Very nice hotel. Close to plenty of restaurants and fuel stations. Parking for trucks with trailers also. Price range is good. Extra charge for damages is high and they must learn how to separate room charge and damage charge on 2 different cards.

No eggs for breakfast and the milk container had not been thoroughly cleaned. This at a Comfort Inn??? Stay at another or spend another $15 and go to the Hilton.

First time visiting Wichita so don't know the area well but it is not too far from dining options and plenty store options. The hotels lobby and facilities were clean and visually appealing. Rooms are quite comfortable for the price. And the complimentary breakfast definitely hit the spot! I could see myself booking here in the future.

Rooms were clean but handicap accessible room not too wheelchair friendly. Also discovered that they charge 100 incidental security deposit per room if you pay for with debit card and not credit card. Another thing is they will not accept pre-paid cards ir cash for room payment so heads up.

Carpeting in the room was dirty. Always prefer a laminate floor in hotels, ran out of coffee early in the "free breakfast". Bummer

I waited to write this review because I have no clue what to say. When we got there, there was a man that was sketchy in the lobby. Receptionist said the cops were coming because he doesnโ€™t stay there and was found in a room that wasnโ€™t his. A couple in our party said that he asked them to help him get into a room. It was just an unsettling situation. Receptionist said the sketchy hotel across street breeds strange people who wander over. If you want a good read check out their reviews. Just seemed semi unsafe place to stay. The jacuzzi and pool were nice. Although we had to go find someone and ask for towels, twice. And free laundry on the 4th floor. That was really nice to dry the suites. Breakfast was really good. Airplanes go overhead constantly which is a tad loud. It wasnโ€™t my favorite place we stayed. But if you need a quick sleep and room, itโ€™s ok.

The room was cleaned daily and restocked with toiletries. The pool was a little on the small size, but the hot tub was amazing. Within one mile of the place there were so many food and shopping options. I would stay at this place again.

Friendly staff and clean environment. Breakfast was good with a variety of food very standard. Rooms were a bit dated.

I can be picky about hotels from the bed, towels, smell, and pillows. The facility did not smell musty but fresh. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The towels were nice and big, they were soft and not stained. It is kinda out of the way a bit but was close to a wide variety of places to eat. The area was quiet and near the airport. You could hear the planes, but it wasn't horrible. The staff were friendly and engaging. The housekeeping staff on our floor wished us safe travels as we left.

One word AMAZING! Central to most things but what really makes this hotel is the welcome we received and the accomodations. My mother is disabled and they brought a different chair over for breakfast so she would be more comfortable. The room is clean and spacious. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Very kid friendly. (The GM even gave my daughter a bear ๐Ÿป) I can tell the staff is treated well. The general manager was right in with the others putting things away when breakfast was done. The pool is nice and warm. The hot tub could be warmer but that may be a regulations thing. Everywhere is clean and smells nice. Excuse some of the photos as our stuff is in them.

Sounds like the planes leaving the airport ate coming thru the room. Hide a bed is springy and has a big stain on the mattress. The couch has gross little stains also. Basically the hide a bed couch needs replaced and the planes are super loud in the room. The help was fine, no problem with them. It was clean other than the hide a bed

It's more appropriate to say this hotel is NEAR the airport and not on site like so many are. We were extremely happy with our rooms. The hot breakfast in the morning including bacon, eggs and potatoes was unexpected, but very welcome and very good. Rooms were of good size and quite comfortable, even with my wheelchair, staff was quick to welcome and efficient. We'll be coming back and recommend others to do the same.

The staff was extremely exceptional, we had a family emergency that landed a loved one in the burn center and the staff went above and beyond for us. Made our stay smooth and offered any and all help.
