Management very unprofessional, rude to tenants. Alot of vandalism going around in the park, management states that it's not their problem. Worst park in Wichita, Kansas. The assistant manager I believe her name is Arron, not sure of the spelling, but she is the only employee that seems to get things accomplished. Would not recommend this mobile home park to any one, I would have given minus stars but wasn't available.

Would be a nice place if you didn't have a notice on your door every other day for stuff that everyone in the lot has the same issue or WAY WORSE! Or if your kids could go outside and play without being accused of stuff they didn't do! Sad this was our first home we owed and only lasted a year and a half before had enough to sell. No regrets!!! In a way better place now!

Full disclosure: this is entirely from a delivery perspective, I have never lived here and only delivered here a few times. The people I've delivered to seem very nice and the area has always looked clean. The streets are a little snug especially if you're pulling a trailer like I do. So far no problems with the tenants or the management. The only negative I can mention is the house numbering lettering is is a little odd to figure out at first.

Nice place to live . But the repairs don't get maid .I complained about the shed leaking when I first moved in and the shed door has not had hinges on it either. I have roaches real bad every since they tore the mobile home down behind me. I feel the owners should have to take care of the grounds with pest control. Roaches do crawl. The have housed in my shed and now my home. Which I do get pest control for. But would help if the owner took care of pest control on the grounds. As they do own the property. Plus the pool maintenance is sorry. A green slim in the pool quite often. Plus they use to send out a monthly letter not any more. They also use to provide junk pick up at the end of the month not sure what's up with that. Trash service will only empty your trash cart but won't take any other bagged or boxed even if it's on top of cart. Plus I also asked them to remove this evasive elder berry tree. Because it's branches are damaging to my mobile home and the sheds . Never got anyone over to do anything about it I've had to pay to get it trimmed . It draws Flys and mosquitoes and leaves a mess. It needs to be removed it has hollow branches. And it grew up threw the shed causing it to leak. Before I ever moved here. Just to name a few things. Plus my street light stays on constantly and the one behind me doesn't work or has a bad bulb . Plus they raised the rent 2 times in 6 months that's a lot. 400. A month. On the good side they do provide trash and internet and cable which I am grateful for that . Thank you

I drove thru to possible live there. no way. Mattresses laying at curb, trash sitting on ground at curb, tires in the street, and pot holes big enough to do damage to vehicles.

I absolutely love living here!! They're super laid back and the have lots of amenities such as a pool that they've recently redone, they have a nice pond you can fish in, and a basketball court! They have compassion and if you're going through something, they'll work with you as long as you communicate! I don't rent my home but I know that the people who do, they've told me that they'll come fix any issues you have and they do it promptly! They have free cable and free trash pick up and they'll even pick up big items that you want to throw away if you leave it on the curb. All of the ladies in the office are super friendly and I've never had a problem with anyone in the years that I've lived here. I've recently had a lot of bad luck and I've had to fix my car, my ac, my furnace, and fix a big leak in my bathroom and they've worked with me on being late on my payment. Not to mention having a family member in the hospital and having to miss work. I really appreciate everyone here! The lot rent is very reasonable and I'm blessed to be able to call this place home. I'm so thankful to live in such a wonderful community! If you're looking to move your mobile home, I think they'll even move it here for free. I would definitely recommend renting or buying one of the mobile homes here!

These people are thieves!!! Every month our water and trash gose up right now in paying 738amonth for there mistake . Buyer beware.

It's a very calm and cozy community, with plenty of families both new and retired. A background check is done before you are allowed to move in, which has kept the community very safe. they have a pool as well as a pond, so swimming and fishing are nice summer activities that you can do, and it's just very calm.

New management & maintenance are working hard to make this a great place to live.

Its great. The management staff are very nice. Rent is very reasonable. Can't wait until the pool opens lol.

I do a lot of work in here ... They seem to keep the place up decent.

Great place for elderly to young children. Very clean park. Even has a unground pool, you have to purchase a swimming pass but that gets you in as long as the pool is open.

Friends stay there its not a bad place that I've noticed anyway
