My
daughter
recently
picked
up
lunch
for
her,

other
co-workers
and
myself.
Nothing
crazy,
chicken
sandwich
meals,
nuggets
and
mac
and
cheese.
This
locations
customer
service
in
the
past
has
always
been
top
notch.
Unfortunately
that
wasn't
the
case
this
time.
With
a
total
of
4
orders
it
can
get
a
little
tricky,
we
understand
that,
mistakes
happen.
One
of
our
spicy
chicken
sandwiches
didn't
make
it
into
the
bag.
No
big
deal,
this
has
happened
in
the
past
and
it's
always
remedied
with
a
quick
phone
call.
This
time
the
person
that
spoke
to
my
daughter
implied
that
my
daughter
was
lying,
there
was
no
way
they
forgot
a
sandwich.
I
paid
for
the
lunch,
my
daughter
had
no
reason
to
worry
about
a
missing
sandwich
as
it
was
mine.
She
called
simply
to
get
a
coupon
mailed
to
cover
the
cost
we
paid
for
an
item
we
didn't
receive.
What
would
bring
this
person
to
make
an
18
year
old
girl
feel
uncomfortable
because
you
accuse
them
of
lying
is
terrible.
I
have
the
receipt,
I
paid
for
an
item
we
didn't
receive.
That's
not
the
point
of
this
review.
Accusing
a
young
woman
of
lying
to
cover
your
own
mistake
is
terrible.
