This place needs to be shut down. It was so gross I didn't even put my bag down, I had to put it back into my car, even though I was really worried that it might get stolen due to the people that room there by the hour. The Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, on one side of the room it looked like blood splatter, the room wasn't even ready when it was suppose to be, had a roach crawl on my friend & I😳 I couldn't be there any longer & before we even got to our room there was a couple of guys outside by the stairs leading up to the room asking my friend how much for your friend(TALKING ABOUT ME!!) I was APPALLED & DISGUSTED! Front desk did absolutely nothing! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE I WILL SLEEP UNDER A BRIDGE IF I HAVE TO!

Great place to stay.

I have a friend who is there to see his Grandma and she is in the hospital. It doesn't look good for her. Please, everyone say a prayer for her!! And the Regency is a nice place to stay.

Infested with roaches and the owners are well aware. They will make up reasons to kick you out(none of them legitimate) to keep your money so dont pay ahead! My friend, an old man, was bleeding severely from surgery and they made him sleep in a blood soaked bed with blood soaked sheets and blanket. Horrible. And nasty.

Very dirty and smelling place. They took my money without showing me the room first. Don't bother going there every thing is old and dirty.

This hotel used to be a place i would come hang with my friends when they stayed there and we would barbq and hang out but not anymore. The new security guy has literally walked up and asked me what i was doing while i was knocking on my friend's door... I mean seriously? I have never caused any problems here or anywhere else for that matter. Anytime a car is in the parking lot he doesnt know he starts pacing its beyond rediculous.

The hotel was really quiet. There were no bed bugs or anything like you would expect from a location so cheap. The management does breakfast in the morning so that was cool. Had no problems here.

I've been at the Regency for over a week now & haven't seen 1 roach. There aren't roaches OR bedbugs. The management staff are great, & they've even helped me with problem solving.

It's not that bad;the toilet was clean,the tub, bed was comfy. I especially liked the housekeeping. They made sure I had a nice made bed when I got back from my day. I also think the front clerk was nice but she accidentally gave me a discount then took it back, it wouldn't hurt for her to of left the discount.

I've stayed in a lot of ruff places but I wouldn't stay at this place.

I wouldn't even give it one star. Paid $65 and then cashier said they had no key for the room. No ice bucket. Sign said they served breakfast but in the more there was nothing. Dilapidated and dirty.

I've stayed in worse, but I've stayed in better. They're use to druggies and low class clients. But the bed was comfortable, room was cheap, didn't see any bugs or have any loud clients on my floor.

Have rented a room before and it hadn't been cleaned. The place is sketchy at best and is visited by WPD on a regular basis. Would only rent from out of desperation

the most disgusting hotel that I have stayed to sleep in my life !! Ughh I totally regret it, by the way in the room that I stayed there was a shadow of a person head passing through the window inside my room ! And it wasn’t from the outside, they have thick curtains! And the shadow was black black ! So scary 😩 never again !!!

The employees are exceptional! However the vast majority of the tenants that stay there are all bums! People knocking at our door all throughout the night asking to bum cigarettes, asking if we sell or want to buy drugs etc etc... So the employees if rate 4 stars, but as far as the remaining categories.... Unfortunately....1 star!
