Overall was a good stay. The lady working was very friendly and kind. We had a bad experience at the west location by Towne West but because we called and made a complaint on that west location not the south one we were black listed. It really just upset me to even be treated or put into a category just because we made a complaint about the other location that we were told had nothing to do with each other completely owned by separate companies. Just needed to know why exactly we were black listed that's my only complaint from quality inn choice hotels may have confused our complaint but we did have a terrible stay at quality suites but quality inn was a wonderful stay. Just one complaint is why we are being told we cannot stay because customer service got the locations mixed up.

Stayed here last week. I try to stay at Choice Hotels. I use CLC and Choice Hotels, which always gives me my points... Not this place. The hotel was dirty. The room was disgusting, and my bed was super tiny. There was used soap in my shower with pubes on it. I have to leave early, and due to company policy, I have to get a receipt. There was nobody at the front. A sign that says call this number. It just rang. I saw another sign to call another number because she was cleaning rooms. You guessed it, no answer. I had to call later in the day to have the receipt emailed to me. This was Tuesday... Still waiting. Do yourself a favor. Stay at Holiday Inn across the street.

We stayed here in a jacuzzi room. It seemed as if they put in a regular faucet for the tub so it took FOREVER to fill. The front desk was nice enough. They told me about the $50 deposit. No big deal. Then an hour after I checked in it charged an additional $50 deposit. So really it's a $100 deposit when I called and asked the guy that was working then says I should have paid the deposit with cash. I'm not sure I quite understand any of that at all. I've stayed at many hotels what they say is what they should charge. I did in fact get it back but it's $100 not $50 like way I was told or what was posted

At first the man wasn't understanding us when we ask him ask him the total with taxes and still gave the total without tax. And then we total of adults and children there were and he imputed wrong amount. And breakfast was plain and boring it was just biscuits, fruit loops, waffles, yogurt,and coffee. Very plain! And the front office lady keep bothering us about the amount of people we had in the room and keep telling her and didn't understood us! Also I was trying to make coffee in the room and found mold in the coffee machine!😀 MOLD!!!! And the bed sheet had yellow stains!?!?!... Overall i wouldn't recommend it!😐

This is barely a two star location. When we checked in the towels were dirty and there were only two. There is no maid service or daily trash pickup. When I asked for fresh towels they acted like I wanted to.steal them. There was a non-working phone in the room with most of the buttons missing. The front desk is often empty with no way to contact staff. Not coming back and not recommending.

Rooms extremely outdated...circa early 2000s...don't think the door to room or bathroom was up to code (ADA) single handrail behind toilet. None in shower. 5 degrees out heater only blowing cold air, plumbing backed up non working TV. They said half of them don't work..Lady got locked in her room, they were busting door open to get her out..see pics...bright side the poor guy dealing with this was trying to help 7 people complaining about no heat and broken non working stuff...

The rooms were not clean and locks didn't work. Staff tried but didn't seem to know what to do for sure. You can drive a couple miles up the road to another choice hotel (sleep inn) and price is almost exactly the same but it is clean friendly and has a pool and hot tub. Just off of toll road for either. Just one is nice area the other is not. Wouldn't recommend unless you are desperate for somewhere to go.

The hotel needs updating. The rooms and doors just help. The first night, the hall smelled like pot. The second night a man was arrested after banging and yelling up and down the hallway at midnight. If you have a choice I would stay somewhere else. The doors are very close to the hallway and you can hear everything. The staff was wonderful though!

Omg I have NEVER stayed at a quality inn in this condition this place is HORRIBLE. Desk clerk wasn't at desk took at least 10 mins to come I called the phone at front desk no answer not professional at all… People walking hallway smoking. My room omg sheets filthy had to call front desk 3 times for anyone to pick up!! I would not recommend this place to anyyyyy one.. I will start reading reviews before booking any room any where!! 0 stars….

Clean front entrance. Free breakfast was decent. Room was pretty decent. Only thing was there was a brown stain on one of the towels in our room. Asked for extra towels, it wasn't a problem. They have vending snack and soda machines. They have an outdoor pool. Fitness center. Free wifi access. I went to check out and no employee was to be found. I tried calling the hotel phone and no one picked up so I just left my hotel key card on the counter and left since I had prepaid the night before...

This is an older building. The night person check in lady was very nice and helpful. The hot breakfast was.....disapointing. Hot biscuits and gravey, you can make your own waffle(only hot food offered), apples,oranges, cold cereal cereal and yogurt.

Place is scary. It is not a CHOICE hotel, yes that is a Cockroach on the wall. Had to wait 30mins at the front desk to check in as there was no one there. Talked to the Lady first thing in the morning she gave an excuse of no one wants to work and the economy, Imagine staying at your worst hotel ever, it's even worse. Breakfast was a joke, they did have fresh waffles, but who wants to eat here after having roaches. Yes that toilet is busted and glued together. Toilet paper stuffed in the holes in the wall.

This is no quality inn. Cheap? yes. Quality? no. This place needs a serious upgrade. Lobby is still decorated in 70's decor. My room, extremely old carpeting. Lamp was broken and outlet on lamp worked intermittently. TV remote was missing batteries. And the coffee maker was an electrocution Hazzard. I was tired and just wanted to sleep. It was peaceful cause it had no clients. However, the front desk lady was very friendly when I arrived.

I stayed here twice this place is Awesome!! All the people who worked there are the best! They treat their guests with the utmost hospitality that they possibly could. Next time I'm in Wichita this is the very first stop. Hopefully that'll be sooner than later.

This hotel is disgusting!!! We got 4 rooms all 4 rooms were dirty. One room literally wasn't clean at all had trash and dirty bed sheets. Another rooms had a broken toilet seat and blood all over the bathroom door.

This is a decent hotel for a quick stay. It could be managed better but it is affordable. My father stays here when he comes to wichita. Most of the times the things that are supposed to be in the room arent there and A/C units are sometimes broke.

We switched rooms 3x. In the first there was no water and it hadn't been cleaned. The second had a broken toilet seat. The 3rd had a broken shower rod. There were no keys for the doors. Breakfast was skimpy at best. Towels were clean and showers were hot at least.

We stayed here back in November 2022, and I don't recommend it at all the front desk lady (christy) i believe seem great and perhaps to friendly really didn't have any issues with front desk until the hussy had the nerve to knock on our room door to ask my man if he could help her with a head board in another room. Very unprofessional and cheap, the room was dirty with roches the breakfast was awful broken chair in our room the hallway smelled like an ashtray worst motel I've stayed in especially with front desk hitting on my boyfriend.

I would love to give this hotel a negative star for the rooms. The “sofa” cushion was nonexistent, seemed like they found it in land fill. The rooms are dark and depressing. They actually charged us to have our 2 frenchies there, I don’t think there is anything they could have done to damage the property it was that bad. Just keep on going. This place is awful.

This motel does not provide very good customer service. I literally waited 10 minutes yesterday before someone came to the desk to help me find out which room my father in law was in. I yelled out several times waiting at the desk and even called them while standing there hoping the sound of the phone ringing would alert an employee but it didn't. The rooms have 1 uncomfortable pull out couch and an uncomfortable chair to sit on other than the bed. And the tv's are small so are the bathrooms. Not the best motel in wichita for the price.

I reserved the room for July 6-8th. I mentioned the pool because I had my grandson with me and they didn't tell me it was drained/closed, if I had that knowledge I would of gotten a room elsewhere. The parking lot is very dark, the whole hotel needs updated badly. The room was extremely small for a double queen. The cleaning staff didn't bring towels or dump trash even though we asked. My room kept had to be reprogrammed. For $350 I expected at least decent. I did like the staff though.

The guy at the desk asked me to pay for my room when we checked in, but it was already paid for by my employer. He then said my card declined when I paid my deposit, but it said approved on the pin pad. So basically he tried to charge me twice for the room AND the Deposit. The comforter also had 2 burn holes in it and the toilet clogged. Stay away from here.

Outside was not all appealing, the room dirty and roaches, bathroom there was hair and pee around toilet. Walls were dirty. Hair on shower drain, a/c and heater did not work, breakfast worst, cold no variety of things no fruit 1 gallon of cheap orange juice..awful and roaches in bathroom. I will never go back. I was charged taxes on line when booked room and charged taxes again when paid for room.

This was one of the worst experiences we have had staying in a hotel. Rooms were not cleaned when we got there at 8 o’clock in the evening. Had to wait about an hour and a half before we got our room. The gal at the front desk had to personally go and clean it. My daughter with a baby was put in a smoking room but was not told it was a smoking room. In the morning for breakfast, there was no coffee or juice, waffles were gone, yogurt was gone. Definitely no hot breakfast! Pretty much nothing to eat. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

Very small room. Hallway had horrible smell. Took two days to get enough towels for everyone in the room. Front desk employees were very nice but stretched way too thin. My biggest problem with my stay here was with Choice Hotels and their customer service, if you want to call them that. Be VERY vigilant of their point program. I got tricked into buying points that would only pay for two-thirds of the cost of the room for the same price of the room. So yes, I then had to basically overpay for this cracker box. Ive had issues with Choice customer service, big disconnect with the motels. I will never trust them again.

1 I Messed up reservation...lady at front desk very patient and fixed for us. 2 Allows dogs for 10 bucks...hard to beat 3. Room was clean and comfy. Up top lock busted off and lamp shade switch broken in room. 4. Price is great and what drew us to motel. Would stay again. Motel is basic.
