I've been to other Hurts, and this one was a bit lacking. We came for breakfast around 8am on a Monday. There weren't very many donuts to choose from and no way to tell what the donuts were. No little signs with type, etc. The staff were very nice and the donuts I purchased were tasty, just not what we have seen from 2 other locations we have been to.

This was so close to a 5 star rating… the service was not on point. Our family visits this location a few times a year and we can tell you about 80% of the names for the donuts. The last two time we have been to this location the employees that helped us could not name any of them. It is important to know what you are serving to your customers, what if we had some kind of allergy and they would have no idea what was in the product!? I would have to give the donuts themselves a 5, the quality of their product is alway AMAZING!

the absolute worst customer service. staff doesn’t want to do their job or make someone something that’s literally on their menu. wanted a milkshake and the girl literally sighed in front of my face and said “surrrrrre”. oh i’m sorry that you have to do your job BOO HOO. i walked right out. given them a few shots but they’ve been rude every single time. donuts aren’t great either. will never be back.

This was our first time ever trying Hurts Donuts, but it won’t be the last!! Caleigh and Parker were working when we went in. They were so kind to take the time to tell us about all the different donuts we asked about. The place is clean. The customer service was exceptional. And the donuts were outstanding. They have board games you can play while you eat. It’s a fun atmosphere. But seriously, the variety and taste of their donuts are incredible. And Caleigh and Parker were incredible employees.

Flew in to visit family. I'm always up for delicious pastries. The fritters are seriously huge. Could probably feed a family of four with just one. They had a neat variety of donuts with different takes on flavors. I got the andes mint donut, daughter got a cherry pie. Of course we got the fritter, and a couple others. Employees were super friendly. The atmosphere is inviting for guests to stay and feel welcome. There are even several board games for customers to use while they "dine". Definitely worth the trip, and will visit again next time we're in the area.

I prefer another local donuts shop. I'm pretty sure my donut wasn't cooked completely. It was completely gummy and super stretchy when I tried to tear it apart, raw dough in the middle. My drink wasn't great either. Lacked the flavor I was looking for. I'd give them one more shot but I certainly wasn't impressed this morning.

Terrible customer service. Dirty establishment. We were the only ones in the store and we were rushed to order. By the time I paid and gathered my things she was already in the back. Will not be returning.

I had very high expectations hearing from friends and family. The rumors are true! These donuts are excellent! They have a lot of interesting combinations on the donuts that made them really stand out to me. Every donut we tried was great.

Great place. Nice and clean. Also kid friendly. Donuts were awsome and areas to eat were nice and laid back also donuts were plenty. Had a maple long john and an old fashion and an apple fritter. All three were amazing! The old fashioned donut was the best my wife and i have had. We don't care much for sweets but this was good. The ladies were very nice and let us know what the prices were and what the choices were.

Had a doughnut craving that wouldn’t go away so I stopped by this evening for a couple of doughnuts. Service was great. The apple fritter was really good and the size of my head. The maple long John was good as well. Very good

A few weeks ago, I took about 15 junior high students, there was one person working. Let me tell you. That worker was amazing. Corbin helped us so much and he joked around with the students. He was fantastic! Thank you so much for that. Literally made this the best time we've had there.

So very disappointed. Drove 1.5 hours one way because we were craving, Hurts donuts. Got a dozen donuts and 4 Apple fritters. ALL of the fritters are dry and barely any apples in them. The one in Omaha Nebraska are AMAZING! We picked up in the drive through get a little past Augusta, stopped to have a bite and UGH! Too late to drive back! It definitely wasn’t worth the whole 3 HOUR drive. You can even tell by looking at them they are dry. :(

I cannot say enough good things about this place!! I will never go to anybody else for donuts again!! The BEST customer service I have ever had anywhere! The food was so fresh and so good! If you are reading reviews and haven't been I am telling you that you want to try this! I am not even much of a breakfast person and I could eat this everyday! Plus I love places where the people working actually care about the customers and their jobs! Amazing!

Not a big fan of hurts donuts. They honestly tasted like an ordinary donut in my respectful opinion. The chocolate cookie was to sweet for my tasting and the chocolate brownies donut was kinda dry. My wife said the regular glazed taste like Krispy Kreme donut. Now the coffee was on point it was the best part! The caramel delight was absolutely one of the best coffees I've had. I would go back just for the coffee.

They must have new owners or management because it use to be a nice place to take the kids but recently the times we've gone in the tables are dirty and the floors had crumbs scattered all over the floor- we had to walk out it was that bad and to add insult to injury they aren't very nice. I don't expect a red carpet to be rolled out but just don't treat me like an inconvenience I'm a paying customer. I'm sad to even make a bad review but I can't recommend this place to anyone. We go to "Lamar's" just up the street a little ways because they are nice and clean.

The last two times I was there the donut I got was doughy in the middle. Old fashioned the first time and this morning strawberry cheesecake. Not real tasty

We've been here once before and there was quite a selection and the donuts were acceptable. We came back tonight and there were, no exaggeration, 12 donuts to choose from. If a donut shop is open 24 hours a day, there should probably be some donuts.

Horrible customer service. I ordered an "iced coffee" the girl working acted like it was an inconvenience to order anything but donuts, yet it's on the menu. I had to say is that ok? She gave me a black hot coffee with a few ice cubes. I said this isn't an iced coffee and she says, "I added ice" wow! At one point she also put her hand over her face probably to say something about me to the co worker. I've always gone here and I probably will not return after this experience. Also all the lights on the outside were off at 830pm on a Saturday? Did they want nobody to come by? Tried the drive thru but the sign was off so I couldn't even see the menu to order anything.

The staff is always friendly and their unique donuts are always a hit. The maple bacon long John is the reason we go in. Go early for the best selection as they will slowly run out as the day gets late.

Love the donuts, but they make it absolutely impossible to put a big order in. Called the store on a Saturday to make sure I could get 7 dozen donuts on a Tuesday morning. First off, they just answer "Hello." So I'm thinking i have the wrong number. Then i ask about the donuts, and am told to message them on Facebook. Took them 3 hours to answer, i responded with his many donuts i wanted and when, and they never answered again. I called the store again on Monday, and again they answered with a hello. The girl working told me she would text her boss to answer my Facebook messages, and that never happened. So here i am buying 7 dozen donuts at Dunkin, instead of buying local.... Tried to give them 36 hours notice to at least tell me, "no we can't do that"

Wichita is not exactly on every foodie’s place to visit. However, Hurts Donuts is worth the trip. A wide selection of custom donuts baked fresh and packaged in an attractive box. The restaurant’s design is bold and refreshing when compared to a typical donut shop. The bold and rich coffee pairs nicely with these not overly sweet donuts. The variety of choices will please any palate. They offer half dozen as well as full dozen boxes. Arguably the best donut shop in Kansas.

This place is awesome fresh donuts of all kinds. They also have a giant connect 4 game the coffee was great. The staff was super friendly and polite. You could tell they had a passion for their jobs! The atmosphere was so laid back, welcoming, and warm. It was a very clean place also. I enjoyed the industrial rustic feel as well as the warm smiles upon walking into the shop. They have cups you can purchase that are reusable which so cool too. All of this and I haven't even talked about the food yet! The donuts were so big, soft, and had a really great texture. The coffee was fresh and hot. It wasn't to strong either but was smooth.
