It's alright. Stayed here for a little while & it wasn't too bad. But I had to clean my own room,(but they couldn't give me any cleaning supplies)I had to take out my own trash & had to wash my used sheets & towels. I couldn't ask for fresh linen or towels. So I had asked the nice front desk clerk why housekeeping wasn't coming to my room to pickup/switch out linen & supply clean towels & the friendly clerk replied that I had requested that HK not come to my room(Which I did not). So after all that back & forth she gets on her computer & says ok that will be $60.00 more for the week. After I had paid over a $1,000 for the month to stay there they were going to charge me an extra $60.00 a week just so I could have fresh sheets and towels! I wasn't a happy camper, but decided that I would clean my room & wash my laundry(just not going to wash at their Hotel). Other than that it is in a great location, QT is right down the road, restaurant's are not far at all, grocery stores & the highway are right up the street so not a lot of gas wasted driving out of your way. They do have smoking rooms on the top floor, which is nice. They are pet friendly. They are pretty private you have to have a key just to get pass the front desk or we have to come down to let you in. The employees are super nice, very helpful. I got to talk with some of the other people there and seemed really friendly, even had a few of them offer to help me carry my laundry baskets to my car. Very awesome! I would recommend but make sure to ask about certain things & be very specific what you wanting & looking for.

The staff is great and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay better. The general manager, Amy, knows her job and does it well. Val, Carmella, Samantha, and the other guys and gals are friendly and helpful. The rooms could use a little updating and soundproofing but are good for the price Dont get a room next to the stairway on any floor. The doors slam loudly when guests use them and will keep you awake all night! Promise!

We stayed here for a month while waiting on an apartment. I've stayed at several Woodspring locations over the years, and this one is by far the best I've been to. It's clean and comfortable and everyone works hard to keep it that way. The front desk people and maintenance are friendly and helpful. I recommend anyone looking for a decent stay come here.

My husband and I stayed here for two months while he was working nearby. This place is the definition of mediocre. Two of the ONLY good things about it is that it is quiet- pretty much everyone sticks to themselves- and technically the hotel does have everything that you need if you are staying for a longer period of time (appliances, access to an inferior washer/dryer, etc.) Despite that, here's my list of reasons why the stay was absolutely less than average and we will never stay at any Woodsprings Suites EVER AGAIN: -This hotel still allows smoking! So even if you're on a nonsmoking floor the entire hotel smells of smoke. This hotel also allows pets, which just kind of adds to the odor. -There is almost never someone actually at the front desk. You have to call to get someone to come up and usually wait at least 5 minutes for them to get there. The people also look very unprofessional. -The rooms themselves are SO CHEAP... the bed and pillows are horrible. The air conditioner just barely works since it's a window/wall unit. All of the furniture looks/feels so cheap and is made of particle board. The appliance themselves are so old and outdated. The towels and bedsheets feel like sandpaper. I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around because the walls and floors are probably paper thin. -The maid was SUPPOSED to come EVERY TWO WEEKS. I think they came 3 times the entire stay, meaning that we had to wash our own towels and sheets. If you want new towels and sheets more often you have to pay an extra daily fee, which just isn't worth it. -You have to pay extra for subpar internet. -Be prepared to either pay extra for dishes and a coffee maker or just bring your own because they are not provided. This place was not even remotely worth the money that we paid for it. If you are staying at this place for a short period or an extended stay, do yourself a favor and just pay for a nicer place. There's a nicer hotel literally across the street. You'll be doing yourself a favor and you'll be far more comfortable.

This no frills hotel is well managed and well worth staying at. Before I got there, I'll admit I was worried about cleanliness and bed bugs at this smaller hotel chain, but it was for nothing. My room was immaculate. They use these metal bed frames and every corner was clean. The place was quiet apart from a couple of days where some dogs across the hall were making noise due to separation anxiety from their owners. I simply went out during that time and it wasn't a bother. The staff and guests were friendly, and respectful. I definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed here February and March of 2022. I was impressed from day one with the staff and loved having a temporary apartment while looking for a more permanent place to stay. It's a safe convenient location right off the freeway, close to restaurants, grocery stores, shops and right down the street from WSU. Perfect for a couple nights or an extended stay. I highly recommend!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY HERE!!! I chose this place because of the deal and immediately I smelt mold, it’s overwhelming and gross. Made my family gag, and had a headache. The bedroom was FILTHY, the floor has brown smudges and roach droppings all over everything. I decided to lay on the floor as the bed looked used and saw a cockroach crawling out of the vent! Not clean, infested with roaches and spiders. Sketchy owners, please find anything better!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! We had to load up our stuff at 1:00 in the morning and sleep in our car, due to COCKROACHES crawling on the walls. You might add to the no refund policy that you are infested with roaches, since you do know as stated in your reviews that I stupidly read after I paid for my room!!! NASTY PLACE!! And It takes forever to get someone to come down to check you in. 0 stars for me!!

Very comfortable beds, nice shower and bathroom, young female who greets customers and answers phones is NOT PLEASANT. She is excluded from my rating because I am hopeful that you will give her customer service training or you will look for another 3rd shift receptionist. The cleanest Hotel with the worst receptionist, 5⭐!

Paid for a 7 day stay for my daughter and 3 children. First 2 days tub was already stopped up when we checked in, so no baths; TV didn't work at all; one stove burner did not work! I asked front desk for help and refund. I was told by lady working they don't give refunds and maintenance would not be in until Monday. I reached out to a customer relations phone number who loudly and rudely told me no refunds offered and each hotel is privately owned franchised and to talk to Manager of hotel. Tomorrow March 16, 2019 is check out, I still can't find the Manager and front desk staff is long term renters who live in the hotel who keep telling me they passed the message on to the Manager to call me. The hotel has an unpleasant odor in the hall and in the room. I am very upset about how we have been treated at this place. No accountability!! I will never pay for family nor myself in this hotel again. The customer is abused in this hotel and this owner stays invisible and apparently doesn't care.
