    The people who worked the McDonald’s this night closing on the date June 19th , were EXTREMLEY rude, arrogant and closed 10-15 minutes early. When I went up to the window the girl said “WE CLOSED GO HOME WE CLOSED DONT COME BACK” y’all reall need to improve who you hire. This is unacceptable for a food chain this big. Acting arrogant and rude, and to think she must’ve been a night manager, how sad. She has long hair that is braided she is dark skin and was wearing an all blue shirt. Improve your employees, this was the most rude interaction I’ve had with a fast food employee, EVER.

    I do not understand why ever evening after 9 we have to wait 20 mins plus for our orders its a constant issue Everytime I come on the evening, you guys know it's your busy time but yet your the slowest location in the city, and always have terrible service I only go here because it's closer vit definitely not convenient at all! Will not be coming back here in the evenings because the wait is ridiculous, get a new night manager or more employees for the night!!

    I went through the drive through at this location about 10 minutes ago. I asked several times for my meat well done. I got home and couldn’t even eat it. The meat was still pink. I expect well done meat not to be pink at all.

    I have come to this McDonald’s more than once and the first time I came I could smell marijuana inside the restaurant an employee had been smoking, I did not see them but there were no customers inside. The second time I came to this McDonald’s the staff were disrespectful and unprofessional. A bunch of teenagers with no type of discipline or authority. During this second visit, I saw three employees with my own eyes right outside of the restaurant smoking marijuana. They also shut down the lobby for over half an hour till closed. This McDonald’s is a sad and pathetic excuse of an establishment and I will not be returning. Think of changing your staff and the way you run your business to stay in business.

    The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.. even for McDonald’s. Between the oh so classy passive aggressive woman at the window, the lazy workers who shove the wrong orders out the window at you without any exchange of words or the fact you go inside to have your order from drive through corrected, and every employee stares at you and refuses to help you. Sorry there isn’t a machine to do that part of the job for you as well. The lack of acknowledgement or apology for their mistake is just the sweet cherry on the broken ice cream machine.

    Stopped at Harry and Webb this morning. Ordered large vanilla latte.... it was about two thirds full. Ordered a sausage McMuffin no cheese. I received an egg McMuffin with cheese. (Gross) Ask I can say is the staff is almost always very friendly, but seriously this is the third wrong or shorted order recently!!

    My breakfast sandwich was cold and the pumpkin latte I ordered tasted like a basic vanilla coffee. My husband also had no sugar in his coffee after requesting 3 sugars and Creamer. Not the best but food is food.

    Young black lady that took our order was delightful. She was very friendly to my patients that tend to take a little more time than most people. Truly appreciated he extra kindness

    What can I say, I just love the 🍟🍔. Service is always great.. they never have messed up any orders I placed, and I've ordered for all 5 of my grandkids and both my daughters. Super employees!

    0/5 GOT FOOD POISONING AND PROOF IT WAS EATING FROM THIS PLACE IS BECAUSE I DIDNT EAT BEFORE GOING HERE OR AFTER. THEY SERVE U OLD FOOD. HONESTLY IF U DONT WANNA DO YOUR JOB RIGHT DONT DO IT AT ALL . VERY LAZY PEOPLE. AND Whats funny is the manager was in on serving old food too. Disgusting.

    Everytime I go there, it's a bunch of kids working. Order is usually wrong or missing something. Have called to speak to the shift manager only to get hung up on and the phone switched over to the fax machine. I don't go there anymore unless I have too. No supervision at that store.

    This review is strictly directed to Lane Enterprises. The amount of free food and drinks this location gives away to the bums and the alike is unbelievable. Your employees/mngmt are robbing you blind!

    Idk if their speakers are messed up or what, but they always have problems hearing me here. Don't use the second drive thru lane if you want your order taken. Food has been wrong numerous times, people are almost always rude, and they don't keep consistent hours

    One representative lied And said that she couldn’t make my food because there was no staff but she then served the car in front of me not even one min later. When I got to the windows again another representative told me they were open and she doesn’t know why she lied. I recorded the incident and then the representative came to the windows demanding that I turn the camera off while calling the police 😂😂 this McDonald’s is trash they need new staff or management.

    I can say at least the fries were fresh this time. If you order nuggets here whether it's in the drive thru or inside don't count on getting any sauces. Ordered a 20 pc... not one single sauce in the bag. This happens every time. The service is generally friendly, but come on we know no McDonalds franchisee or Corp cares about customers. Putting this here as more of a check your order, and then after they "fix it" check it again.

    Just went to get food for myself and my fiancé after work. This is our usual McD's and it's typically fine, so I am honestly shocked at how badly it went. After being interrupted several times, being asked to repeat myself when I hadn't even said the full item name yet, and getting cut short on the order after clearly saying I was not finished, I came home and gave the single meal I managed to get to my partner. Drive-thrus are rarely perfect but I have never had service quite this appalling.

    This is the closest location from my girlfriend's house. I usually go to this one after 8pm. Everytime I go the drive thru it takes 15 to 20 minutes from the time I order to the time I get my food at the window. They take FOREVER to give you your food. I worked for McDonald's when I was a teenager. It does not take that long. 🤦🏽‍♂️

    Came here with my children because they had a play area and the music was so loud that we couldnt hear the children. After politely asking to turn it down 3 times they didn't turn it down. Had to leave will not be coming back

    I go to alot of different locations and I always get a special order and it is always wrong until today I went to the harry and Rock rd location and it was perfect! I actually had to let it cool down to eat it because it was so fresh and hot

    Inside the store was disgusting, every table either had hair or food on it. The employees in the back were vulgar and loud with inappropriate language as I had young children with me, using racial terms and derogatory comments loud enough to be heard in the dinning area.

    Ordered online via mobile app. Checked in waited 15 min finally went in to see what the issue was just to find out my order hadn't been started yet. 0 people in drive thru and very few customers inside and staff standing around. They tried telling me my ordered hadn't been paid. I showed them my mobile order receipt. She then argued with me that it still was not paid. She asked me to prove it to her on my bank account. I showed her my bank account and thr $19 transaction was pending from mcdonalds. So she said, see it isn't paid for. I said it always shows pending till the next business day. She told me she couldn't give me food. Myra called her manager and the manager said to comp me the food. This was all over a $20 order and the worst customer service ever. I should not have had to show my bank information. This is the McDonald's at Harry and Rock Road. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
