i have been attempting to contact somebody at the hotel with no luck. i've called the number online MULTIPLE times and i do not get a live person. it rings once, has major static and hangs up.. i'm needing someone to contact me fairly quickly, please & thank you!!

The people where super friendly and helpful The manager was so nice and friendly makes you feel welcome definitely will be back has cable TV, Ac,Cold and Hot Water and the room was clean and covers where not dirty.

The only reason this place gets a 2 star from me is because it was late at night, I just needed a spot to stay at for the night and she let me have a front room upon request. Other than that there were fake finger nails on the floor. The towels were dirty. Bed was so gross I put my car blanket on top to sleep on with my own pillow. Bathrooms in bad shape. Basically if it's last minute and you need a cheap room, sleep here.

Bad house keeping they don't clean rooms nor sheets or anything unless your leaving. I asked for new sheets and pillow cases because there was blood stains and they said they are not going to change it. My son spilled baby formula all on the floor they didn't want to give me a vacuum after we asked about 4times then 2 days later finally got the vacuum. And the stoves are there for looks but all busted up and broken glass and the microwaves in every other room was out. And i had no way to heat up food for me and my son. But if everything was good then id be happy but only thing good was the prices

Worse place in the city. They did not supply toilet paper, towels, or housekeeping. Charge high prices for a roach motel , never answer there phone, lock you out of your room during a snow storm. I can't find one good thing to say. RUN, DONT WALK, RUN AWAY FROM HERE!!!

They have bed bugs, was called a liar when was brought to their attention. The owner barged in my room at 830 in the morning over 5 dollars. Was high stepping the biggest roaches I've ever seen. Need to stay away from this place. It should not be in business. They don't know the meaning of respect or hospitality.

When you call they give a good price and then the owner will tell you differently at the office!.. this family is horrible the only good thing was they did keep the rooms cleans once a week! But it’s not worth it at the end!!!

It is a very decent place and great service and a great location fast food restaurants, bus transit, and also accessibility to the bypass,and service is really great they keep the rooms nice and clean plus they try to keep up with the rooms maintenance as best as they can.

This place is not exactly the classiest place in town but the owner checks you in without hassle or delay and the price is right. Not as bad as you might think.

Its not the best but the people are nice to me and tries to make sure i have whatever. Yes, the place needs work

Place is nasty but it's better then being in a homeless shelter and helps when your trying to your self a home to move in to

Ran down to the max didn't even want to lay on the bed it was sickening.

The woman working the front desk is a straight up liar and incredibly unhelpful, if you're trying to deliver food to this hotel. I had a Walmart delivery there, and I asked her if they had a certain room number, not knowing there was a backside. She said she did have that room number, and she asked me if I was staying there. I said no, I have a delivery, while holding 2 Walmart bags. She then says they don't have that room number. I spend the next 10 minutes looking around and trying to get in touch with the customer. I finally find the backsise and the room. Time is money. This hotel cost me money, and I didn't even stay there.

Great place to stop overnight if you just need a place to lie down and rest your head

Rooms are TERRIBLE. Seen several roaches and the owner was very rude about it!! POOR customer service

Worse place ever blood on the sheets blood on the wall of the shower and on toilet when asked if they could clean it they refused won’t refund your money run do not stay here they need to be sued and shut down

How can I report this to health services? cuz I have never stayed in a place this bad I wanna cry

Hateful staff that was very unprofessional & discourteous. Tried scamming me for more $$ even after I shown receipts of payment.

Fairly quiet-clean-very laxed on regulations so you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay
