While the area has stores restaurants and whatever I need while I'm on the go.. the rooms need a few things to make it better. Customer service is good but the WiFi isn't up to par . There's a few things that need fixed ASAP in the bathroom but quiet here nevertheless. Spend a few dollars and it could flourish with income in this area. The house keeper isn't up to par. I cleaned my own room .

It was horrible. We got to our room and the floor was soaked and it smelled like mold. My sister slipped and fell on the floor and injured her back. We went to the office to change rooms and it took an hour to find them. We they finally got there the lady was very rude and wouldn’t give us a refund. They also never clean there sheets or comforters. I do not recommend coming here at all.

Beware!!! Shady motel and when owners know your gone they will go in your room! Twice when we left we know for sure they were in our room. Once they took our towels n sheets when we were gone n the other time they emptied the trash. Im glad i did not leave anything of value in there. I wish they would have informed us first.

Although this isn't a 5 star hotel they have clean, decent rooms. The housekeepers actually come around to every room as scheduled. And the owner/operators are really sweet & nice people. I'm not sure of their names but I found myself without a place to stay, and I did have a job, but I came and spoke to them about my situation and they allowed me to stay in a nice big room and said I could pay the weekly rate when I got paid-which was 2 weeks away- they did not have to do that for me but they did outta the goodness of their hearts. I'm glad they did because i literally had NO other options. A big BIG HEARTFELT THANK YOU to these beautiful people. 💖

The rooms are kinda big. The owner wont let cops in. Owner will work with you when getting a week or more if you dont have all the money he will let you pay rest in few days.

The owner is a pretty nice guy. He waves to the baby every time he sees him.

If I could give 0 stars I would indian lady rude and enter room without knocking harrases tenants . has bed bugs in room 208 would not recommend anyone stay here

Yes we've been here since June around the 6th and Victor and Kita have been very polite and Hospital and we like them a lot.

No roaches or bed bugs. Im a clean person anyways. So I make it comfortable for me. Besides the constant banging next doors. Its not that bad. Either turn up the tv or my music. I don't phuckk with nobody. Still the same hasn't been any changes.

Bed bugs and roaches in room 112, I came back home with bedbug bites all over my body and one bedbug comes in my backpack, horrible experience

With the economy as bad as it is and inflation killing off mom and pop places this is definitely a place to go if you dont want to spend a lot of money and dont mind complete and utterly appalling disregard for sanitation and cleanliness... From cockroaches to bed bugs you can find it all right there.. disclaimer... fortunately for the owners and management Ive been in way worse slums then this place so i have been known to stay here when money gets tight lol

This is the saddest hotel I have ever stayed in they got bed bugs infestation I as a man went to the front desk to approach the situation and he acted like there was no bugs in the room I took pictures of it just to try and show him and he didn't even want to see the pictures I feel like because me and my partner got bit I feel like there should be Justice any charged us the whole one night which we didn't even stay there so this cannot be right I feel like there should be a lawsuit or something against them because my woman got ate up really bad and acted like we was lying and charged us for not even 5 hours of staying there

Bed bugs room 212 213. When we tried to tell the owner he acted like we made it up and was mad at us for waking him up and was very rude about the situation. He needs to quit being rude a correct the problem.

Went to see a friend with kids exchange here its ok not great but lots of questionable people there....

It's good for a pinch if you need one real fast

Started staying here last June around the 6th and switched from the room to another and then to another and we've been here a total of almost a full year got to take care of that we're going to try to move into our house before June that's for sure but yes we call it home.. Just for the record we really do miss the Heritage Restaurant and Bar and Grill. Blake and I stayed here several times and we always enjoyed going over and having a meal at the Heritage Restaurant and at night time we would love going to karaoke and seeing friends at the bar. Just saying!

I love it at heritage inn..... My daughter and I have lived here for over year and neaver had any problems.. the best motel on Broadway.. weekly rates are cheep and the rooms are clean. No bugs , fleas. The managers have professional bug guy spray every month and the housekeeper spray every time she cleans room. Location is good and it's quite at night. If there is any problems managers are quick to handle it! We feel very safe at heritage inn...
