My favorite place for fresh donuts, the best also!!!! Brought my boy for the first time and he loved it!! He was able to see how the glazed donuts were made and picked his favorite ones. Highly recommend.

Some of the best donuts you can find! Krispy Kreme donuts are unique. They are the best when warm and fresh. They only last about 24 hours before they are no longer worth eating. For that reason, your best option is going in to a store that makes them fresh on the spot, like this location here. The staff are polite and friendly. Prices have gone up considerably however, which is unfortunate given the extremely low cost of making their donuts.

Fast service and fresh donuts! Great tasting. We always get 5 dozen so we have them for a couple days. Stopped here again. Got our usual 5 dozen, and added a dozen of the Carnival Dozen!! Beautiful and unique tasting.

After coming back to Minnesota from Texas I had to stop at a Krispy Kreme and bring some back. Us Minnesotans miss these donuts so much!! Nothing comes close to these delights. And they’re affordable, too!

I love it donuts are fresh and delicious beyond comparison. The staff is just regular people, they're not super friendly but not rude either they are usually pretty busy when I go in so they do a good job and they keep it very clean. We got the chocolate glaze for the first Friday of the month and honestly they are not very sweet, I was thrown off by that. Good but nothing like their glazed donut. I think they'd be good with glaze and then chocolate glaze on top of that lol but anyway they were fresh can't beat it thank you guys.

Anytime we’re in town and my children see the “hot” light on they always want to stop and get that fresh hot donut and of course more for the road. Out of the last 9 times we’ve gone, while the “hot” light was on, only twice were they given the fresh free donut! I began to wonder if things had changed since we used to live here, so…..because it happened to my son again today, I decided to call and verify that they still give the free donut away when the “hot” light is on. The manager I spoke to confirmed that they still do this, so I asked if there was a reason any time my children go into the store without me, they never received their free donut and she didn’t have an explanation. My children happen to be brown skinned and I’m whites, so I can’t help but wonder if this may be the reason?

Pretty bomb doughnuts for a chain. Online ordering is super quick - highly recommend 🤤 your in-person experience might vary based on who’s working tho. Sometimes they’re great but sometimes they seem like they wanna die lol.

Giving 2 stars since the doughnuts were good but came in a little more than an hour before close and ordered 3 doughnuts and wanted a frozen caramel latte. Was told they already cleaned the machine, “they weren’t doing that right now.” There was probably at least 5 people working at this time but nobody wanted to make a coffee. Then right before we left one of them sat down and was just playing on their phone. Good job Krispy Kreme.

Went to this location this morning. The two younger girls working there were unprofessional and rude. We were waiting for the one because she had donuts in her hand and we didn’t want to interrupt. This same woman got snarky with us and said “do you know what you want” while rolling her eyes. The donuts were not fresh. I’ve never had an experience like this at this particular establishment until this morning.

If I could’ve given zero stars, I would’ve worst donuts I’ve ever had. I ordered through DoorDash completely out of my order and then when I receive them, they were stale and only got half of my order.

I absolutely love Krispy Kreme, their donuts are fabulous. I always get a dozen of the Original Glazed Donuts. They just melt in your mouth. I strongly recommend going to Krispy Kreme. Keep up the awesome work. May God bless you always!

Tried krispy cream cinnamon rolls. They are not big and brown like the picture on this site and are definitely not worth $2.25. They are about half the size of their already mini donuts. Ripoff.

I was the only person in line and had to wait for over 10 minutes to get helped. Only saw 2 people working. The young man that helped me was also doing the drive through. When I was ready to check out a young lady finally came and checked me out. The donuts were still very good. Worth the wait...

Who doesn't love donuts!! We love coming here for donuts for all occasions. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It's nice not having to place an order 3-5 days prior If you are picking up 8 dozen donuts!!!

Service today was not good! Everyone sitting around do nothing. My elderly mother loves to come weekly to get a dozen donuts and her free donut when we bring her in and was denied today. She was not happy and will not take her business elsewhere. Sometimes it's about the customer's experience vs policy. Happy mothers day to all the mothers there. I hope your mom's day goes better than mines.

Had the apple fritter, salted caramel brownie donut, and the cake batter kreme donut. All were decent but none were better than the classic Krispy Kreme glazed or chocolate glazed.

Haven't been to a Krispy Kreme in a while but I was very disappointed. All the donuts were extremely sweet and there were no filled donuts that just had powdered sugar on them. Those are my favorites.

Excellent display of donuts at Krispy Kreme in Wichita; I was able to order at counter with my daughter.Last week, I was at Krispy Kreme in Overland Park and they would not let us order at counter. Only online orders could be picked up inside or drive through only (how ridiculous). So hats off to Wichita.

Missing a big portion of our order. What they did send out was the most stale stiff nasty thing I've ever heard of. Flat out gross. This restaurant used to be good. When it was brought to the attention of staff, your told you get what you get. Horrible professionalism. My family won't be back. Yet another establishment trashed by people with no work effort.

Just as good as when they opened. Wonderful coffee, variety of donuts, free warm sample while waiting. This visit evidently had new register help, only two, and plenty of customers (inside). I believe I will try drive-thru next.
