We stayed at this hotel while my son was in Wesley Medical Center. Although it wasn’t the closest hotel, it was PERFECT!! Most comfortable beds I’ve ever had in the many hotels I’ve stayed. Clean!! And recently all renovated inside. Great service, friendly and accommodating staff. Close to getting on interstate and easy access into Wichita. Secluded, so extremely quiet. Outdoor pool! I love the vanity outside the bathroom (toilet and shower). Lots of storage space for clothing. Keurig!! ☕️ Tasty breakfast! Owners and managers are phenomenal people! We will be back!!!!

The place is under renovations. There were boxes everywhere and the rooms were dirty. The pool and hot tub are closed. Breakfast didn't offer much. The TV in the room didn't even work. The outside also had stuff everywhere. The bed looked clean and was ok. The staff were really nice.

This was to be an overnight stay during a couple's road trip. I'm rating this hotel poorly because of the trouble I had trying to contact the property directly to get some questions answered that were not addressed on the poorly maintained website. Upon calling the hotel directly during its local business hours, I was hung up on twice. This is not normal procedure for IHG properties. Without the information I was looking for, it would be impossible to book my stay. I called IHG and waited through three foreign language speakers before I got someone in the Philippines who spoke passable English. As a side note, when a corporation sends its customer service department offshore, it is a LOUD comment about what they think of their customers. The IHG representative was also not make to make direct contact with the hotel, which says something even more negative. I did learn from some reviews that most of the guests were inconvenienced by serious reconstruction and remodeling issues: going through 2 rooms before one was found to be acceptable, having no TV service and the pool being closed, and construction debris all over the hallways providing an accident-prone condition. The finished rooms were pleasant, but the older ones were substandard. The remodeling will not be finished until well after Labor Day. If you are planning to stay here, be forewarned.

No complaints. On par with the HIx brand. Very welcoming check in. Common areas were pretty clean. Room was clean-ish. Facility has been remodeled but you can tell it has old bones. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Location is good with plenty of restaurants nearby and a good stay after events at Hartman arena.

Room is great, welcome fresh fragrance, neat and tidy room. Check in was so smooth, front associated welcoming was good. I stayed a over week here, room service was good, the breakfast hit me hard, on first day morning there was 6 Hot Breakfast items are offered for 3 days, suddenly on 4th day morning they have only 4 items are offered, it continued till my checkout, initial i thought they were out of stock, later i released they limited that one, on weekends breakfast was so good, items are re-filled frequently 3-4 minutes wait time, but on weekday, it's worse, i waited for 30 minutes for hot breakfast refill. the lady is having conversations with front desk associate on weekday, she is not even caring about the breakfast, she never cleaned any tables, guest itself are cleaning and seating. I will give 3 star for breakfast weekend, on weekdays it's worse. Breakfast doesn't have shoes, roaming with bare foot. I wish or many other guest feels need more varieties on hot breakfast.

We booked our rooms in April, there wasn't Any mention of a remodeling or renovation taking place this summer. Our room was the Only usable room on our wing. Contractors fail to vacuum and pick up their debris daily, the owners should insist that this be done. We were gone during the day so the construction noise wasn't a factor. I believe one floor was near completion with a total reno done by the Holidays. New colors, tones and furniture will look nice. The breakfast offered could use improvement. Continental Plus, with biscuits and gravy. Biscuits were heat and serve, which means hard but will soften in the microwave. Gravy was a instant mix, ours was dried up. Won't take much to improve after the renovation. It was in the upper 90s, close to 100 during our stay. Would've been nice to use the pool, apparently it's Closed during the renovation. Our room was clean, a little dated and the room cleaners did a great job. All in all, wasn't horribly bad, probably a 4 star after the reno is completed. Attention Management, disclose this information when booking, adjust prices to match current conditions, clean the place up a little daily

Just got to my room, not feeling real safe. Also has about 10 channels to choose from. Room is clean and bed comfy.

Couldn’t get the TV to work. The alternate exits were not accessible from the outside where the parking is. Gym was out of service. Otherwise it was fine for 1 night.

This place is great! Was in town for high school trap shooting. Upon arrival, reservation I made 1 month ago was wrong leaving us with not enough beds. Clerk quickly figured out a recommend. Only complaint really is location...off to one side is a wooded area and it just feels like you got dumped on a dead end road Would definitely recomend.

The manager who assisted me was amazing. From the time we checked in until we checked out. So accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel the rooms were wonderful and comfy. Swimming pool was great for the kids and the breakfast was tasty.

Overall had a great experience. They are in the middle of remodeling the inn into a “Holiday Inn Express,” but still with them remodeling the hotel they have provided all services possible. Would highly recommend!

Stayed at hotel one night using Rewards Points. Hotel charged $34.05 to Credit Card with no explanation. Contacted hotel multiple times to correct. Contacted IHG multiple times to resolve. IHG phone representative stated the hotel has not responded to their requests. Do not recommend staying at a hotel with this level of service.

Rooms were good. Clean and functional. The entry floor and the lobby was under renovation, just a table with a computer and all wiring. Took a long time to get checked in. Complimentary Breakfast was just some snack packets in a small snack bar. Not what we expected.

There were no trash cans in the room, there was no working tv, and there was no phone to even call the front desk. I realize that they are remodeling but it the room is not ready don’t rent it out.

The room was very nice & the staff great but the hotel in under construction and has limited amenities. Pool closed, no hangers in the closet, no WIFII, limited breakfast and seating, no business center (being used for storage), no laundry and limited parking.

Really run down. Room wasn't good at all Toenails behind the dresser. Rips in carpet. At least the ac will freeze you out. I think they may be doing some remodeling because of all the stuff in the parking lot but my room was old, run down and dirty.

Got here and had to be switched to two different rooms. The TV's not hooked up and it doesn't work. The pool that they advertise is not open. No ironing board. At least the AC seems to be working inside the room so far.

It is very hard to rate this hotel right now as it is under construction. We were very disappointed we were not made aware of this when booking our stay. Although signs of construction are every where and the pool is closed, the rooms themselves are very nice. We were placed in a renovated room on the third floor but the brand new TV had not been set up and neither us nor the staff could accomplish it. So we were moved to an older room, one of only about 4 not under construction on the 2nd floor. It was nice as well, just dated compared to the renovated room. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I believe the Park City Inn will be wonderful when it is finished but right now just beware of the renovation situation.

This stay was for a business trip staff is very friendly and tried to be helpful however stayed 3 nights and still no hot water for a shower. Was Luke warm at best. Was told they are down to one water heater however the part was there they were waiting to get the part installed . Toilet runs constantly if you don't "jiggle" the handle after it fills up. The "pantry" was pretty much bare the entire stay. There was also the incessant beeping of a dead battery backup battery coming from the phone room on the first floor you can hear while you're waiting on the elevator However the breakfast was good check in was easy and again the staff was great just apparently some upper management issues
