Had house fire and little money. Only place I could afford. Stayed a month. Never been in such horrible conditions in my life. Bed bugs in every room. Tile fell off wall next to toilet and you could clearly see a couple syringes in hole behind tile. Sherrie on housekeeping staff and Will on maintenance stole jewelry, ps3, clothes and more out of my room. Informed owner after person in next room let me know. They did nothing about the theft, and employees still work there. I asked to be refunded some of my money due to bed bugs, having to constantly change rooms, and all my stolen property. I filed a police report, but none of the items ever turned up.

I stayed there for four months. My work shorted me $140. I told the owner and showed them proof that I would pay for both weeks (that week and next week) the following week. He said ok. The day before we agreed that I would pay for both weeks, he kicks me out saying I hadn't paid for two weeks. I remind him of our agreement and show him on a calendar that it had only been 6 days, and I was planning on paying him the next day. He still kicks me out asking what motel would let you pay 6 days late. I wanted to tell him that any motel that had a long term guest in the same situation would've, but it was quite obvious he didn't care. He also didn't care about cleaning the room, because in four months I was the only one who cleaned the room. It was so nasty that there were cockroaches everywhere. There was no heat or air. I really think the owner did me a favor, as being on the streets is both cleaner and warmer. Don't stay here. Their books are so messed up that they don't even remember what day they're supposed to be paid. I had to show them on more than one occasion that I had already paid. Also, if you ever do talk to the wife, be careful. She will extort you.

All I'm going to say is that even if this is your last resort good luck. Stopped here to talk to the owner about possibly doing some work on the place and within the 10 minutes I was trying to get ahold of the owners one of my toolboxes disappeared.

Honestly they should've been paying me to stay there for one it's so dusty I had a asthma attack not to mention bed bugs in the room we were in Sorry but just keeping it 💯💯💯

The room was pretty clean but the other customer rooms were disgusting.

I’m very saddened by what this establishment represents. As well as I have a son who is struggling with life and addiction is staying there.

I did not vist this motel ! There is a car lot next door, basically on the same property . You would only have to look at the place to know anyone who has "ANY"OTHER OPTIONS under a bridge ...

This place although not luxurious by any means is a pretty cool place. All the people here are very friendly and helpful. The rooms a very basic & only one bed to a room. They do come with a full sized fridge which is nice and also have a microwave. They dont do any of the extras like soap shampoo coffee & theres no laundry on site and no ice machine. But the room i stayed in is only $40 a night and they dont require a deposit. I guess i can bring my own soap at that price lol

This place is not for us. WARNING!!! The door looked like it was recently kicked in and barely able to be locked. There were stains on the bed and what look like poop on the bed! There was blood on the bed, pillows, and walls! There were knife marks on the table. Not sure it was a crime scene or not. If you’re looking for something decent, clean, and you want to feel safe I would pass on this one.

This is the most disgusting motel I’ve ever seen! Blood and human feces smeared on the bed! I didn’t stay there, I stayed the night in my car and got a room at the Scottsman Inn for the same exact price $275/week and the Scottsman Inn is waaay nicer.

It was a hell of an event. We arrived paid received the key and as walking toward room a person had a pit bull outside chained with the owner and the dog was viciously barking. It was odd because a sign posted read, "No pit bulls allowed". Hhhmmm. Our room was 2 doors from this pit bull which was not cool. As my husband inserted the key it jammed halfway and suddenly a male voice yelling which came from behind the door we were at, " The room is already taken". Wow how embarrassing. So we returned to the front desk and the couple communicated and gave us a key to another room. This was in the back area and wow the room was huge. Had a house sized fridge and a huge air conditioner. No remote for television due to last renter taking it. The room was a perfect chill which was impressive due to the size of the place. The price was the same as the little room they tried to give us. Big difference.

Some of the rooms are nice and some are just scary. Good for if you need a room in a pinch but there are so many less then desirable people that hang around, you can find better

This place I wouldn't stay at unless it was the last place there was for me to have to go and stay. This place has bugs and nasty and random people walking up to your car at all hours of the day and night. I had a friend that stayed there and they had them in a room that had no heater and didn't get it fixed till after they had been there for 2 weeks.

I was down on my luck and they helped me get back on my feet can't say enough good about them lived there for 6 months

I'm personally giving this 3 stars, mostly because I haven't been robbed or mugged at the deluxe so far(knock on wood). Can't say this for anyone else I know who's been there.

Sketchy clients and owners. Clean ups happen when the city cites the business...a few weeks later the same clients return

Several windows were broken there was no hot water or functional air conditioning

Great staff and owners are very accommodating to every need that arises
