Since
not
enough
time
has
passed
for
me
to
rate
my
grubhub
order
that
occurred
today,
I
will
be
leaving
a
google
review.
Im
very
disappointed
by
yet
another
grubhub
fail
for
churn
and
burn.
Id
highly
reccomend
an
increase
in
quality
control
for
grubhub
orders.
Churn
and
Burn
is
one
of
my
favorites
to
order
from
on
grubhub.
The
quality
of
the
drinks
and
the
cookie
dough
bombs
I
get
are
always
at
a
level
of
excellence,
which
makes
it
that
much
more
frustrating
that
my
experience
with
churn
and
burn
through
grubhub
is
consistently
tainted
because
every
single
order
has
either
something
wrong,
something
missing,
or
Ive
somehow
been
allowed
to
order
something
that
was
out
of
stock,
so
Im
given
something
I
didnt
order
and
didnt
want.
This
is
not
a
one
time
thing
I
do
want
to
emphasize.
As
a
special
treat
I
love
getting
the
sprinkle
cookie
dough
bombs.
That
is
the
only
one
I
like
and
want,
I
have
zero
interest
in
the
other
kinds.
Today
grubhub
claimed
the
sprinkle
ones
were
in
stock
and
thats
what
I
ordered.
Imagine
my
incredible
disappointment
not
only
to
find
that
for
a
second
order
in
a
row
Im
provided
no
utensils
or
straw,
but
Ive
been
given
chocolate
chip
cookie
dough
bombs,
and
my
drink
has
a
weird
pink
ish
whipped
cream,
something
that
never
goes
on
my
C
and
B
classic,
it
should
be
white.
I
would
have
been
placated
and
been
much
more
understanding
if
the
person
who
prepared
my
order
left
a
note
in
my
order
explaining
their
error
in
allowing
me
to
order
something
they
were
out
of
stock
on,
hence
giving
me
the
wrong
flavor
and
explaining
why
my
drink
has
a
weird
colored
whipped
cream.
Maybe
they
were
out
of
regular
white
whipped
cream.
Whose
to
say
because
I
received
no
such
note
with
an
apology
for
the
inconvenience.
The
cherry
on
top
was
again
getting
no
utensils
or
straw
for
a
drink
that
requires
at
least
one
of
those
two
times
in
a
row
now.Are
you
all
out
of
stock
of
utensils
and
straws?
Again,
whose
to
say
since
this
is
not
the
first
time
this
has
happened
to
me.
Im
overall
just
so
disappointed
and
frustrated.
Ordering
something
fun
from
grubhub
is
a
rare
treat
for
me.
Its
always
pretty
expensive
once
you
add
in
all
of
the
fees
and
tip,
so
I
100%
expect
my
order
to
be
100%
accurate
and
I
100%
expect
to
be
provided
with
utensils
and
a
straw.
If
this
was
a
one
off
situation
I
wouldnt
say
anything,
but
like
I
said,
this
has
happened
so
frequently
that
my
frustration
is
high
and
my
patience
for
excusing
chronic
multiple
instances
of
error
and
incompetency
has
run
out.
Im
providing
this
feedback
in
the
hopes
that
whomever
is
in
charge
of
the
grubhub
orders
works
to
improve
quality
control.
And
please
keep
your
options
up
to
date.
Dont
let
a
customer
order
something
you
dont
have.
