NO ONE CARES!! I ordered a Cobb salad through DoorDash. I am staying at a hotel. I drove all day and have a large trailer so going to a restaurant is not easy. When my order was delivered It did not have salad dressing. I reviewed what I ordered and it was clearly on the order. I contacted DoorDash. They told me they are not responsible. Contacted Chic-fil-a they said the same thing. I am eating my salad dry. It’s not satisfying. I have always enjoyed Chic-fil-a. Their web site says delivery PARTNERS. Obviously they are not in a partnership since neither one takes responsibility. I am not happy with DoorDash but I understand their policy since they receive a sealed bag.

My service is always great; except for this one Manager that is always rude, never smiles, and is snippy with Blonde hair. She has made me not want to go back there anymore, but I have realized that she is only there a few mornings. So, when I see her I turn around and leave. I rather not interact with her. Everyone else is a joy! There is this one young man that has learned to say my name (correctly) and speaks to me every time I come in! I find that to be outstanding that he went out of his way to learn to pronounce my name! 😁

the food isn’t as fresh anymore, I though it was a 1 time thing but this is my second time ordering this week and it’s still not fresh and tastes kinda weird like I could taste the chicken and it tasted raw ish. I still recommend downloading the chick fil a rewards app!. it gives u alottt of free stuff and rewards from time to time usually like today I got a free cookie for no reason.

The service was great. The food was blah. The waffle fries were under cooked. The chicken deluxe sandwich was underwhelming. The macaroni and cheese was ok. The strawberry shake was better than some I've had. However, it was not as good as others I've had. I would rather not eat there again. It's not worth the price.

I love everything about this place but the drive-thru. Routinely one lane will move much faster than the other. Tonight the car that pulled in behind me went to the other lane and had exited with their food while there were still two cars ahead of me waiting to even place an order. Imagine pulling up to McDonald's and being told to wait while they processed the 12 cars that pulled in behind you, its infuriating. I timed it and it ended up being 9 extra minutes of waiting which is basically an eternity in drive-thru time. You can't tell me that the manager sitting with the cash between the lanes is incapable of recognizing a 3 to 1 efficiency difference between his cashiers. I wish you guys would come up with a better system, this is the singular reason why I don't look forward to coming to your establishment. If you have a slow cashier, give him some back up, don't make people suffer through it.....

Reviewing this store as a delivery driver, but I’m sure that means good things about the food as well. I have seen this store being absolutely hammered with orders on a Friday lunch shift, and their capable staff still churn out orders efficiently and accurately with a smile. As someone who has worked in a lot of restaurants and sees a lot of them everyday, I was blown away. Your managers and employees deserve a raise- keep up the great work!

First time here. I got the number seven, which is the grill chicken with a multi grain bun. It has back on and Colby Jack cheese. People say that this is the best place, but idk. I will have to try something different next time. And they don't have onions... anywhere there. I need some crunch or some other texture. Worth trying once more. Update: 06/15/2020 review: My husband has been a Chick-fil-Fan for years. He convinced me to get Chick-fil-A for breakfast this morning. He used his app and we went before he was to be at work, on my off day. We got there and parked, nothing happened. We waited and finally some manager greeted us and let us know that his screens were down. So he took a pic of our order on my husband's phone. We waited...and waited and watched the drive thru go through three full rotations. The manager brought the food out, gave some sad story and said "sorry." My husband was running late and I'm not impressed with the service. The breakfast was good, but not even hot. It's like we got leftovers that took longer than everyone else's freshly placed orders. The bag was small and at this point that was frustrating...I was trying to verify our order, but could not see the hashbrowns. Being new to the packaging the manager said that he "tried his best" to get all of our order. Oh well...

My daughter recently picked up lunch for her, 3 other co-workers and myself. Nothing crazy, chicken sandwich meals, nuggets and mac and cheese. This locations customer service in the past has always been top notch. Unfortunately that wasn't the case this time. With a total of 4 orders it can get a little tricky, we understand that, mistakes happen. One of our spicy chicken sandwiches didn't make it into the bag. No big deal, this has happened in the past and it's always remedied with a quick phone call. This time the person that spoke to my daughter implied that my daughter was lying, there was no way they forgot a sandwich. I paid for the lunch, my daughter had no reason to worry about a missing sandwich as it was mine. She called simply to get a coupon mailed to cover the cost we paid for an item we didn't receive. What would bring this person to make an 18 year old girl feel uncomfortable because you accuse them of lying is terrible. I have the receipt, I paid for an item we didn't receive. That's not the point of this review. Accusing a young woman of lying to cover your own mistake is terrible.

Stopped in for my kiddo a kids meal and left with him a chicken sandwich and me a kale salad that was absolutely delicious. Who knew kale could actually taste good. Best salad I've ever had.

Highly overrated it was my second time at this location and both times we didn't even eat our food. My ten-year-old and my 17 yr old both threw their food in the trash. The service was amazing though I can't lie. We are inside the restaurant the second time the trash cans were overflowing and gross. The fries were cold chicken sandwich was meh 😕 not something to go crazy over like most people do

Not as good as it once was. Order 6645 under Andi, my sandwich was barley warm, fries too, nuggets were fresh. We had to go back to the counter because we didn't receive our peppermint milkshake. Other than that, just an ok experience

Love the food here! The line was a bit frustrating as there were two people taking orders on one line and only one on the other so we waited twice as long and then had to wait for some kind of mix up in front and then some of our order didn't get in so we had to wait again. I do think that if everything would have been set the same in both lines, it would have ran smoother and been a better experience.

My son and I stopped for lunch on 2/21/2023. The staff was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. We enjoyed a great meal and my son remarked on how clean the restaurant was. Our server, Grace, was super friendly and very polite. Thank you all for the great visit and exceptional food. We will be back.

It's FIRE I love the breakfast biscuits 🤤 n hash browns, and the spicy chicken sandwich w/ waffle fries ... crushed ice dr.P and believe it or not the lines long but your not left waiting so long you notice it. And the best part was their newest member I believe it was Jovia she was an absolute joy to speak with smile, eye contact friendly and had our order taken and moving right through the line and just watch she'll be running the staff before long if she chooses to. Good job everyone. 🏆

Consistency...this place has it. Quick, friendly, clean, and the food is always the same. I know I'll get through quickly, even if they are slammed. The food is always fantastic as well. I always know what kind of experience I'll have at Chick-fil-A, which makes me come back...!

This place excels at ignoring it's customers. The employees were even told that they had a person at front counter, and I was ignored. Great food, but horrible service. Sadly, not the first time I've been ignored at the front counter here. Then I get a representative that tells me that I can't listen to my YouTube video. Where has the customer service gone?

Quick and everyone was friendly. I love they have someone walking around to make you feel welcome and pass out mints. It's great because it's one of the few places that still have a play place for the kids too!

Had a long line but didn't take much time at all to get to the front and place our order. Very nice smiles & good customer service! Also the food was great!

I go here a lot with my kids, I never felt rushed out of a place as I did this time. The staff rearranging the tables ( party if 6, put two tables together)as I was sitting there, giving my kids a few minutes to play in the play area. I took the flower vases off the tables because my kids could break the vases or harm the flowers , he brought them back to the table as my kids were eating. I understand that standards need to be kept, but I was quite taken back. I thought his standards were more important than us eating without worrying about the flower vases. I will still go there, but next time I will put the vases underneath me. The place is normally very family friendly.

I had the deluxe chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a coke. It was very delicious! Great service. Always gets my order correct! 😁👍

Business itself is great for a fast food service, same goes for food, the new chicken pepper pimento sandwich was a bit of a letdown though. Portion price is still a bit high as always but a much better alternative to other fast food restaurants.

Worst Chick-fil-A location ever. Although Chick-fil-A is known as their staff being accurate and very nice, the staff always gets my order wrong even though I only order one combo and they didn't seem to care. How do you forget a whole sandwich but not the drink and side? The food does not come out hot as well. Also got charged twice in the long waiting drive thru and had to call customer service to fix it.

Per usual, the line for the drive thru was longer than my patience, but I saw a spot in the parking lot and went inside. Pretty happening spot, must have been four different family reunions and three different youth bible studies going on in that place. Line inside was just right, and service was fast and friendly. Food was good, but I didn't think the waffle fries were as good as the hype. I'm a big crispy fry guy, and these were only slightly crispy. On the International Jenkins Crispiness Scale, these were a 6/10.

The line can be deceptively long either inside or the drive through and they manage to get through very quickly. The food is always fresh. The only disappointment is Chick-Fil-A has yet to attempt a vegan option. At least their fries are vegan.

Absolutely love the service here. Ordering is fast and easy. They've never forgotten anything I've ordered. Food is always hot and delicious. 👍

Don't you just love it. I swear and it may seam unholy here that they are adding addictive stuff to that chicken but I know better the lines are long but they cracked pun intended the speed of service code. And still.great chicken well worth the higher than average prices. Good locale good service good food.

The staff is always helpful and friendly but I almost never go there due to just how busy it is. They do a pretty good job of getting through the sheer amount of customers though relative to just how many there are.

The team at Chick-fil-A handled thier business with excellence. Do you see the distance on this drive through? I made it through the line in 8 minutes. When I arrived at the window, I was greeted with a smile and my food. This is why I love this place. Service excellence ✨️ changes the game in the fast food industry. I went here and it was GREAT! I would give it more if I could!!!! Nuggets are flavorful enough on their own, but the sauce is so good. It compliments the salt of the fries which are BOMB and the nuggets! Chicken sandwiches are so good as well! The lemonade is great, sweet tea is spot on, and for a -not-so-bad price!!

I am only giving four stars because it was 104 degrees, and they had their employees standing outside to take orders instead of using the speaker system when there were only two or three cars. Putting people's health at risk to possibly save a customer a minute is inconsiderate to the employees. If the customers are in that much of a hurry, their priorities are askew. The food was great.

Delicious food and excellent service! Anna was super polite at the register, Grace delivered the food to our table with a smile, and Mason checked in on us to make sure we didn't need anything else. Always a great Chick-fil-A to visit.

Staff seemed very nice. However, fries were burned and my chicken nuggets were dry. Definitely not the best Chic-Fli-A I’ve had before.

Service was very organized and polite. Food was hot and good. Had the chicken nuggets and chicken strips with fruit cup and waffle fries. Would definitely eat here again. We were here at 10:30 am and the place was pretty busy but they moved you through fairly fast.

This CFA used to be great, but sometime around 2021 their service and quality took a nosedive. Every single time without fail they forget items in the drive thru. I don’t leave the line anymore until I’ve checked my bag. One time I even drove all the way home just to find my chicken sandwich didn’t even have a chicken patty… which is pathetic! Just went through the drive thru for breakfast and paid via the app… the guy at the window gave me a hard time because he said I hadn’t paid yet! This is unacceptable. No other CFA locations have these issues in my experience. Won’t be returning again.

As always the customer service was amazing. We went on a night they were supporting our local school and they kept up with the volume of customers fabulously. Thank you for your card work!

My family and I celebrated our little boy's 3rd birthday. My wife put an order in before arriving and we were able to just sit down and scan our phone. A few minutes later, they brought our food to our table. It was slick! While we were eating, a kind waitress, Shirley, stopped a talked with our family and made the outing a special one. Super impressed with the service we received that day and the appropriate use of technology to make things that much easier for our little family. :)

This is a great fast food place. There are only 2 in Wichita which makes business booming. Therefore at peak times it gets busy and may take some time. But everyone is friendly, orders are accurate, and the food quality is reliably good.
