don't
usually
leave
reviews
for
places,
let
alone,
leaving
bad
reviews,
but
the
past
few
times
I
have
gone
to
this
Starbucks,
I've
had
different
issues
with
different
people.
My
most
recent
issues
were
from
last
Thursday
and
this
past
Saturday.
I
tried
redeeming
my
stars
for
a
Ham
and
Swiss
croissant
and
one
girl
tried
to
give
me
a
chocolate
croissant
and
when
I
told
her
I
wanted
a
specific
one,
she
(rudely)
said
"that's
a
hot
breakfast
item"
and
I
did
have
to
tell
her
that
the
app
said
it
was
a
Bakery
Item.
On
Saturday,
I
tried
getting
a
coffee
and
some
food
and
I
tried
reloading
my
Starbucks
card
with
a
gift
card
that
wasn't
from
Starbucks
and
the
girl
told
me
that
they
only
reloaded
cards
with
Starbucks
Gift
Cards
and
when
I
tried
going
back
up
to
get
a
drink
using
one
of
my
personal
cups,
there
was
a
new
guy
and
I
asked
him
about
the
Personal
Cup
Discount
and
he
tried
asking
the
other
girl
for
help
(She's
been
there
longer,
because
I've
seen
her
before)
and
she
told
him
that
because
a
manager
wasn't
there
to
help
them,
to
tell
me
that
they
couldn't
do
the
discount
today.
I've
gotten
the
cup
discount
at
this
location
multiple
times
and
even
a
lot
of
the
newer
staff
at
this
location
knew
what
the
discount
was
when
I've
asked
about
it.
In
the
past,
it
has
also
taken
20
minutes
for
drinks
to
be
made
with
or
without
a
line.
Some
of
the
employees
here
don't
necessarily
listen
or
are
rude.
I've
worked
food
service
before
and
I
understand
being
new
and
not
knowing
much
at
the
job
but
I
don't
like
when
people
are
constantly
not
listening
or
are
rude
when
I've
been
nothing
but
civil.
