I don’t live here, i deliver pizzas. This is my favorite trailer park to deliver to so far because there is a map at the entrance that lets you know how the place is laid out so I don’t spend 10 minutes driving up and down every street trying to find the house that wanted pizza. Thank you so much for making my life just a bit easier with that map :)

I love it here! Yeah you have your normal everyday crazy guy running around but other than that it's great! We absolutely love Cindy and Mike. We've been here 6 months and we are in the process of buying our home they made it easy! They offer assistance if we need it. If we need help locating supplies either they have it or can tell us where to find it. When we first moved in and had a few issues they were right on top of it making sure it got handled. The a/c stopped working in the dead of summer. It was fixed that night! We just found out we have a pond too! The neighbors are nice, we are definitely comfortable with letting our kids play outside and not worried about anything. Heck our 1 year old loves to go say hi to the neighbors! Definitely staying around here!

Today I went to Cedar ridge from what I understand they was bought out May 1st from another company and spoke to Debbie she fit me into her very busy schedule from the sounds of it to show me 2 locations which 1 of the places I liked. So me being the honest person I am I told her about our dogs and our cars so she said she would talk to the owners/Company and get back to me and basically after that was in a big hurry to get rid of me I believe. So she did end up getting back to me but after I sent her pictures of my dog and keep in mind from what I understand she was approved but had a issues with how many dogs we had so i agree we would give our other 2 dogs to family members. Then it got weird and all of a sudden we wasn't approved for something we hadn't even applied for yet. I guess I was wrong for thinking that it was a work together kind of thing due to us letting 2 of our dogs go with Debbie stating that we just can't do it because what if your dog's tear up the house that my family would be living in which would become ours once it was paid off. Oh and i can forget would be pissing all over a house that we would be buying. I honestly believe we was being prejudged because others who have live there and I believe it to be really sad that they think the whole world is the same and that ok because I will take my money somewhere else. Bye the way from the looks of the park they have NO reason to be judging anyone else for anything.

Never kept their word about improvements for children and families. Just keep putting rent up. Little pond is a polluted, unkept place . Dangerous for children to fish and swim. Much trash, etc. Witnessed repairs on rental homes that was "shotty" and at times dangerous. Would not recommend. We sold out.

Lived here for 23 yrs. No play ground nor pool. Has a storm shelter in center of the park.

When my parents moved in they were given permission to have stuff, not junk, but like storage sheds to store my father's medical needs stuff. Now that they have new management or owners they're trying to make them get rid of them.

Quiet community plenty of shade trees and a pool.

Besides My Father living there I would not go there. Run down and trashy. Looks like a junk yard. Price paid to live there is close to same amount as my Mobile Home Park, which is a mansion location compaired to there.

I lived here for 9 years in January 2016. I have had a proper life despite drawbacks. I went to places and made music and art. I'm also a nonprofit network. I take nonprofit more serious with free internet for a year. Anyways... The house is great but haters for Kelpalots is bad. We love it but it's old now. And the computer toys ain't safe in the hot and hot-warm, or anything but cold. Cold works real well.

I've only been here 4 months so far, but as property manager I'm trying to build this into a very peaceful, clean and welcoming community. The brand new playground, basketball court and picnic area is almost finished. There are lots of improvements in process. I invite you to come check them out!
