I like to stop at this Dillon's on the way home from work. Its much larger, and more well stocked, than my Dillons by my house. The deli offers a lot more variety. The produce here is amazing. There are a lot more kitchen items and housewares available as well. It's one of the best Dillons in town.🙂

Friendly staff and good quality products that are easy to find and often well stocked. I like this particular location since it’s a Marketplace, meaning there are good quality clothes, shoes, and even home goods and decor. I highly recommend checking it out!

I dropped by the bakery department today at our neighborhood Dillons just to see Randy’s famous unique cake creations! Check these out! You may just want to have one on your table for Thanksgiving or Christmas! We hope our reviews give you an idea of what it is like to live, work, and play in Wichita Kansas!

Tony the cheese man was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in making our selection for the night. He not only knows detail and profiles of the cheeses, but he completed our experience with a sample and a tasting journal. To quote Tony, "I have a full time job, I just love talking about cheese" Thank you Tony, we WILL be back!

30 to 40 people in line and 12 self checkout lanes are closed. They need to fire the management. Get a security guard and open the lanes. Only 2 employees working the lanes. 25 minutes now waiting, second day in a row now this happened.

I love this store, but I don't like that most of the items here are going to Kroger!

This is a very large grocery and house goods, including some clothes. If you have the Dillon's App on your phone you can easily find what ever you are looking for. Great produce, and lots of variety in most things.

I was out of country in June and my very good friend was in an hospital after an accident at her home. Amber, in the floral dept went above and beyond to get exactly what I described to cheer my friend up with a few balloons (one a perfect happy flower) and a small plush, black and white dog. Her sister sent me a picture of what was delivered. I was so pleased. My heart warmed. This was an update, I'm back in USA, called again to order something for another friend, and learned "Amber" is the name of the associate who helped me in the floral dept. Yesterday, Oct 2, I happened to get Amber on the phone again in Floral, and she made me a happy customer with the balloon arrangement she helped me send to a friend in hospital. I'm out of state and the customer service from Amber is truly exceptional!

Coming from a store employee, working at store 12 at 9450 east Harry, I was both amazed and impressed with how this location (store 20) operates. Annabelle was absolutely fabulous when I was checking out with groceries. From an employee for the company, store 20 gets 100 stars on my great shopping experience meter

They had strawberries two for $5 buckets of watermelon for $5 fresh green grapes $1.29 a pound blueberries apples OMG and everything was super Super Fresh I love it love it love it

I only ever shop at this dillons location, and have nothing bad to say ever. But what happened today is what prompted me to write this review because I wanted to share this good deed with others! I went through the self checkout, and somehow forgot two of my bags! One had snacks, and one had frozen/refrigerated items. I left and grabbed some dinner to-go, and then made my way home. I only noticed that the groceries were missing when I got home and started to unpack, about 30 minutes after I left the store. I immediately called the store once I realized, and said that they had my groceries at the customer service area! Once I got there, the lady at customer service brought me to my groceries. They kept my frozen groceries in one of the freezers!! I was still missing the bag of snacks, but I was at least grateful that they had the bag with more expensive things in it. I figured my snacks were a lost cause, and it was my fault anyway for forgetting them, so I started to leave. But a young man at the self checkout stopped me and asked if I was the person who forgot my groceries, and I said yes!l. He asked me if the one bag I had of the frozen food was all I had, and I told him no, I had another bag with snacks in it but I figured it was a lost cause. After some searching around for that bag, he told me to just go grab everything that I forgot! I gathered everything and brought it back, and then finally left . So, THANK YOU SO MUCH to the workers at dillons tonight for being so kind! I’m so grateful that I was able to get all of my things back, after my stupid mistake. I really appreciate it! Sorry for the long message, but I wanted to share :)

This store is a dump. A small potato salad is $7. My grandmother and I shopped here for a few hours and eventually the prices were so globally extortionate, we agreed, left a massive cart, and walked out. They only have HALF-AISLES in the most important grocery sections. FOR SHAME. Worst selection ive ever seen at a store this size. They push the app to get better bad prices. $3 coca cola 2-liter without the app. The Orange Juice isnt by the milk. The tupperware is with the Laundry detergent. Corn starch is not by the crisco and flour. Very badly organized store. Necessities are placed at distant corners of the store to force longer in-store exposure and increased number of items-in-cart per square foot traveled. Kroger is a shameless sinister actor of late-stage capitalism. No Wacky Mac. Deeply incomplete Barilla noodle selection (Half-aisle grocery department). Not a single Camembert in their outrageously expensive cheese bank and only 1 non-commercial Brie. Pushes low quality in-store brand at the cost of selection, and sold at name-brand prices. No Toby's ranch. No formaggio. Worst of all? They dont include a packet of soy sauce with their highly overpriced sushi so youll get home and scream if you DARED to trust them over a California roll. Absolute non-stop disappointment. People should run out of this store screaming.

I was first happy because everything that I wanted was stocked on the shelves. I then had the misfortune of going through cashier Mayleigh’s line. When she began scanning my items, she did not say anything to me during the entire time (I had over $125.00 of groceries). Finally, when she finished scanning my groceries, she did say something to me, “Is it okay if sack your groceries heavy in the bag?” I was so taken back by her question I just had to ask her to repeat what she had just said. Nope, I didn’t misunderstand her because she repeated the exact same words again. I told her the bags would tear if she over sacked my groceries. Needless to say, she put 5 jars (24 oz each) of spaghetti sauce in a plastic bag (that’s not packing heavy?). The management staff really needs to spend more time training and observing your employees!!

Vegetable tray which was NOT discounted due to age nor on sale. Cucumbers, peppers and even carrots were slimy like they were old. NOT crisp. Guac and jicama seemed fine. Very disappointed ☹️ I take that back, the jicama is slimy as well. Cucumbers so limp you can't dip them. Yuk. I'll use guac for chip dip and have to toss the rest. That's $20.99 down the garbage! What is this?!

Aside from general dry groceries, this store is the best stocked store I have ever stepped foot in from the Kroger family of stores. There was virtually NOTHING out of stock in the seafood, floral, produce, deli, bakery, milk, and eggs sections. And whoever stocks the housewares, that employee is incredible as it's the best stocked houseware department from any store I have ever seen.

Clean fresh and full, prices significantly higher than competitors on some things but that's why they are stocked and fresh. Recommend! Would have given five stars but my Chinese was blah (I can tell they didn't use the white pepper the chicken fried rice recipe calls for)

Do not go here if you work at night, I go home from work at night (9:30) and the close all but 2 lanes this includes the self checkouts. If your looking for a quick in quick out at night this is not the place...

I'm compelled to switch pharmacies because everytime I refill a prescription, Dillons charges me a different, higher amount. No longer will I have to ask the employee to check for discounts and still get a different amount than the previous month. Changing to Mark Cuban prescriptions.
