Our lare afternoon check-in clerk was a delight. The morning breakfast host was quite personable. Other day staff were attentive to our needs during our lengthy stay. The doggy area is huge and well manicured with bags and a receptacle. Towels were plentiful and the bed was comfortable, although the bedding needed to be upgraded. The room layout was efficient. Our room was a bit tired with a stained couch, torn night blinds and damaged chair. I imagine our room was not representative of the entire property. Low occupancy in the hospitality industry during COVID has likely deferred maintenence for many properties.

The housekeeping department boss named Nancy doesn't check rooms like a boss is supposed too. When she hires people she doesn't train them she makes other trainees train the new ones. I DON'T KNOW WAT SHE SAID OR HOW SHE LIED HER WAY OUT OF IT BUT SHE SOLD A HALF A POUND OF WEED AT THE JOB IN ROOM 417... I HAVE A WITNESS AND THEY FIRED ME FOR SPEAKING THE TRUTH... I WAS A FAITHFUL WORKER FOR THIS HOTEL , NEVER CALLLED IN UNLESS IT WAS REALLY NECESSARY, I WAS ALWAYS ON TIME.. BUT SCHULTE COMPANY WANA KEEP LIARS WHO GET AWAY WITH SELLING WEED AT THE JOB.... SO IF ANY ONE NEEDS WEED ASK THE HEAD BOSS NANCY AT RESIDENTS INN AT 13TH & GREENWICH... . HAVE A GREAT DAY...... NO ONE WANTED TO HEAR MY SIDE OF THE STORY

Great place for a long-term stay, Darren Turner (Associate General Manager) is very helpful. Shuttle Service is available and on time. Enjoy my interaction with the staff and looking forward to future interaction.

All I can say, is the management, the staff, the accommodations, the atmosphere, the rooms, and everything are immaculate and spectacular! I would highly recommend this is a must stay place in Wichita!

This hotel needs an upgrade it has smelly elevators and the room carpet is very sticky. The pool area is decent and the gas grills are good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Stayed one night as I was passing through Wichita, KS. This hotel is an easy 4-5 minutes from US-400. Plenty of parking. Quick and friendly check-in. Room was nice, clean, and without odor. Breakfast in the morning was good and plenty of choices. Plenty of parking too. A few restaurants within walking distance.

Um...yikes! Booked online...checked in late and realized the next morning in daylight that we were staying in a filthy room. Previous guests hair in drawers, on bathroom floor in shower. Ground in grime on handles and other surfaces. Surprisingly the carpet was clean. PM staff was nice. AM staff that I understandingly addressed the fact that I know staffing is difficult right now and explained my issue with the room and the outrageous amount ($200) that I paid them for a filthy room...they quickly blew me off and said they would make a note of it. A partial refund or even an actual apology would have been sufficient. They charge $5 for parking. Normal parking lot...not sure how they justify charging for parking. Their photos on their website/google listing are WAY off. Have a look at my photos and get a realistic vision of your future stay....

If you are a seasoned traveler with Marriott this one will be sub-par staying. Rooms are very spacious and need a renovation. Bed needed new mattress. Come on Marriott good mattress is a must! I stay at other residence Inns way nicer. I used my bonvoy points for this room so was not given any compensation. Gave front desk list of 4 items room needed work on.

Besides a few cosmetics, overall a very welcoming atmosphere. Richard in the kitchen and the ladies in the lobby whoop the entire hotel. Thank you for that. The mattress had seen better days, a few cleaning issues and voilá the hotel would get one more star 🌟.

Staff was great. Especially the young lady at the front desk in the evening and Richard. He is a really good guy and puts out excellent eats. Room was clean. The only downside was a lot of noise. Very thin walls. Otherwise I would have given 5stars. I stayed 4 nights M-Th

Friendly staff. Rooms are a decent enough size. Stove only has 2 burners and no oven, sink is a bit small, but there is a dishwasher. Couch has a pullout bed, so it's not super comfortable, but is still acceptable. The bed is very comfortable, no complaints. I would say, if you'll be staying for several months like me, bring/buy some nicer cookware. Nice pan and tupperware with cooking utensils should be enough. What they provide isn't the best. Will stay again.

Rooms with kitchenettes are pretty decent for extended stays. Not sure if Covid is playing a role, but bed linens are only scheduled to be changed once a week. They'll skip that service if you're in the room at service time and you'll wait another week to get linens. Trash and towels are refreshed every 2 days, but toiletry refresh had to be requested. Very pleasant and helpful staff and one of the better morning breakfast offerings I have encountered at a Marriott. The breakfast host/dude is awesome! Slightly better room refresh service would earn that 5th star from me.

Wayyyyyyy different than the one in Kansas City. This room have scraped boards, very outdated kitchen area, and a funky smell.

GM Darren Nearhood likes to cuss people out and after cussing about 6 times i politely advised he didnt need to cuss and he proceeded to use his title as an excuse stating "I am the GM of Marriott you better respect me" also sits on facebook all day instead of actually working...

This Residence Inn is fairly mediocre. Our room, 312, was just plain dirty. The windows were so dirty I had to write “Clean me” in the dirt. We had to wipe off all of the furniture with disinfecting cloths so we could set things on them. The mattress was old and worn out, just like the old mattress at your Grandma’s house. It was cupped in the middle. The refrigerator door handle was so dirty you could scrape the dirt off with your finger nail. The carpeting on the threshold was frayed and peeling paint on the stained ceiling. The dirtiest hotel room I have been in since Covid. The staff was friendly however. Marriott corporate should sure come and inspect this property. It does seem to meet Marriott standards.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, as expected. Close to a number of dining options. Pet friendly which is a big plus with this trip. The bed was pretty comfortable and a good night of sleep. Good coffee was available first thing in the morning in the lobby after taking the puppy out too. Room could have used some minor maintenance. There's a paint splatter on the carpet from the last time they did a refresh/touch-up on the room. The shower had fantastic pressure but the drain couldn't keep up with the water flow and had water pooled in the tub by the end of the shower. Good value for the night and overall a good stay. Would come back during a future trip.

$3.75 for a KitKat bar? No room service to speak of. Ridiculous! I recommend new management. Weeds, torn curtains, dirty!

I am leaving a one (1) star, because I am forced to leave a star. I have been staying in hotels for the past 16 years on an average of 160-180 nights per year, 70% Marriott properties. This property by far has been the worse that I have stayed at! The staff is disrespectful and rude, management lacks any moral character and judgement with dealing with any customer concerns. Stay away from this property!

We spent 3 weeks here with our children and our 2 dogs. I wish I had sprung for the 2 bedroom units, but we were comfortable on the 1 bedroom. Kids enjoyed the pool almost daily, it was always clean with towels available. There is also a basketball court, BBQ grills, minigolf area. For the dogs, there is a huge well kept grassy area behind the Residence Inn, it's not fence but there is plenty of space to run. It also has a guest laundry room which is super convenient. Location couldn't be better, tons of dining options, pickleball courts, bowling alley, movie theatre all within walking distance. The team is amazing: Richard and Danielle were great to talk to in the morning, Rebecca, Elora, Christian, Damien (and apologies as I forgot the names of other amazing people we met while here) were always super warm, welcoming, and friendly. The property itself could use a refresh in the next year or two, but the amazing service more than makes up for it.
