Nice little park with a small playground for the kiddos. No restrooms or other facilities or running water for a drinking fountain. At least I didn't see one. Peaceful except for the noise your littles will make.

Political signs up after election, on the outside of fences. This HOA must be really lax, it looks trashy

Still works, just a little ran down looking. A renovation would be perfect! That would be amazing if it was turned into a pool or even splash pad! The kids would love it!
