This place was a disaster, rooms were filthy! cigarette burnt holes in blankets even in the shower floor, it was pretty much crack heads that stay there, so worried about my car getting stolen or broken into! Couldn't sleep because of thinking someone would, so needless to say not worth the price, as they say you get what you pay for right, but believe me never again!!

DISGUSTING. The people in the front office made it a huge hassle to even get a room and charged extra. Paint everywhere on the floors, the walls have stuff dripping. They don’t even bother to clean the floors. And not to mention THERES BUGS LIVING BEHIND THE MIRROR IN THE BATHROOM. I tried to kill a mini cockroach and it went behind the mirror, more came out just absolutely disgusting. Not worth any amount of money, they should pay you to stay here. It’s better to stay in your car.

The man at the desk tried to charge us for two extra nights, two beds when we reserved one, and gave us a smoking room even when we requested non-smoking. There was cigarette burns and stains all over the bedding, stuff oozing and dripping down the walls, and it was seriously unclean. WARNING DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! I’m not an extremely needy person but this was disappointing and gross.

Stayed here while on our tour. Room was over priced, unclean, the beds were worn out and smelled of pee. Totally convinced we would get bed bugs but after inspection it seemed clear. I'd still be weary of staying here. complained for new blankets as they were stained and had crusty substance on it. They wanted to charge extra for our dogs at a pet friendly motel, after refusing to pay for pets they gave us a downgraded smoking room for the same price. They may have some rooms that are rodeled but they refuse to let you and your small companion into them. Will be staying somewhere else next time we play a show, will also be contacting corporate and see if they can step in and save this place.

I wish we looked @ the reviews and drove around the motel before getting a room for 2 nights. We were visiting from out of state & chose Motel 6 because the franchise is usually kept up well. There were people lurking around. Broken boarded up windows in units in the back and broke down cars in the parking area. I was constantly in fear of my car getting broke into. We noticed fresh hand prints smeared on the window and the screen pushed back like someone was trying to get in the room when we came back from an outing. The room wasn't cheap either $70 a night. Not worth it at all!

Dont stay here! Asked for towels never got..there is water under bathroom floor leaking up...and behind toilet...there are bugs. Waterbugs and roaches.. the guy said only smoking rooms were available if we wanna switch. Cant imagine how bad that room would smell if this one is no smoking and smells like it. Does...the guy said he would come and again he did not...guess I shoulda paid better attention to the reviews and picked somewhere else

I have never personally rented a room from here and somehow I ended up on the list of who not to rent to. I'd say about 5 years ago I had a room at the deluxe inn and someone stole my wallet apparently they got a room here under my name and ID and totally destroyed the room or so I was told by the office person when I tried to rent a room here a few weeks after this supposedly happened I asked to see the camera and they said they didn't have to show me that because they already knew it was me and said it was a girl with blonde hair who rented the room. Back then my hair was my natural color dark brown. I insisted on seeing the camera and they insisted they knew for sure it was me even though I had a room at the deluxe at the exact time this supposedly happened. How they expected me to be at 2 rooms at the same time when at that point I didn't even own a car so it was impossible to be in 2 places at one time. I've never been allowed to rent there since then. It's too bad too cause I'd give anything to have a room with a pool right about now.

If I could give this motel a 0 stars I would. The desk clerk was not very accommodating. The room was filthy with stains on the walls and gunk stuck the walls and floors. I was staying alone with my toddler Then the sprinkle on top was great big bedbugs the size of my pinky nail I should of taken photos but I was so grossed out. The clerk wouldn’t give me a refund and just moved me to a new room but that room was not any better so I just left. I would have been better off on South Broadway. The health department and corporate need to be involved with this place because of the unsanitary and unsatisfactory conditions they are making people pay for.

I love to stay here... Good clean. Safe place and cops are taking rounds to make sure that people are safe. I don't know why people put this type of review that there was cops and ambulance at night and all... But if you are staying in any motel and need emergency service you'll thing the animal service will come or an ambulance ...? Thing logically everyone. If someone needs help, There will be a medical team and cops. I m just sharing my review cozz these kind of people need to grow up. They are Behaving like 5 year old kids.

This stay was a wild ride. Rooms are disgusting with stains on the walls. Cops and ambulances came the night we stayed. People were watching vehicles. And there was a drug deal right in the parking lot right when we got there. The lock on our door that was attached to the wall and door had screws missing. The entire time it was terrible. We had to check out and get a different hotel.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Definitely the worst overnight experience I've ever had in Wichita. I don't have time or energy to go over everything wrong with this place. Hopefully if you need a room you read this first and go somewhere else

Motel 6 used to have a higher standard we came to expect. While this hotel was a step above the worst , it was only barely. Rooms are old but fairly clean. Nearly impossible to get any towels or incidentals. They do have a small laundry room and seasonal pool. It has become a home to what some may call "undesirables". We stayed there 2 weeks while waiting on a home. They do try to remain professional.

Management is fantastic…friendly and honest. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I work the weekend shift as an inspector at the airport. I stay three nights a week. I look forward to the warm welcome I receive every Thursday night. Highly revamped for a good clean ecinomical stay

The room and bathroom were CLEAN and COMFORTABLE. Service was great. I felt safe (I was by myself). I couldn't have been more pleased.

The hotel staff was incredibly nice. I had to extend and they were accommodating, even with my four-legged best friend. I had a non-smoking room, which I recommend. My room was cleaned and the little touches were noticed. I will say that the dog approved area for… releasing… was less than to be desired (stickers and rocks). Yet, I still highly recommend! The Easy Egg next door is also a solid bonus too.

Terrible place and people. Motel 6 is known for being pet friendly and not charging for pets. But for the 1st time in 5 years of traveling this place wanted to charge us a $50 deposit for the dogs. Upon walking around the building they had no pet signs everywhere. We decided we weren’t comfortable staying there and asked for a refund. The people and the motel didn’t meet the motel 6 standards or policies we were accustom to. We went to the Motel 6 on 8302 Kellogg Drive and received the friendly service we were use to.

Don't go there. Rooms are NOT renovated. They have a studio 6 and motel 6 but will not check you into a nicer room. Dead roaches smashed on walls. 2nd room NO cold water in shower?? Scalding hot unable to shower. Only refunded 20 percent??? Unfreaking real. Drove an hour to get there after driving 8 hours. Waste of time and money. Very disappointing. Won't return.

Location off the highway so you have traffic sounds from that plus the near by airport. To top the noise off you also have random alarms going off in the middle of the night. Set up reservation for the person to try and charge me more when I get there like they are trying to line their pockets then to top it off their rooms aren't even that nice lights not working to when you take a shower it floods the floor with water which is super annoying. Also apparently someone sold something out of the room I was in previously since I kept getting random knocks of people looking for a person to hook them up so I'd not recommend this place to anyone

Keys didn't work like three times we had to have front desk come and open the door for us. The sheet had cigar burn and THEY CHARGE FOR PETS. Would not recommend staying here at all. We stayed here because Motel 6 are meant to be free for pets and it was a couples miles from our destination.

I would give this place zero if I could. Reserved a king room. There were none available so had to get a room with two small beds. Don’t allow people to reserve rooms if there are none available. I’m bigger and cannot share a tiny bed with my boyfriend. 🙄 First room they gave us was dirty. Not cleaned. Trash, beds slept in. The whole nine. Men standing outside all over the place. Pay a little more and stay at the red roof.

Under new management, great customer service, clean rooms, there remolding, great security, they are working on keeping the place safe and doing a great job.

The 1st room we checked in, the door knob broken, the AC temperature control can only go up and not down. The 2nd room we switched into, the water pressure is low The 3rd room we switched into, there is no heat water. The motel manager over charged us for the 2nd night we stayed here. Below review are correct, the room is not clean and there is cigarette burning on the sheet. The room is extremely dry. Hotel stuff is rude.

These new owners have really turned this place around. The suites and kitchenettes are fabulous! No loitering allowed makes for a peaceful stay. A big thumbs up!

After I cleaned the room, I felt better. Checking in was great, the man that helped me, I think his name was Peter, he was awesome!

This place is not worth it. The rooms are outdated and nasty. Cigarette burns on the sheets and blankets, very little water pressure in the shower, heater barely worked. A LOT of very interesting people around here, not up to anything good. Would not recommend if you want to feel safe. Front desk guy was nice enough but the second man who was a bit older was rude and seemed annoyed by the fact our heater wouldn't work. It was freezing outside so a heater was a necessity. Never staying here again.

I had a reservation for a king room for my daughter's graduation 5/28/2022 when I checked in to room 222 room was filthy had not been cleaned at all the bed was not made up bathroom still had dirty towels on the floor, the staff then put me in a double room 119 where there was roaches, trash on the floor and I woke up at 3 in the morning to find bed bugs on my pillow and blood the comforter in one bed had stains everywhere out of I went and slept in the car because I am highly allergic to and now bites have been showing up on my body and I am now on steroids due to this breakout. Motel 6 this is unacceptable and I already have a n autoimmune disease this doesn't make it any better. Very poor housekeeping and COVID must not be taken seriously here.

This place is DISGUSTING. The front desk staff immidately asks for more money not included in reservation to upcharge the “room type” because they only have double beds now. They put me in a SMOKING room when I booked a NON SMOKING ROOM and told me there was nothing they could do and it wasn’t their problem. The front desk girl literally takes no accountability or action to help the situation with a “sorry not sorry” attitude and the owner is just as trashy and unprofessional. Please save your time and do not go here!! Rooms are filthy and reek of smoke

The first week I stayed here the room was decent. I came back the next day and got a different room and the heater doesn't work the water pressure is poor and I can smell mold in my room. So I had to get out of there and find a different motel that same night 🤢🤮🏃🏿‍♂️🏃🏿‍♂️ 👎🏿. FYI motel 6 this is what a clean work motel room looks like. Thanks Wingate motel good looking👍🏿.
