Standard issue hotel. The room was very clean though, which I appreciated. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The key card kept having issues and I had to go get it reset multiple times. Whenever I did, the desk staff gave me the impression that this was a pretty common issue... So i hope they look into getting that fixed. Otherwise, very nice stay.

When we got to the hotel, the room was nasty but we didn’t see any signs of bugs so we stayed. We didn’t want to deal with the hassle of finding another hotel. The next morning, we had breakfast which was also less than desirable. Later that day, we came back to the hotel and saw a huge group of people in the lobby. Nobody was working. None of our keycards worked any longer. Apparently, the staff who worked there got upset with the new owners (from what I understand) and everybody quit. For hours, there was not one person working at the hotel. We tried calling the Choice Hotels phone number and they were less than helpful. Nobody could reach the hotel. Nobody could reach the general manager. They told us there was absolutely nothing they could do. I couldn’t believe this since they’re such a large company. We called the police so that we could try to get in our room and they told us to call 911. I had to call 911 three times that day because of the incompetence of this company. Finally, after around 2 or 3 hours of waiting with no employees around, someone finally arrived and we were able to get into our room. We wanted to leave the hotel and not stay another night because of all this and the gentleman said we were not able to cancel our stay for that evening. We were leaving and we would deal with that later. This hotel was disgusting. The rooms were very dirty and smelled, the scrambled eggs at breakfast were somehow all crunchy, and the new owners don’t seem to have any idea about how to run the hotel. Rarely do I ever write a review. Stay away. Please stay away.

I liked that they have an indoor heated pool and that the breakfast was good and that when I ate it wasn't too crowded. Also it was really good that as soon as I get there I had an interesting conversation with another guest and due to that I believe I might have met a friend for life. So overall the staff was more than helpful and it was very clean and not once did I feel that I wasn't welcome. Thanks for the good night sleep comfort inn and staff members.

They had a great free breakfast selection! Waffles, potatoes O'Brien, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, cold or hot cereal, scrambled eggs and other items. Not noisy. Friendly and helpful staff. The hot tub was closed, but the pool was clean and refreshing. You will need to get breakfast early to get some items. The room was very clean.

We tried to stay at this hotel for a youth sports tournament. After a teammate had to switch rooms twice because the first room smelled like cigarettes and the second room was covered in pet urine stains (including on the curtains), we switched to a new hotel. I did not spend one night there. We had booked through a youth sports travel agency and they assured us we would get our money back. This hotel refused to give me my money back, saying I stayed 2 nights when I didn't stay even 1. We had to go over their heads to corporate and it still took a month to get 2 nights back. I was never given my full credit. They are shady! Do NOT stay here.

Nice Place - forgot to take some photos but take my word, well worth the stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well laid out. Great water pressure and hot water was spot on. Breakfast was a little lacking if you were to ask me, but im not a big breakfast eater anyway. Parking Lot was well lit and easy to maneuver around. Normally not in this area but definitely a come back to place if I ever am.

Got this place because I wanted to relax in the hot tub and pool. When I got here they said the pool was not working but hot tub was so I said it was ok as long as the hot tub was working, not happy with this place because the hot tub was not working either and lied about it. So I'm going be a Karen tomorrow because if they wouldve let me know I would've canceled it in time, that's why I got this hotel for that reason!!🤬🤬

Pool was freezing cold, cloudy and the room air was so very humid and sticky. We adjusted the air with no luck. The bedding and towels all felt damp. Not sure why. Staff was very very nice. Breakfast was not very good. No eggs at all. Hard boiled no scrambled. Butter for pancakes were close to frozen. Biscuits were hockey pucks. Waffles were good. OJ was good

Very nice hotel with an indoor pool- friendly staff- my room was clean and spacious and I appreciated that they had a working luggage cart to be able to move my luggage to and from my room without having to make more than 1 trip! I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and appreciated that they had a bench outside to enjoy some fresh air! Thank you Comfort Inn East Staff for having me- You'll are much appreciated -

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Everything is just located far away from the hotel, depending on what you are doing. Nothing wrong with this hotel it's more for a family and the elderly. Not really for a group that is going out for a celebration and is coming back a little bit lit up. A very quiet hotel. Which wasn't really a good fit for that kind of stay.

Where to start, received a voicemail from Laurie that my departure on Wednesday 3/8 did not have a new reservation. I thought that's interesting my reservation isn't until Friday 3/10 so I better call and check what's going on. I called and somehow they had let a Mr. Ramirez or something like that check in but put him under my reservation and using my points on his room. Talked to Laurie, she didn't really have a clue but she told me to call back the next day and talk to Tony because Tony is the GM and can fix anything. Well guess what Tony is as clueless as Laurie and all Tony could tell me about my missing points and reservation that they gave to someone else was that I would need to contact Choice hotels wait on hold for 2 hours then get hung up on as soon as the call was answered. I don't have time to be spending my time on the phone over someone else's mistakes. I've been a platinum member for over 10 years and an overall choice hotels member since 2005. Treating your customers this way is not good for business.

Hot breakfast is a joke. Nothing to drink since coffee ran out and no one there to refill, juice was watered down, nothing else to drink. Worst breakfast at a hotel I have ever had! Lobby needs some updates, gross brown splatter on the wall and chairs in lobby very worn down.

Super CLEAN! Comfortable beds. Breakfast was really fresh, hot and tasty. Coffee in the lobby was bomb!

My family and I stayed here in October 2022 for the Chonda Pierce concert. The location was great- right off from the turn pike but was an easy drive to old town. Our room was nice and clean and the staff were very polite. Also good breakfast- pancakes, waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy with the rest of the regular stuff. It was nice! What I liked the most was that the pool was warm! Most hotels I've been to have freezing pools. So it was very nice to enjoy swimming with my kids the whole morning before we headed home. Thank you for the pleasant stay to add to our wonderful visit to Wichita! =)

The free breakfast was AMAZING! Well seasoned, warm and displayed. Graciela did a fantastic job on maintaining, cooking and cleaning the entire eating area!

Definitely not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, but bottom five of Choice brands and not very high overall, either. The lady who assisted us with check in was rather rude. Seemed to be displeased about people checking in. Room smelled funny the entire time we were there and didn’t feel clean. Had to constantly get our keycards reset too. It was comfortable enough but the attitude of the employee at the beginning really bothered me.

If I can give zero stars I would! We booked a regular room 1 month in advance, but was given a handicap room next to the pool! There was kids screaming in the pool closed even after it was closed, (they was allowed to stay swimming past closing) and than screaming once again as soon as the pool was opened! On top of that there was no Towels in the room! So much for a comfort Sleep should be called hotel from hell…

I was only there for a short overnight before I got on the road again. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast was not very appealing but the make your own waffle bar looked like fun. They had everything I needed and would visit again.

There was a misunderstanding when booking and Sharon H. (Area sales manager) Was great at getting it resolved. She is very quick to respond to all my questions. I’m already impressed with the amount of great customer service.

Nice peaceful place to spend the night. Enjoyed late checkout with the Choice App and preferred parking. Nice clean comfortable room. Upstairs neighbors we a little noisy but not bad. Would stay again.
