was awful, cold eggs, bruised and old oranges and apples. Cereal was stale and coffee way too strong. Sausage patties and links cold and hard. All in all, if you just want a comfy bed and quietness and a hot tub, this room is for you!

Great location Rooms are outdated, our second night we found ants in the room, we had no food; however we saw there was crumbs on the edges of the floor from previous guests, stains on the walls, shower curtain was torn. Hallway floor were not clean. I was looking forward to the pool however it was not heated, which was disappointing since that was one of the reasons we stayed here. Breakfast was ok, they ran out of food items and they wouldn’t put more out unless someone brought it to their attention. Last but not least they have speakers near the entrance so if you’re unlucky like we were you’ll be hearing music all day and night!! We were right above lobby so it was a nuisance

We were in Wichita because a family member had an accident and was going to die in the hospital. Because of this we spent most all our time at the hospital to be sure we didn’t miss anything important. We requested a late checkout of 1 pm at the hotel but didn’t fully get back and our stuff out of there til 3 pm. This was unacceptable to Holiday Inn and I was charged an extra $179 a couple hours after we checked out. Luckily I was still in the area and came over to clear up this misunderstanding. Because while we were in the hospital waiting for the doctors to show up to turn off life support, I realized this was not all going as quick as Holiday Inn would like so I gave them a call to explain we would be later than we expected and the lady on the phone said that’s okay, don’t worry about it. The employee at the front desk I explained this too then told me how inconvenient this all was to Holiday Inn and they potentially lost out on some money so the $179 charge is justified and it was our own fault. This little man truly deserves to be recognized by his corporate masters as Employee of the Month. In spite of all logic and general human kindness, he righted the wrong my grieving family did to Holiday Inn and they got their extra $179. Pathetic.

I've read some of the reviews which are not as favorable but I can only speak for my own trip. I had a great trip literally one of the best hotel experiences that I've had in the last two or three years since I travel basically every week. The room was clean. The hot tub works well. The breakfast that they made was made with care and was quite good. I really have zero complaints
