Better off sleeping in your car a few miles away, or even getting a room on the infested side of Broadway. That motel is something from a scary movie, room had broken mirrors, missing dresser drawers, fiends all around. I didn’t stay, I went across the highway and cancelled the reservation, I thought it was a joke to charge me a $25 deposit

It is a perfect place to test your immune system. What dirty hotel, neither zombies will stay in this place

This hotel was nasty. Had to change rooms. My mom had to change rooms. The first room she was in toilet didn't work. There was a hole in the ceiling of shower. The bathroom ceiling appeared to have water damage. My first room, and elevator smelled like urine. The hallways smelled like cat and dogs. My youngest son refused to stay. Told is grandparents he was not accustomed to the situation. I will never stay or recommend this hotel.

Dont even know where to start. The room is okay. Service is awful. I had to ask everyday for a week just to get towels. Im paid for two weeks. After the first week they are trying to move me to a smaller room saying that they arent charging me the correct price for the room I am in. I have been accused of putting trash in the stairwell when my trash is clearly right outside my door waiting to get picked up by the housekeepers that are almost non existant. I even asked if I could use the vacuum myself and I would clean my own room and coulnt even provide that. I havent been able to get clean sheets and was told the beds do not come with blankets. Safety is another concern. There is always different types of people hanging out in the hallways, and music and parties all night. I am here with my spouse and two kids. If your looking for a clean safe quite family oriented place to stay with good service and employees who actually care I would advise staying elsewhere. Even off broadway would be better! As someone who previously worked housekeeping at another hotel I cannot even believe they find this service anywhere close to acceptable.

Rooms aren't bad and neither are the rates. Nice little smoke shop with lots of snacks and items you might need. If you're looking for a family oriented type place, I wouldn't recommend staying here. If you're looking for a cheaper place without a lot of expectations, this might be the place for you.

Scam artists. Just found out that they charged a group rate of 60 per room when any other person off the street is charged 45. They obviously upped the rate for our group to make an extra buck.

The room smelled of pets. The carpet was filthy. The bathroom ceiling tiles water soaked and on verge of collapsing. Only stay here if you're desperate.

Hallways and rooms smell like putrid death because there are a lot of weirdos in there smoking fentynol.Smells even worse than K2. Everytime I have stayed there my truck gets something stolen. Last time they couldn't find anything so they took my tag.People that degrade themselves by stealing from people in such pathetic and desperate ways are lost. Just lost. This place is full of lost people. It's a sad stinky place full of dope friends and those whose vocation it is to profit off of these people's sad miserable lives.

The staff here is very helpful. Very cool staff and there's even a smoke shop/store onsite for added convenience. Pets allowed.

Were do I start.... This is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. As soon as we entered we immediately smelt a gross lingering smell mixed with a cigarette smell. The signs on the front desk said many things that make me feel uncomfortable, Out of all the information on the posted paper that made me uncomfortable, this one made me the most worried about the place: - "we reserve the right to enter your room at any moment during your stay without warning." We waited almost 40 minutes before we even were helped as the guy behind the desk ran around seeing us multiple times and looking at us. Multiple customers during this time started to gather around us and it just got weirder from there as each person almost seemed to have a interesting personality. Some would talk to themselves and had very obvious needle injection marks on there arms. We finally after the 40 minutes of waiting got help from a staff member, he gave us a room, on the way to the room we saw bags of decomposed trash in the hallway, and even worse, our room already had people in it, so we returned to the front desk to talk to the staff member, but than we waited again for another 20 ish minutes. After waiting again we immediately told them we wanted a refund. I 100% would never stay here unless you are not scared of losing your life. This place deserves to be shut down.

The employess work with you and don't Hassell you for any little thing like the old owners did as long as your respectful they are respectful in return.

You can tell once upon a time this place was pretty high class. It is kind of a ghost of its past self. However if you need schedule I or II narcotics it is the place to go. Watch out for that human trafficking though

Me and my family stay here currently while we are seeking more permanent housing, and it's very nice there is a huge yard that my daughter loves to play in, and my dogs have plenty of yard space to run around in.

Room where terrible had to scrub tub down for a hour before I could even use it. And the toilet just as bad and the wall beside the toilet. You could say I spent my night a better part of two and half hours. Scrubbing the bathroom down.

This hotel was beautiful back in its day. 2022 has it in repair mode, while continuing to try to do business. The rooms are mostly adequate as is the service, not great, not completely adequate. The location seserves no stars at all. It is DANGEROUS as there are several low budget hotels (including this one) in the crime riddled area. If you can go more upscale with your stay I would encourage you to do so.

Paid for 2 days decided to pay for two more got to knock on the door that woke us up saying we needed to leave because we needed to check out told them that we pay for two more days they got snotty their staff is very very snotty with their customers and they went ahead and kicked us out for no reason and then didn't want to refund our money even though we paid for another two nights after staying there for two nights I would not recommend staying here it's pretty much a dump and the staff is rude

Have you seen this man, Choke? Armed with a picture and a prayer, I searched high and low looking for my brother. Well, he's something like a brother. We shared so many good times together, and bad ones too. I'd be wrong as two left feet if I didn't go checking on him. Good news or bad news first? Good news is he wasn't at the Canterbury. Bad news, he was at the Deluxe. NOOOOO! To the batmobile, we have a soul to save!!

This is by far the best of Economy Hotels in the chain. The customer service is great. Sara is the biggest help someone could ask for, she's gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. K.J too has made our stay a pleasure. If your in Wichita and need a great place with great service to rest your head then go no further.

I got 2 beds instead if a king. Mattress worn. Holes and stains on the bedding. No toilet paper or shower products. Doors all throughout the building to enter and exit were broken to where you can go out but no handle to reenter or the key cards on them wouldn't work having to walk allll the way to the front in the cold. Very dirty blood and boogers on the wall hair stuck in wall you just get a really bad feeling. Glad I have my dog here to watch my back while I sleep

The manager roger is a good hearted man and he's doing his best to make place look nice and feel safe and cane is always polite and has a smile on his face good people good service

The staff is kinda rude but I get the impression it's a family feel. When I asked about suites & explained I was looking for a get away place for 1 weekend a month they told me to rent the place for a week 1st to see if we liked one another. It is a wicked cool building with huge potential but it's not a safe environment & I certainly wouldn't ever bring my kids here. I'd also not leave anything in my car. It's too bad it doesn't have an owner to dump the money in it that she deserves.

Had to move rooms three times to get it right put in for two beds and he put us in a one when we asked to change the next room we couldnt even get the door open went to tell him and once again he changed rooms! Got into the room and no toilet paper the tv didnt work all that great, small beds, fire alarm system was missing, and when we got there couldnt find our reservation! NEEDS ALOT OF WORK! Won't be staying again

Love this place and the property is finish with its construction so it looks great. They charge a deposit now because of theft now. The lamp in our room was broke asked for a new one couldn't get it. Half the room was dark so my fiancé fixed it for us 😉😘. Thanks baby! Canterbury👎🏽

Horrible. Would have been better if I slept i my car. Curtains and blankets and towels look stained. Weird people knocking on my door at multiple occasions. No working heat. Stained carpets. Falling down and warped ceiling tiles. Didnt actually have te He room I requested available. When you walking into the lobby ot smells like smoke. Saw some room numbers written on the door. I only wanted to stay one night but I was ready to leave before 6am came cause this place is so gross. Just needed a bed and a shower but I want nothing to do with this place. I can at least be warm in my car. Had the heat turned up to 85 and it blew nothing but cool air. Make sure you read the reviews first. This place is horrible and unsafe especially if you are a woman traveling alone. Im sure I will have to burn my clothes and take 3 showers once I get home.
